Several new divisions are planned to enhance the rollout of our 2005 growth strategy. Included is a website portal to an online automotive parts dealer, title sponsorship of a race team, distribution of new and diverse product lines and exclusive or co-operative licensing agreements with race drivers to manufacture and sell merchandise and products.
Advisory Board
MotorSports Emporium, Inc. will also establish an advisory board of outside advisors with detailed knowledge of the motor sports industry. Each advisor is chosen based on his/her competency to contribute ideas and past successes to help the business cope with existing circumstances and adapt to new ones. Members of the advisory board will be instrumental in opening doors for the company and breaking down barriers of entry to new opportunities.
Market Opportunity
There are more than 100 million racing enthusiasts in the United States and one-in-three adults consider themselves race fans. Of these, 40% spend nine or more hours per week on race related activities. These fans are the most brand-loyal of all sports fans with 70% loyalty to race sponsors. Auto racing is the fastest growing spectator sport and is second only to the NFL in popularity. MotorSports Emporium, Inc. taps directly into the passion of this market with its planned products and services.
Competitive Advantage
MotorSports Emporium, Inc. is implementing a robust business strategy to directly grow the business into a multi million-dollar company. Already, our subsidiary, ScaleCars.com has established itself as a trustworthy and reputable company with loyal customers. MSEP is focused and very receptive of consumer demographics, expansion and trends. Our strategic business model incorporates a storefront, robust Internet site, trackside events, catalog sales, diversity of products and innovation of co-operative licensing agreements and sponsorship.

Trackside and Special Events: In 2003 more than 7 million people attended motor sports events. From our due diligence we've discovered a successful manufacturer & merchandiser of die cast cars and memorabilia generated over $60 million from trackside events. The company plans to enter trackside events as part of its strategic business model to increase gross revenues.
Retail Store and Internet: Scalecars.com occupies 2,900 sq ft of which 900 sq ft is used as retail space. To welcome retail customers and impact sales, ScaleCars.com will host a variety of local events in and around the store. Additionally we will establish magazine advertisements and television commercials as well as market a quarterly product catalog, and provide monthly sales/specials, establish gift cards and weekly email campaigns
Licensing Agreements: Through professional race drivers, team owners and sponsors, MSEP seeks to engage licensing agreements to manufacture, wholesale and retail specialty product lines based on a specific driver, and/or team. Depending upon the popularity of the drivers, the exclusivity of the licensing and distribution channels, MSEP could expects the business of wholesale manufacturing and licensing to play an important role of revenue growth in 2005.
Keaveney concluded by saying, "We've already begun executing our 2005 strategic plan and will update the investment community as we accomplish key milestones. Usually, I do not put details of my DD on this board, but this I need to share with you all. I have been scanning and dd’ing hundreds of penny stocks for a long time. It is very difficult to find penny stocks with good and honest Management, strong Fundamentals, good Chart and strong Momentum etc. So most of the time, I prefer to buy penny stocks on Momentum basis and trade it on the same day or the second day. But on Thursday morning when I saw MSEP’s run, I was not sure about buying it, but after spending few hours of DD on it, I was impressed with this stock and I bought it for the low’s of the day and not only it was huge investment, but I decided to keep it as a long term play. First of all, when I DD the internal and financial position of this Company, it appears to be very reliable. The Transfer Agent for MSEP is American Registrar & Transfer Company, Salt Lake City and their tel. # (801)363-9065. Call them on Monday and confirm the imp.facts. Also, if you contact the CEO, Mr. David Keaveany , he answers phone calls and emails. MSEP has 188MM o/s and a tight float of 120MM. This Company has no debt or any toxic financing to screw up traders. Its future guidance is very promising with respect to the fast growing motor sport industry. Recently, there has been lot of insider buying going on and this Thursday also the CEO bought more shares at 0.015. The CEO, Mr. Keaveany is not only a good business leader, but has 15 years of experience as a stockbroker, investment advisor etc. Usually business leaders are not good investors, but this CEO may know why he is buying more shares at 0.015. In a PR in the last month, CEO commented on end of year results, “As we finish up our financial year on December 31 and the audited numbers are announced, I believe investors will be surprised at our financial progress----“ and the fully audited Financials are due anytime now. Also in a recent PR, the Co. announced that ScaleCars.com(a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSEP) will be a featured vendor at the Barrot-Jackson Classic Car Auction to be held in January 26-30, 2005, in Scottsdale, Arizona. They are anticipating 155,000 attendees for this auction and in CEO ‘s words, “Historically and with respect to revenues, Barrett-Jackson is the single most successful venue ScaleCars has attended---“. MSEP had a decent run up and also had a healthy pullback. On Friday, the stock had a Higher High and a Lower low for the day and Chart looks good. But there could be a small pull back on Monday morning, but smart buyers could jump in those pullbacks. MSEP has low float and has much short-term potential, it is not wise to get out in the hope of buying in a big dip. IMO the Co. could release a PR on Big Event and also on Financials this week. With the exceptional numbers as we expect, MSEP could run like AGIS in Nov’03 up 2300% in one day. There is no predicting how high this stock can go---. So do not take my word here, but do your own DD to confirm the long term potential of this stock. I am in MSEP for long haul and also I will trade some momentum stocks every day as usual. GLTA

Bottom of downtrend pattern emerging at these levels(.01 +) MSEP above .01 is sort of a new 'animal' in new territory but today seemed to be a continuance of a downward trend--of course positive for buyers not comfortable buying above .014 or .015 *further DD would be appreciated* Are there any recent sub-penny to .01 breakouts that might be good comparables to line up with the MSEP of late?

Pretty nice day overall--opportunities for everyone shorts, longs and even the undecided. I still remain a believer and beyond because the basic fundamentals here lend themselves to a general bullishness and management/ownership credibility that vesting itself financially in the MSEP endeavor. DD insider trading pattern and make your own deductions--there is a real synergy to this stock and while I am by no means a car enthusiast or fan--the loyalty and excitement and $$$ of those who are is a lucrative venture with no signs of dissipating GL all

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 01.24.2005 (2) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0170. Since then MSEP has gained 5.88% .
Were you eager to go long? Well, without doubt, it was the right time to do so. The BUY signal was finally confirmed, and most probably you have called your broker and placed your long orders with no hesitation.
Don't worry if you have missed this buying opportunity. The market may now give you a second chance. You may still find good prices for buying in the next session.

I went to the Barrett Jackson show today. The weather sucked as it rained most of the day. I talked to David, Mark and Graig at the Scalecars.com booth. I asked how sales were looking and Mark told me that the day was a bit slow due to the weather. But, he reminded me that MSEP was "so much bigger than ScaleCars.com". He said scalecars was a nice revenue producing company, but the other projects he and David are working on could dwarf the scalecars numbers. He hinted that we may see some news this week. I didn't want to hang around their booth for long, as customers were there. I am going back on Saturday and will try to fish for more info. I felt a real buzz and excitement from all three regarding MSEP and the successes they are having. I am most certainly going to get some more shares tomorrow. If anyone else is from Arizona, buy a ticket and go to the show and talk to David and Mark. I'd love to hear another investors thoughts.
