I refuse to take a loss and just move on for this one. The problem is having that money tied up for god knows how long in a legal battle. Good Grief!

Agreed but if you could get .03 per share for that money, I think I could have it tied up for a couple of years. Who knows he might even settle out of court. The reason we say .03 is because he was supposidly offered a buyout of his company back a ways (I think in January) at that price and didn't take it so that is probably at least we will go for in the suit. Hehe.

Welcome to life in the pinks,why are a lot of people buying millions and millions of shares of this.This guy is going to tell us things to get us all excited but in the end it's all about the bottom line.The Share price hasen't moved much.Going back to yesterday what i said is going to be true.If this sits here for a while you will see the shares reduced in the form of a R/S.As for a lawsuit - Good luck.He can open up his mouth all he wants but unless he submits something to the SEC you can't do chit.Been through these kinds of stocks on many occasions and just chalk it up to you didn't hit the lottery.

What are you guys smoking? Talking about a lawsuit, one that you won't win, because a CEO hasn't issued a PR when you wanted him to because you own .00000001% of his company. Because he hasn't "ungagged the T/A" when he said he would . . . Don't you guys have anything better to do, or did you throw your whole life's savings into this.

i should not say anything but it looked like what ed said in public and stated that was the policy of the co and in writting also and there is plenty of proof of that. he can be held acountable for. this not like cmkx were there really are no assets this co has them and all us share holders own part of them so we do have a say and legal rights. you get nothing if you are not bold and that encludes self respect.

your probably right cane. All this talk about a lawsuit is premature, besides being a futile effort in the future. But I don't have my life savings in this. I do have a few grand though and might as well let it sit and see what happens. Some may call me crazy but why sell for a loss now when you really don't have a clue what's happening yet.

I'm not suggesting selling!!!! Why would you sell at this point?????? One day passes without "THE PR" or "THE UNGAGGING" and people start talking lawsuit. Go spill coffee on yourself at a McDonalds, you might get a free Big Mac or something. I've got 20+ million shares in this. If it tanks, oh well, I have a write off for next year. I spent 40 Dollars + 7 bucks for scottrade @.0004 to get 100000 shares of this and i am pissed.I can't imagine having like 20 million shares of this or even a couple of million in this.I Would be looking to bust some heads if i spent a lot on this.

It has nothing to do with this particular PR. This was the last straw so to speak. He has consistantly lied to the shareholders and this was his last chance, per se, and it looks like he has lied to us again. Well some of us have invested alot of money into this and aren't going away quitely.

As for Ed, I'm very dissapointed at the moment. I very much expected to hear something by now but from the removed completely clinical view, the second quarter isn't over.
It's not looking good to me, but in absolute more than fairness he has until next week to say something. There is also an argument for the reporting numbers to be as late as mid July as the second quarter numbers will likely take a week or two to filter in.
I can live with no news this week. Nothing next week and well......

Your exactly right. I am not ranting and raving. I am just stating fact. He will be servered with a lawsuit. That is how business people handle their differences. Ranting and Raving would be saying stuff like we are going to go to Ed's office and hang him by his you know whats. A lawsuit is not obsurb or stupid, they are done every day. Heck the shareholders of Dreamworks Animation are Suing Dreamworks because they gave a false projection of their sales of Shrek 2. That's mild compared to what Ed has done.

I thought when google went public for 90 bucks a share I thought people were crazy for buying this.I said why would anyone buy this for that much money,well it went up over 300 bucks a share yesterday that would be a triple.I bought this for .0004 and its at .0002 that's losing half my money.My downfall is listening to people on these threads talk about what a great company this is and it going to make bank and all the other BS.I try to just post the facts not what i hope this will do because i have a little position in this.I play for the thrill that maybe someday one of these companies will go sky high not just high for the day or 2 or that its a good growing company.I lost a bundle on these stocks and haven't cashed in and said "Wow i made a killing of this".This is daytraders land and not for the long term holder because in 10 years most of these companies will either be gone or do so many R/S that you will be left with nothing.Just my opinion.

Not all companies are Google. Take Nokia for instance. Two years ago it was 40, now its 20, im left at a loss of 50%. No different than ICAN from .0004 to .0002. I still think ICAN is a good company and most of you are all making this a bigger deal IMO. Yes ED said he was ungagging the TA. But where exactly did he says this? In Paltalk? Nomar, that is not what he is getting Sued about. The main thing is that he has said many times in bother public( namely IBC radio) that the O/S is 1.5 Billion shares and that he would notify the shareholders of any change in that O/S. Well he hasn't. We were just giving him the benefit of the doubt and saying we would wait to see if he lives up to his latest claim that he would ungag the TA. There are other claims he has made as well but I am not going into it all. The constant lie on the O/S is the biggest one.
