You are right they are not verbatume but to me they are way to close. There is more to this than what they are saying. Plus Qbid has had this same issue in the past.

It could be possible that the same group is just buying up both. It's not to hard to believe that a group of investors is buying up these two picks as they both looked poised to go up. I don't think Ed would be stupid enough to put out fluff like that if it wasn't true. He's alot smarter than that.

I look for him to only do things that will make our PPS go up, as he has already told us that he is buying as well.

I highly doubt he'd try anything that would jeopardize his own investment.

"quoted from rick pick "
-------------------------------------------------"I just read both PRs and they are similar, but not verbatume. Fact is that one of the members of the buyers group in question is a member of the ICAN paltalk and after the PR he came on to say that his group had begun buying in a big way and will continue to do so. This leads me to believe that wile similar there was merit to the PR.

The paltalk ICAN group owns in the visinity of 800 million shares of ICAN common stock and all the large holders held strong yesterday.

Ed Hayter I believe is on a mission to correct the ever growing short position being taken in ICAN.

All of the major Market Makers were called by the paltalk group yesterday and given notice that if they dont start covering there short and letting ICAN reflect its true value. There will be a huge cert call by the group, that will leave them with nowhere to get the shares to cover there short.

Let the games begin. ICAN is undervalued as a result of these market manipulators who choose to surpress valuable companies in an effort to increase there own wealth."

this could help explain why volume slowed way down.maybe the MM's have realized that they cant sell (short and naked) shares that they dont own.
The thing that I don't understand is why the SEC doesnt step in and stop this from happening
I beleive that we all know that this is going on.
Could someone explain what it takes to get the SEC involved? Can a single shareholder do anything or does it take a group shareholders.

Im not new to trading but what is a cert call?
any advice or insight would be helpfull

George, Thanks for your help. Soooo what was the deal with the 20 large trades, neither bid or ask?
My first week of trading, thought it was a cinch, wow what a way to make money... now into month 2 I am operating on confusion, doubt and indecision......Back to the books.....

BMAX

A Cert Call is when you call your brocker and request your shares in certificate form. Most shares trade in what is call street name. If we call for certs equaling the o/s. This will prove that the float in the street is vertual or naked short and it will cause a short squeeze. A short squeeze is when market makers are short or naked short and there are no shares available for them to get to cover there positions.

Cheers
Rick

Yeah, I REALLY want to believe in this stock, but they always say not to fall in love with a stock and I think I may have.

I have put in a few sell orders, but then something interesting would happen and I'd revoke it.

Really, I think once this thing breaks the .001 limit it'll steadily climb, but that hurdle seems damn near impossible.

well folks as long as the pps doesnt decay i am personally happy with ican's performance.think about it whoever loaded up @.0001-.0003 are selling and the selling seems to be pretty thin as the stock has held ground fairly well.also i beleive what others have been saying that the shorts are scared on this one and will be covering slowly.i am just speculating pure opinion but i think this stock is going to pop and when it does the shorts are gonna get a boaconstrictor squeeeeeze.just my opinion but i think those that hang on and wait for news of divy combind with a possible squeeze action will be rewarded very well.

Okay guys, I know now that the MMs are playing huge games with this one. I put an order in for 10 Million shares at .0005 yesterday. I saw a bunch or order go through this morning at .0005 but mine didn't process. I now just recently tried to cancel the order because I was going to try to buy at .0004 but got a market reject from my broker. Usually what happens when I get that, it means the order was processed but just hasn't shown up yet. I waited for 20 minutes and still didn't show up so I called my broker. They put me on hold for at least 10 minutes and then came back and said my order was cancelled.

My feeling is that the MMs processed my order but was holding it back to in order to process the sell orders at .0004 in order to help drive the price down. I think they got caught by me cancelling the order and then had to contact the MM to reverse it. Just my opinion but it seems very strange that they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes just to cancel my order with no explaination.

Personally I think Ed is scared now to put out any PR that doesn't have some conserable substance to it. After getting blasted on the last PR I don't think you will see a PR until he either completes his buyback or the middle of April when they close on the Bonita Springs Restaurant.

You might also see a financial PR after the beginning of the month if he holds to course like he did in reporting February's numbers.
