Ghosty, he may have said that when they didn't have it on their site, but what's important is that it's on there now. Just like how I don't get QTV in my area now, I believe there is a good chance I may in the foreseeable future.

If you give me some time I will go through everything U4 has said and either refute what he says. At the very least what I will be able to say is that QBID is a pink and all the financials he is posting is pure speculation that holds no ground of validity. If what he says were true then he would have a connection to the company and would/should rather see the company fly. Therefore he wouldn't be posting such slanderous remarks. Matt

Do you not agree with the theory about Frank selling the 1 billion during the run to .028 and then buying back at the end of last year? It makes sense and gives QTN a ton of money to run off of for several months at least if not a year or more.
As far as the pps drop. What happened with the run to .028? QTN had a soft launch with big name carriers. That was exciting to be affiliated with Time Warner and such.
What is everyone waiting for now? News of a new big carrier. Everytime they release a pr that isn't about a carrier people get upset. All they want is that new carrier. Everyone gets all hyped that this next deadline is coming or its rumored that we've signed with whomever. If its not a carrier PR investors don't care about QTN. They're not seeing the big picture. PR's about programming, i.e. Liz Taylor, Super Bowl, etc., aren't going to do much for the pps. The pps is mainly dealing with the structure of the company and how much value investors place in the company. Is the company more valuable since they covered the super bowl? No
PR's about Rasenberger and the retiring of 1 billion shares should have done something to the pps but like I said, everyone else has the idea that without a carrier pr that QTN is going no where. That is why the pps continues to drop. Matt

i think they release way too many prs. thier average the past few months is a new pr every 3 days. in the month of january, they released 9 prs out of the 20 market trading days. thats really excessive to me. every little thing doesnt require a new pr.

That is the problem is that we can not find the answers to the holes and it gets quite frustrating to hear everyone blindly saying this is going to fly.

Here! TV, the gay and lesbian media company that runs an ad-free premium cable network of the same name, could start turning a profit before the end of this year, said Paul Colichman, the company’s CEO and cofounder.
“I don’t want to speak out of school, but it could happen this year,” he said in an interview with B&C after addressing TV critics meeting in Universal City.
The company was founded in 2003, basing its business model on niche-market networks such as BET, Lifetime and Nickelodeon. It’s now available in 70% of digital homes passed.
Last month, the here! premium channel went live on DirecTV. Besides that service it also markets pay-per-view services and video on demand programming.
Its library includes hundreds of films with gay themes. Now it’s investing in original programming, with 12 made-for-gay-TV films and six original series.
“Frankly, the last thing we need is more little gay intimate independent films. We already own all of them,” Colichman told critics at a breakfast. “We are focusing on story-form content. We are not doing cheap reality television.”
How much is he spending on each of those projects? “It’s not HBO,” quips Colichman. “But it’s certainly about the same as Showtime, Lifetime or the Sci-Fi channel.”
Besides the cable products, here! is pulling in revenue from its international division, theatrical releases of its films and a home video business.
Although the cable products are targeted at gays and lesbians, others are tuning in. On any given day, straight people account for 25% to 40% percent of the audience, says Colichman.

The only way to ensure that their programming is aired is to negotiate secret contracts with huge cable companies and broadcast conglomerates or to give them equity ownership in the networks. Other than being gay-oriented channels, I don't think Here! and Q Television are anything alike. Q Television has it's own unique programming and Here! shows reruns of gay themed movies. I do not work in the broadcasting industry so I can't say for sure, but my personal opinion is that a network such as Q Television would be much more difficult to develop, hence all the delays. I also think that Q Television is moving in all the right directions to overcome any difficulties. I could be very wrong on this, but again, it's just my own personal opinion.

ghosty, go to IHUB and either look up skunksyard posts or talk to him. He gets QTN and has spoken about its programming several times. I think someone even took video of the live show one time.
Honestly though ghosty, if you don't believe Q Television is airing then why are you invested in it?
Besides that, I have to go for now. I'm sorry I can't post my reply to U4 just yet because he has written such a long post with so many fallacies.
The most ridiculous claim I've found thus far is how he pretty much knows everything about the demographics of the homosexual community and that there is no way they have 500 billion in disposable income. This being said regardless of all the websites that have done research to show they do have such a large disposable income. Then he apparently doesn't understand the difference between A/S and O/S.
