This is the day by day volume with highs and lows from nasdaq.com if you click on ICAN's chart notice until 04/26 we were trading 5-6 digits deep and since we use alphatrade which only goes 4 digits we never saw any of these trades for example .00049 is only seen as .0004. Does this have anything to do with the manipulation of the stock price?

Not yet, but he was talking to another guy on the board on the phone and said he was pissed with the volume and movement. I am sure he will come on Pal Talk tonight. We will see. He really, really needs to follow this up with a PR tonight to keep this going.

Can someone please explain to me what we, as non-majority share holders, should expect from all this? What happens next? Ed and "Investor" continue to buyback, but what happens to us?
Does anyone know? If not, why is everyone so happy (other than those who got in below .0005...
Thanks in advance for any insight.

Anyone else think he may have put that little news blurb about going private out to generate more interest in the company?

First off I'd like to say that I do not currently own ican. Next, I'm still fairly new to this online trading stuff so please bare with me on this one.
OK, so I was finally getting the hang of my Scottrade account and they went up and changed it on me. While I was rumbling/fumbling through it I came across the cancelled orders section and it struck me as odd. I did a little cut and paste and here it is.
Canceled Orders Good til cancel orders in the following, entered prior to the close on 04/26/05, will be canceled due to splits today (04/27/05). Use caution in re-entering these orders as it is the customer's responsibility to be sure the quantity is correct for post split trading.
Effective Symbol Split 04/26/05 ICAN 15% stock dividend 04/26/05 ICEW 1:80 reverse split 04/26/05 LAKE 10% stock dividend
I did go back to the old sight and it was not there. hmmm...I do not want to cause an uproar but thought you all should be privy to it "if" it is valid.

500M Ed's private shares 300M Previous company buyback 200M Today's company buyback 200M Private investor today 200M Other private investors (lowball guess) ==== 1,400M or 1.4 Billion, which is VERY close to the float of 1.5 Billion.
I assume the MMs pretty much naked-shorted all day long, which puts them at about 400M short right now. So the MMs may already be several 100M (300M?) above the issued number of shares!
Everyone just hold tight to your shares - if the MMs start covering and additionally have to compete with Ed and the "Private Investor" for shares, we may esperience the mother of all short squeezes!
IMHO, just based on assets and revenues, the valuation of the IBAC should easily be $15million, or at least 0.01/share. I think that's why Ed is so upset.

Ed's private shares are not part of float. Can't be never no way impossible. Officers on the board and Officers of the company shares are all restricted (insider shares) no matter how they got them and are not part of float.

Thanks, Ric, I got too excited. I still think the MMs cannot hold this down much longer with this kind of volume; they know they need to cover at some point.
I'm somewhat confused, though: The float was about 1.3-1.4 billion back in Feb, when the Ed announced his 500M buy. They then announced a company buyback of another 300M, which should have reduced the float to much below 1 billion. So how can we be back to 1.5 billion float - dilution? The 15% dividend explains part of the increase, but not all of it.
