Is it the unknown about the O/S and A/S, the unknown financials. How may paying suscribers are there. What is the estimated amount of suscribers by years end. What is the monthly operating expense. There are many more unanswered questions that go unanswered that make this nothing more than a happy lottery ticket.
And, if it is a happy lottery ticket, we should all call it that.

thanks for responding, but I don't entirely agree with your 1st paragragh, although it is possible that the drop was caused by Frank dumping shares along with other profit takers.
That 2nd paragragh has me wondering if you are mixed up about timelines and Time Warner and the soft launch.
Time Warner didn't have any more to do with the soft launch then they do with Q now. ( and such?) Are you talking about Daleny?
Soft launch occurred well after the run to .028.
One of the big reasons folks are weary about investing in this is because of questions regarding the share structure.
Others are vague PRs and CC. and delays. Why tie up my money if this may not get off the ground for awhile, attitude.
If a "basher" were to make mistakes like that (2nd paragragh) he would hear about it in a not so kind way, by many posters here.
I appreciate your hard work here.

As far as the pps drop. What happened with the run to .028? QTN had a soft launch with big name carriers. That was exciting to be affiliated with Time Warner and such.
What is everyone waiting for now? News of a new big carrier. Everytime they release a pr that isn't about a carrier people get upset. All they want is that new carrier. I assume when U4 means upgrade he means for QBID to get off the pink sheets and become fully reporting. To start, Frank and company did not merge with TMM till March of 2000. I have not once read anything saying Frank planned on getting the company fully reporting from the beginning. He purchased the shell to avoid a costly IPO. Frank has no idea of knowing if the shell is dirty or not before he merges with them. Anything can be cleaned. In time Frank and company will hire financial legalists to make sure QBID follows all of the SEC’s guidelines. They do plan on getting off the pinks, that is in the conference call, but they don’t plan on doing so soon. You can’t assume the shell was clean to begin with. They won’t clean the shell now because that would require hiring professional help that would be very costly. Right now there are higher priorities on QBID than spending money on getting the company off the pinks when it really doesn’t even matter that they’re on the pinks. There are plenty of other companies on the pinks above $1. A dirty shell just means the previous company wasn’t reporting to the SEC either correctly, fully, or at all.

This is why I do not bother reading U4’s posts. He is confusing authorized shares and outstanding shares. We started with only about 15 billion a/s, 7.5 of which were o/s. After increasing 2 billion a/s into the o/s and also issuing 6 billion o/s in institutional hands, the A/S had to be increased to 50 billion to handle those amounts. Basically U4 just added A/S and O/S numbers to inflate the share count. As far as the buyback, you can look at my previous post about how Frank most likely released 2 billion shares into the o/s during the run to .028 to raise funds. Then the buyback was repurchasing those shares at a lower price. This is just, wow, blatantly wrong. U4 is arguing that the total gay population is small and has no where near 500 billion in disposable income? His argument is that after bills and what have you that they have no money to spend. First off, what is one thing that most gay couples do not have? Children. Where is a lot of heterosexual couples income going towards? Paying to raise kids, send them to school, provide for them. About the commercials. Frank has stated that he knows certain shows aren’t supposed to be interrupted and some shows are. He has stated that talking head shows and sports are meant to be interrupted. Movies are not. QTN will not interrupt movies with commercials.
Also, Frank was not the creator of Showtime. He helped build The Movie Channel which was bought out by Showtime/Viacom. How is U4 able to bash QBID if he doesn’t understand anything?
U4 also got upset about how Frank claimed that QTN is receiving thousands of calls on the hotline and received much attention at Gay Trade Shows. Besides the fact that U4 only brings up the fact that Frank claimed those stats and U4 doesn’t explain anything about why he brought up those stats, how would U4 be able to refute what Frank says if he did say that Frank was lying. U4 is all over the place with little facts. Where is his DD? Seems to me like it’s just some opinions that blatantly go against facts.

There are/have been no advertisements on the QTV website. The closest they’ve come to ads on the site is when you loaded up the old chat room, but those were ads through bravenet, the chat room service provider. How do you know no advertisers have been contracted? Do you have the financials and business contracts of QTN sitting in front of you? A lot of U4 is spouting claims that he would only know if he had access to all the business dealings of QTN. This is a pink stock so no he does not. In fact a lot of the general public has to know about QTN. After the USA Today advertisement, David Letterman, the Sundance Film Festival, signing of the gay games contract, and articles about new networks competing for the gay tv niche, people know about QTN. You need to realize NYC is one of the largest business centers of the world. If you don’t, wow. QTN should be in NYC to be a fast paced business. They hired Scott Seger to be VP of advertising. Have you personally checked with NYC for business licenses? They don’t necessarily need to own a building anyways. We do have contracts for the 2006 Gay Games. U4 is arguing that Frank Olsen is incapable of working 18 hour days, 7 days a week? Not all businesses shut down on Sundays. The fact about the number of shareholder calls I’ve already talked about. This doesn’t apply to QTN because they are a premium channel. This point relates to LOGO which will be a public channel. Christians will boycott LOGO and advertisers on LOGO, but not on QTN since they have to pay for the channel. They won’t pay for QTN just to boycott it. First show me the financial documents stating the operating costs of QTN, the proof that they are paying that much for outside programming, etc etc. This is a pink sheet stock. U4 has no proof of these numbers. These are just meant to confuse new investors into believing U4. There are not 50 billion O/S. There are 50 billion A/S. U4 has created all these numbers out of his head, doesn’t understand the difference between A/S and O/S, claims all the research done on the gay population is false, that he knows all the financials of QTN even though it’s a Pink sheet stock, etc etc. The list goes on. I assume when U4 means upgrade he means for QBID to get off the pink sheets and become fully reporting. To start, Frank and company did not merge with TMM till March of 2000. I have not once read anything saying Frank planned on getting the company fully reporting from the beginning. He purchased the shell to avoid a costly IPO. Frank has no idea of knowing if the shell is dirty or not before he merges with them. Anything can be cleaned. In time Frank and company will hire financial legalists to make sure QBID follows all of the SEC’s guidelines. They do plan on getting off the pinks, that is in the conference call, but they don’t plan on doing so soon. You can’t assume the shell was clean to begin with. They won’t clean the shell now because that would require hiring professional help that would be very costly. Right now there are higher priorities on QBID than spending money on getting the company off the pinks when it really doesn’t even matter that they’re on the pinks. There are plenty of other companies on the pinks above $1. A dirty shell just means the previous company wasn’t reporting to the SEC either correctly, fully, or at all.

This is why I do not bother reading U4’s posts. He is confusing authorized shares and outstanding shares. We started with only about 15 billion a/s, 7.5 of which were o/s. After increasing 2 billion a/s into the o/s and also issuing 6 billion o/s in institutional hands, the A/S had to be increased to 50 billion to handle those amounts. Basically U4 just added A/S and O/S numbers to inflate the share count. As far as the buyback, you can look at my previous post about how Frank most likely released 2 billion shares into the o/s during the run to .028 to raise funds. Then the buyback was repurchasing those shares at a lower price. This is just, wow, blatantly wrong. U4 is arguing that the total gay population is small and has no where near 500 billion in disposable income? His argument is that after bills and what have you that they have no money to spend. First off, what is one thing that most gay couples do not have? Children. Where is a lot of heterosexual couples income going towards? Paying to raise kids, send them to school, provide for them. Besides that, go to http://www.365gay.com/Corp/ads.htm and you will see that U4 is blatantly wrong in saying the disposable income for homosexuals is nearly nonexistent or close to what Frank estimates. Gay.com has 4.8 MILLION subscribed to their site alone. You can check it out. Currently there are 22,000 online right now. This is where it gets confusing. U4 throws out so many theories and ideas that it’s hard to follow along. People get confused and new investors just get all the wrong ideas stuck in there heads.
No where did it ever say that the conference call held 100,000 callers. I believe investorshub.com says 1000 shareholders call in.
About the commercials. Frank has stated that he knows certain shows aren’t supposed to be interrupted and some shows are. He has stated that talking head shows and sports are meant to be interrupted. Movies are not. QTN will not interrupt movies with commercials.
Also, Frank was not the creator of Showtime. He helped build The Movie Channel which was bought out by Showtime/Viacom. How is U4 able to bash QBID if he doesn’t understand anything?
U4 also got upset about how Frank claimed that QTN is receiving thousands of calls on the hotline and received much attention at Gay Trade Shows. Besides the fact that U4 only brings up the fact that Frank claimed those stats and U4 doesn’t explain anything about why he brought up those stats, how would U4 be able to refute what Frank says if he did say that Frank was lying. U4 is all over the place with little facts. Where is his DD? Seems to me like it’s just some opinions that blatantly go against facts.

Do you know what a network teleport is? Go to http://www.networkteleports.com/ I believe that is the company of Barbara Lamont. I believe when you meant sub-contracted out you were talking about QTN having to rent other facilities and studios to work out of. I would still like to know where you are told this. U4 gives no links or information on where we can see the evidence for his information. Anyways, yes QTN did rent studios before purchasing their own studio. Go to Sept. 16, 2004 and you’ll see the purchase of the studio. They would have had to subcontract other studios and facilities to produce shows. There are/have been no advertisements on the QTV website. The closest they’ve come to ads on the site is when you loaded up the old chat room, but those were ads through bravenet, the chat room service provider. How do you know no advertisers have been contracted? Do you have the financials and business contracts of QTN sitting in front of you? A lot of U4 is spouting claims that he would only know if he had access to all the business dealings of QTN. This is a pink stock so no he does not. Do we know absolutely that advertisers have been signed? No. Do I believe that most likely we have? Yes. This is partially the decision I made when investing into QBID. If you don’t believe they have then get out. I see the potential of QBID and am willing to risk my money on it.

In fact a lot of the general public has to know about QTN. After the USA Today advertisement, David Letterman, the Sundance Film Festival, signing of the gay games contract, and articles about new networks competing for the gay tv niche, people know about QTN. You need to realize NYC is one of the largest business centers of the world. If you don’t, wow. QTN should be in NYC to be a fast paced business. They hired Scott Seger to be VP of advertising. Have you personally checked with NYC for business licenses? They don’t necessarily need to own a building anyways. With all the calls they’ve been getting and that possible carriers have received, I wouldn’t blame them for not putting up phone numbers to their advertising office. I’ll admit. This doesn’t apply to QTN because they are a premium channel. This point relates to LOGO which will be a public channel. Where did U4 get that they want $200,000 to advertise on QTN? Again U4 has no proof that we have no subscribers, but we obviously have publicity.

First show me the financial documents stating the operating costs of QTN, the proof that they are paying that much for outside programming, etc etc. This is a pink sheet stock. U4 has no proof of these numbers. These are just meant to confuse new investors into believing U4. There are not 50 billion O/S. There are 50 billion A/S. U4 has created all these numbers out of his head, doesn’t understand the difference between A/S and O/S, claims all the research done on the gay population is false, that he knows all the financials of QTN even though it’s a Pink sheet stock, etc etc. The list goes on. Read through my entire reply. I will appreciate anyone to point out any mistakes I’ve made as long as they show me the proof. Matt

Did anyone see what is on wife swope tonight on channel 10? The 1 family is 2 women where the other family is traditional with deep christian beliefs. Talking about raising awareness of the gay community. They even get the husband of the traditional family to go dancing at a gay bar. The PPS will go up don't worry. When , that is anyones guess at this point. When Frank either sells or hooks up with another carrier. Which will come first? I know one thing and that is I am long and strong with over 1.4 m and I could care less what some of the people here say about this tanking. Like everyone has said before, if you don;t beleive in the stock then get out or day trade but don't try and convience me to sell.

I just don't believe it's because of Frank diluting shares into the o/s. It could very well have been that people were getting tired of waiting for progress and slowly sold their shares. Selling shares also drives the price down. You just said it yourself, "Why tie up my money if this may not get off the ground for awhile, attitude."
My mistake on the soft launch and the run to .028. It wasn't TW, I was thinking quickly, but it was Comcast. Go to the investors hub board and look at May 14, 2004. They were part of the soft launch. My mistake.
I still don't think QBID deserves all this bashing. They are a good company. Matt
