Would they post it as a program is they were only broadcasting a movie starring S. Channing? They don't do that for the other stuff they rebroadcast. Wouldn't make sense unless she was personally doing something for the network. Even if it was just rebroadcasts, does Stockard Channing have enough material to have a program specifically dedicated to her stuff? She has been around for a while but I don't think people would care for such rebroadcasts on a regular basis. Matt

dont expect a comment from her she is in court today lol

http://www.cnn.com/2005/SHOWBIZ/TV/01/26/people.stockardchanning.ap/

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Emmy-winning actress Stockard Channing was arrested for investigation of drunken driving after she tried to drive around a roadblock on the Hollywood Freeway, authorities said Tuesday.

Channing, 60, who won an Emmy for her role as first lady on NBC's "The West Wing," was stopped by California Highway Patrol officers on December 14. She was jailed nearly three hours before being released without bail, the Sheriff's Department said.

Officer Alex Delgadillo, a CHP spokesman, said the freeway's northbound lanes had been shut down that night so a tow truck could remove a disabled tractor-trailer.

Officers then saw Channing's car passing traffic on the right shoulder of the freeway, Delgadillo said.

Officers who pulled the car over smelled alcohol and administered a field sobriety test. Delgadillo said Channing's blood-alcohol levels were 0.12 and 0.13. The legal limit in California is 0.08.

Two misdemeanor counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol were filed Monday, said city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan.

Channing's manager, Ernest Johns, didn't immediately return a phone call Tuesday seeking comment.

The actress was scheduled to appear for arraignment February 9.

The maximum penalty for conviction is six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for each charge, Mateljan said.

she will get off i got my wife off a driving without insurance charge over christmas. up here it is a minimum $5000 fine. i talked to my buddy who is a lawyer and she is pleading guilty to a $50 fine for failure to produce and insurance slip.

its all in who you get to represent you.

by the way the insurance was screwed up and we found out Christmas Eve. it was rectified again on the 30th when they opened again.

She was told not to drive the vehicle till i fixed it. But she knew better. lol

29th she got stopped for a ride check. didnt know enough to play dumb then though. I showed up on the scene and she was calleing the cop everything but a white man. lol

The point is the right lawyer can get you out of anything.

If you hadn't realized. Ghosty is invested in QBID, according to him. Besides, I guess all the work I went through doing rebuttal against U4 was all for nothing. Oh well.

I don't care if you don't accept QBID. We would all appreciate it if you all didn't come in here telling us we're idiots even though we've all done our own DD and have weighed the risks versus the rewards. QBID is still good in my book. Matt

I am not trying to belittle. I just see too much optimism with this stock and only pr's that pump this.

You all state that you don't like the "bashers" because of possible new investors and how this may scare them off. All of the happy go luck postings is pumping.

This company is a BIG gamble, nothing more/nothing less, UNTIL the company PROVES A/S, O/S, stockholders equity, revenue, and forcast earnings. Until that happens, this is at best a day trading stock.

ANY seasoned investor would not hold this long without DD and Proper Proveable TA (which includes the things I mentioned above). Anybody that would disagree with this is either a dreamer or a sheep, or a new investor which knows nothing about what a profitable company and solid investment is.

Imagine....
I love you, you love me, were a happy family....

Come on, you know the rest of the song.

There, are we freinds again.

This above statement was a joke. Intended to make you laugh, please I ment no harm.

Can you please tell me that how you are promoting is not pumping.

Stimulate conversation IS DD. I have not told anybody they are fools for buying this stock. Why attack?

Actually, I have 750k shares that I obtained as free by flipping this on the last BIG run as well as a tidy profit. I also have no intent of buying more and no intent on selling unless this hits .10

"Rod" seems to have an attitude problem; you'll notice in any post that doesn't pump the stock he will attack you. Can you believe he is 38? Acts much younger.

Firefly, 99.9% of all sub pennies have fluctuations up to (and not limited to 2000%). Alot of money can be made by learning from DD and TA and playing the ups and downs.

0.1% actually go from a sub to over .25 and stay there.

Optimism is grand, but the reality of the matter is that picking a sub that may go over a buck is lesser than getting hit by lightning.

Just being real, that is all.

I knew of the risks, I persoanlly have measured them and made my own personal decision.
I believe all should do the same.
Do not invest what you can't afford to loose.
Also I am an investor here and not a qbid trader.

I made my money and free shares on the last run. That run was due to hype and emotion.

I would like to see a run by the company standing on it's own merit. Havn't seen it yet. Lots of positive PR and no movement.

Is the hype over and will we only see max 20% swings? IMHO, yes the hype is over and this will not move until the company can be trusted (which I don't) or they report.

Justplayin posted some great DD if anybody took the time to read between the lines.

Here! TV is already ahead of the game and paving the way for Q. We have how many movie channels?? HBO, MAX, SHOTIME, BRAVO, ENCORE,STARZ, ETC.,ETC....

Q has another company spreading the word about alternative lifestyle programming. If.... there is a demand and a large enough market then carriages will see the value and Q could have big names in the industry signing everything they can to sell another channel.

Not everything or everybody is as they appear. I hope you all can see that Justplayin was added DD that is positive for the Q.

The successful traders are the ones who can read between the lines. [Wink]
