Thanks ... I was thinking of playing the bounces to pick up free shares. Guess I'll keep an eye on the charts until my funds go through.

I have $21 in my account now, so I'm doing a little test for 50,000 shares at .0003. I'll let y'all know if it goes through.

Dinger, FYI, Choicetrade sends me a paper copy of all of my buy and sell trades (usually within a week or so). I don't know if what they send is the same as getting a stock certificate ... Anyway, it doesn't cost any extra and they are only $5 a trade. Just something to keep in mind. $50 just seems like a lot for something I think you should be entitled to as proof of stock ownership.

I get a statement, but not the actual stock certificate. Per the PR, I think something may happen where we may need the stock certificate. I don't know what it could be. I will call later and check out if the statement is proof enough incase something were to happen.

No way would I spend $50 on obtaining stock certificates, when that same $50 could buy you 166K shares of the stock, which at a penny is over a grand...

the thing to remember it is the cert call that will help stop the naked short IMHO 50 bucks is cheap money to get us up over the hill.if we all pull together and work with ed then the payoff could be huge.If it goes private then we might get stuck with nothing but the current pps witch is a fraction of the true value
i urge everyone to listen to our ceo and call the cert.
my average cost per share is .0007 i want much much more.I want what i paid for witch i beleive to be a min..05
at this point we really need to trust ed he is working his ass off for us

Charlie, don't worry about Paltalk. Your not really missing anything. Whatever happens of importance with ICAN inside or outside of Paltalk hits the boards fast enough.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Certs are not issued, as most trading now occurs electronically, a la second.

Once certs are issued, trading becomes much more difficult. Then broker must have the cert returned to him to execute a sale. So, you could miss selling during a squeeze.

If this is incorrect, please let me know.

TIA

this is true but
as in my case im in this one long and am not looking for a chance to sell on a wiggle in the pps.Im looking for the spinoffs that will be created by ican.IMHO the spin off that will happen in the near term will so greatly out weigh the short term gains that could be reached by swinging this stock that to me it doesnt make any sense to pay much if any attention to the current pps
this is the reason the i got so upset by the thought of ican going private. I know beleive the this will not happen. After seeing ed fight so hard yesterday to drive the mm's crazy trying to keep up with his and the "investors" buying
and proving that we are being naked shorted.Im with Ed all the way.Im with Ed long and strong.
if anyone wants to make some real money then IMHO
stand up for our ceo, CALL IN YOUR CERTS and put a hurting on the mm's

keep up the great work ed

ican will be taking some maybe all of their assets and putting them into a new symb a fully reporting otcb at a greatly reduced o/s these shares will given to all share holders as of the date announced ed has said that he wants this to happen at the end of the second quater.it hasnt been mentioned to exactly what the ratio of this speical div will be but it has been said to be around fifty cents per share. my best guess is 1 for every one hundred shares held.this otcb like i said will be fully reporting therefore it would make it very hard for MM's to naked short.

Talonsin im not sure if you are familar with the ican story or not but this is a "start up"company with huge potential they already have good assets excellent revs as a plus they have cash on hand and the abilty to get credit to purchase new restraunts and hotels this month they will be bidding on another hotel and restraunt.this is only about two hours from their current property another great rev producing property
that is is the reason that im holding one for a very long time.

remember do your own dd and let me know what you think

This was originally posted on the QBID thread by PennyTrader.

There are SEC rules for conducting a buyback; the full link is here:

http://www.dorsey.com/publications/legal_detail.aspx?FlashNavID=pubs_legal&pubid=123659603

I am posting the most important rules regarding QBID:

Timing of Purchase. A bid or purchase by or for an issuer must not constitute the day’s opening transaction for the security. Issuers who have (i) an Average Daily Trading Volume (“ADTV”) value of $1 million or more, and (ii) a Public Float Value (i.e., the aggregate market value of common equity securities held by non-affiliates of the issuer) of $150 million or more, are qualified to bid or purchase up to 10 minutes prior to the close of the primary trading session in any market in which the security trades. All other issuers are prohibited from bidding or purchasing during the period 30 minutes prior to the close of the primary trading session. Bids and purchases by or for an issuer in after-hours trading are permitted provided the issuer does not enter the opening bid in such trading and the purchase price does not exceed the lower of the closing price in the principal market for the security and any lower bids or sale prices subsequently reported in other markets.

Volume of Purchases. An issuer’ purchases, when aggregated with any affiliated purchasers acquisitions, may not exceed 25% of ADTV in any trading day. An issuer’s block purchases are generally included in the 25% limit and in the calculation of ADTV. Issuers may make one block purchase per week without being subject to the 25% ADTV limitation, provided the block purchase is the only purchase by or on behalf the issuer in reliance on the safe harbor on that day. Shares purchased pursuant to this block purchase exception may not be included in calculating ADTV.

This may explain why the buyback didn't happen on Friday. Ed bought 200M shares on Thursday, which exceeded the 25% limit on the volume. He can do this only ONCE PER WEEK without breaking SEC regulations. I'm sure we'll see similar action next week again!

Tom

QUIT TALKING IN FRIGGIN CAPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep a level head you can't expect ICAN to be a penny because some mindless paltalk pumper jumps on a board under an alias, shoots out to pumps to the moon and disappears. Nothing is gonna happen dramatic to this position unless there is a PR saying the buyback is complete and Ed relases full disclosed financials.

From STEALT TRADER ON RB

Good Mornong Ladies & Gentlemen, Starting this week should be good for ALL ICAN SHAREHOLDERS.....ICAN IMO has been played with for a long time now and is due for an uptrend!

All will be gazing with astonishment just look what happened last week the MM's were taken by surprise and the Bashers didn't even know what was happening, scrambling over trying to extract info from paltalk group, well guess what bashers keep scrambling and KEEP WATCHING LII ALL WEEK!

ICAN IS GONNA START ADDING MORE $$$ AND WILL be making more $$$ in revenue! ALL ICAN SAY IS KEEP ICAN ON YOUR RADAR SCREENS AND IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY LOADED better HURRY UP! THESE LEVELS WILL BE GONE WITH THE WIND AND THE CHASE WILL START!

HAVE A GREAT WEEK EVERYONE!

USF11, If you were refering to me on this, I didn't pump this on Thursday and I didn't disappear. I simply reported what was going on with the volume and what was being said on Pal Talk. Everything I said was true. I said Ed would put out a PR about the buying and he did, I said Ed and the investor was doing this to help prove a naked short and Ed PR'd that. The only thing I said that doesn't look like happend was that Ed and the investor didn't do it again on Friday. I don't know why because I wasn't here. This is the first I have checked anything since early friday morning.

Now as far as your theory on the PPS, I agree. The MMs are not going to let this thing go anywhere unless there is true pressure and two of the things you mentioned will put pressure. When or If Ed goes through with the spinoff as planned, that will make it go up as well. I do not like to pump a stock with opinion, I just report the facts. As I said, the only thing I said that didn't transpire was them doing it again friday and I don't know what happend other than I saw someone posting that Ed couldn't buy more on Friday because of an SEC rule. That is out of the norm for me too because I usually try to stay away from saying something is going to happen because 9 times out of 10, it doesn't. I took a chance since they already did it once and the investor said he was going to do it some more on Friday but it apparently didn't happen. We will see what happens this week. If Ed wins the auction on Wednesday, we will probably see a little run, maybe up to .0006. If Ed and the investor decide to go on a buying spree again in addition to this, we would see higher but I am not telling anyone to buy, just what might happen.
