Just an fyi. The count is up to 1.524 Billion shares held. They told this to Ed and he is going to get a sheet from the TA that has all the share holders on it because he is still saying the O/S should be at 1.3 Billion. If that's true, this stock is being shorted and he wants some info to back that up. I'll keep you posted.

I received my 15% shares on May 12 at Scottrade. Thought it would be Monday. I'm not up to date on the spinoff, if someone could repost the info would be great....thanks..

Ed said the spinoff is still on track to be done by the end of June. Basically all the accounting is done he is just playing paper tag with the SEC. Everytime he sends something to them, it takes the SEC 30 days to let him know if they need something else. He said he thinks they have just about covered everything.

Property Description - 127 room Ramada Inn with adjacent restaurant located less than 1/2 mile off I-240 at Exit 24, near the airport. Hotel consists of 6 floors: 45 double, 82 kings and 6 kings studios. Interior corridors. Property built in 1986. Has on-site laundry facilities, sundries shop, outdoor pool, 2 conference rooms and 2 Dover elevators. 200 +/- paved parking spaces.
The auction is to take place on May 25, 2005 and the Company will be represented at the auction by Mr. Edward W. Hayter President of IBAC and Mr. Gary Becker President of IBAC subsidiary The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites. I still have yet to receive my shares too so I called etrade and they said that the shares are coming but it might take a day or two to get the shares from the transfer agent.

No problem. I don't think you would have a problem with anyone selling over there anyway. All of them are in for the long haul.

me too,no dividend shares on my account yet.and i made a little mistake,i have 14m instead of 12 m shares ,:-).By the way ,i think i'll receive my shares maybe wednesday or so,because it is a bank holiday here in belgium.yes i am from belgium,smal country in europe but when i smell a good investment i don't mind in wich country it is.
