Just a thought.... I don't remember the last time Q released such an early morning PR, they tend to keep the PR's late in the day.

Anybody think they did this to spark the early morning interest, get some buzz going and drop a bigger PR on us later in the day to really drive it up ?

JMHO but I would say our morning run is over. Lets hope we can at least stay here for the day. Of course another PR would change everything.

Looks like the HOD has been set, it'll prolly settle around .0035 for day's end. Tomorrow, it'll prolly drop a little with no news. IMHO of course.

This page also lists 210 markets that POD is broadcast to, not 107 as stated per the QBID PR.

I saw it George. This stock is still controlled by day traders. A comcast pr would still probably react the same way except with a larger spike. I'm beginning to believe that the success of this stock isn't about getting carriers but getting the stock out of the hands of day traders.

I plan on calling Richard eventually about all this. What I want to do soon is email a few economists and have them create several situations for me.

For example - Think about the private investors. Depending on what shares they are buying, someone could effectively earn a ton of money if they took part in a stock buy back program to get QBID onto Nasdaq where the market cap would increase dramatically because of being a more stable stock.

The concept is like this. Say you own 200 million shares. Would you be willing to forgo 100 million of those shares so that the stock moves up to a stable market. Thus the movement to a new exchange would bring in new investors that increases the value of your remaining 100 million shares by 100 times.

What would you rather have?

200 million shares worth .0035 with a day trade run to .007 for a value of 1.4 million.

OR

100 million shares worth .0035 that moves to a new exchange that brings in tons of new money which runs the stock to .35 cents as a solid base which puts your 100 million worth $35 billion

I need to send this to economists because there are many factors involved. I have to assume that the private investors have enough money to purchase as many shares as they desire at .0035. Have to figure out how many shares they'd have to forgo, and have Frank retire equal shares, to move to the exchange. What is an expected pps with the smaller O/S and with an expected in flow of money at the new exchange. What is the profit maximization function so that they not only move to a new exchange but produce the most desired results. There are a lot of variables that need to be considered. I'll let you guys know what I figure out. I want these shares out of day traders hands! Matt

There will always be daytraders, Nothing you can do about it. Personally I would expend your energy elsewhere. Stability does not remove the daytraders nor will another exchange.

I really dont think its entirely the daytraders as much as the short timers. I have made more money recently (last 12 months) playing higher profile, more "stable", established comanys than I ever could have with Qbid on a short term play. Just a few have been Apple, Pier 1, HP, Marvel, NDC, Oracle, Wilson Leathers - and these are often $1+ swings. I could go on... but my point is the daytraders arent the problem.

If there was substantial sustained pressing interest and news (Comcast deal, TW sell off, Viacom partnering, bought by Disney! whatever lol) the daytraders would be come a nonissue because anyone with a brain (yes its true, daytraders do have brains) would hold longer than a quick flip would allow and they would be either played out or stuck out. Same with naked shorts.

Anyway thats my thoughts. Its a gorgeous day and kids want to play so see ya [Smile]
