i think we have been way too dependant on news lately. it would be really nice to see new investors come in just because they believe in the programming and the cause. news isn't the only thing that makes Q move!!!

Yes you are missing something denzen. There are 50 billion authorized shares. Of those 50 billion there are somewhere around 13.5 billion outstanding shares. The authorized shares do not hold any value at all. They're only there for the company to sell if they need money or if they're signing contracts. The outstanding shares are the only shares that hold any value.
I appreciate all your hard work, but I don't entirely buy into your share theory. Also, Frank and company does need money and they are signing contracts. Which means, as I have been saying for months, they are selling and dealing shares. If authorized shares didn't have at least intinsic value, they would be able to sell them or use them for contracts.
They still effect the PPS.

We'll agree to disagree then. Pink stocks are pinks because we're left in the dark. No one except Frank and Company know if they need money. No one on these boards knows for sure if QTN is receiving revenue or not. I don't believe that they need to sell shares to raise revenue. If they did they would never have bothered to buyback shares.

Matt, how do you think they are paying for Sundance and other sponsorships, Vans, website, employees, show productions,film crews, advertising and other related people and companies in assisting QBID? If rev. was even a major fraction of what is needed to pay for these expenses, we would be hearing about that success! I believe the buyback was designed to keep investor relations healthy as possible, while still carrying out business plan.
I'm OK with disagreeing.

Would they necessarily release those numbers? I doubt they're receiving massive revenues that would impress anyone in a pr. Not a lot of revenue is needed to pay for vans, equipment, etc anyways. I don't know the full details but you can talk to Ric about a loan QTN received months ago. I'll look for it in a little bit but I do recall Frank saying several employees are volunteers that believe in the company.
But besides all that we just don't know the details. They could have adervertising revenue, subscription revenue, loans, etc. We just don't know. In my opinion if they bought back shares and then retired 1 billion of Franks that this doesn't point to a conclusion that they need to sell shares to raise money to keep QTN running. Matt

Is the company living up to their word?
Did some DD and found in 2001 they stated to be on air by 2002.
If we could prove that these things are happening (even if slowly), this would mean that this is for real!

I am a big supportor of the Q. I've been bruned a couple of times by penny stocks and I hope Q lives up to all of its billing. Reading over all of the press releases at the IHub investor's site, very good info on the Q, it seems they were all over the place last year on when they would launch, what city, who they hired, what programs would launch (for example in October it was announced: Per "The Advocate" - "Giggles," the first all-gay stand-up comedy TV series, starts filming October 20 at Ice House in Pasadena, Calif. ), and so on.
I think that Frank is very excited about the network finally being launched and mistakes have been made. Has anyone actually seem the programs on TV? Has anyone read a review in a gay magazine/newspaper about the shows to see if the targeted audience wants them?
I would think if "Q on the Move" is syndicated to 150 stations for Feb. 14th, for 13 weeks, that an announcement would be imminent. Also has anyone seen on their cable stations advertising "Q on the Move".
Again, I am a big supporter, just like some results soon enough.

Lil, it's not BS. I have been here on the Q when it first started with Diana and the crew. This pink stock has no resposibility to report to the SEC.
One of the biggest things Q was working on was to become a fully reporting. I don't know how much you know about SEC rules, but it doesn't take all that time to become fully reporting.
And, if I can get people thinking and asking, then I may help them make a well thought decision and may find some valuable information myself.
And as Doc told me, "as long as I am a holder of this POS, I will continue to post."
