Genuine Broadcasting National TV Networks do not trade for less than a dollar a share!
Firefly likes to remind me this ones going Global! He's right. Two years from now there will be Global exposure if not before.
With a SIX HUNDRED BILLION DOLLAR target in the US alone who needs a bullseye!
Frank has admitted to & has a documented history of developing & selling media companies. The good news is he's been very successful at it.
Matter of fact Viacom has already bought one of his projects. Now days they call that little money maker "The Movie Channel"
So it's not like they don't know each other. I've already said many times if Viacom wants a piece of that $600,000,000,000.oo target, Frank's got what they want.
One way to make this company more attractive would be to continue to lower that float. I'm not the only one that saw those million plus share trades going through at the ask when Frank was in the silent mode!
I don't know exactly when but I do know Frank will sell QBID! And my bet is Viacom will be the buyer!
The only question I have is will QBID go through a dollar first or will Frank let it go early in the .38 range?
When I first talked about this was March of 2004. Sumner Redstone had said that a G/L network "would have been worth 3 Billion" if he had followed through on his first attempt. I said back then & say it again that he was throwing out a lowball figure for Frank that would have netted aprox .25 then.
As for.38, I arrived at those numbers by taking a possible increase in OS, approximately 3 years & a market cap of 5 to 6 billion dollars. I might add that was before the actual buyback or even a hint that Chicago 2006 was in the works and we had yet to hear the news that the half trillion dollar target had been revised upward to Six Hundred Billion. Many other areas have seen improvement as well since I first realized that this was not your average penny stock.
People write that even if Frank isn't that good of a CEO he surrounds himself with good people. You're so right but,,,
What kind of CEO goes out & gets the talent? Isn't that part of being a good CEO?
I guess all I really need to know about a company to determine if it's a long term play would be,,,
Do they even have a product?
Is it quality product?
Do they have sponsors?
Do they have a target demographic?
Does that demographic have the means to support the product.
What's the possible impact of their primary competition (Viacom) & who has the lead to the market?
I don't want to sound too much like a pumper so everybody needs to find their own answers. I've satisfied myself. because the biggest question of all was will they ever get it on the air?

I have to say that the mistakes that are happening in the newspaper adds are making me wonder what is going on, and who is responcible for that.
that is not going to help any if people are checking it out and wanting the channel.
I would be screaming to the rooftops at someone here. They need to get that crap under control.
we have enough for the bashers to harp on withough giving them these type of mistakes.

Terry, these rotten jokes are probably what banned my rating! lol Remember, you asked for it.
A man was sick and tired getting up and going to work every day while his wife stayed home.
He wanted her to see just what he went through every day.
So he prayed: God: I go to work every day and put in 8 long hours while my wife merely stays at home. I want her to know what I go through for this family, so please allow her body to switch with mine for a day.
God, in his infinite wisdom, granted the man's wish.
The next morning, sure enough, the man awoke as his wife--a woman.
He arose, cooked breakfast for his mate, awakened the kids, set out their school clothes, cooked breakfast, packed their lunches, drove them to school, came home and picked up the dry cleaning, took it to the cleaners, and stopped at the bank to make a deposit, went grocery shopping, then drove home to put away the groceries, paid the bills and balanced the checkbook.
He cleaned the cat's litter box and bathed the dog.
Then it was already 1 P.M. so he hurried to make the beds, do the laundry, vacuum, dust, put the breakfast dishes in the dishwasher and sweep and mop the kitchen floor.
He rushed to the school to pick up the kids who got into an argument on the way home.
He fix them a snack and got them organized to do their homework, then set up the ironing board to iron clothes for a play tomorrow night and watched TV while he did the ironing.
At 4:30 he began peeling potatoes and washing vegetables for salad, breaded the pork chops and snapped fresh green beans for supper. After supper, he cleaned up kitchen, ran the dishwasher, folded the laundry, bathed the kids, and put them to bed.
At 9 P.M. he was so exhausted. Even though his daily chores weren't finished, he went to bed where he was expected to make love. He managed to get through it without complaint.
The next morning, he awoke and immediately knelt by the bed and said,
God, I don't know what I was thinking. I was so wrong to envy my wife's being able to stay home all day. I will appreciate what she does for this family.
Please, oh please, let us trade back."
He heard a gentle voice,
"I feel you have learned your lesson and I will be happy to change things back to the way they were.
However, you'll have to wait a little longer--for around nine months.
Congratulations on your first pregnancy.
(This was sent to me by a friend (41 years old and just learned that she is expecting.)

In my experience American Bulls is right 80-90% of the time. I haven't found a stock yet that following their signals would have caused a loss over a time period longer than a few month.
They only use technical analysis of charts. No rumors or news is considered.

DIGDOUGH, A 1 hour flight from Sao Paolo south to Florianopolis (Another Beautiful Place). Then a 1 hour drive North of Florianopolis puts you in Camboriu. I have been trying for 3 years, to get the Mrs. to move there for at least half the year but have not been successful yet. It is a much different life style but does not take long to get accustomed to it. My Amigo has been there for 5 years and Loves it.

Oh ok. Learning portugese probably helps? I would think. I have seen some nice real estate for sale in Brazil on the internet. Temted to have my own estate down there. The villa in Brazilla is what I would call it.

DIGDOUGH, You would have to go there to be able to appreciate the Beauty. Portuguese would help, but Spanish could work for you also. There is a House north of Florianopolis (Florianopolis is an Island) in an area that we visited within a few minutes walk to and great view of the ocean. Price: $114,000.00, you have to see it to believe it. Cost of living there is 60-75% less than here. Ricardo
