who do you think is going to pay $60 for a hot wheels? i like hot wheels, i got some for my 5-year old nephew for xmas. but - i got a 10-pack for $5, that's fifty cents each. do you seriously think there is going to be a big market for $60 glorified hot wheels cars? if so, why?

It's not the HotWheels you bought at Meijer's, it's the collectables that have value. You would be suprised what people are willing to pay for anything collectable.

FYI: I purchased a conservative position in this after coming across Joe Million's Posts a couple weeks back. I guess his overall excitement caught my eye, so I did my own DD first and feel like MSEP already has a substantial foundation in place, has cut away dead weight (gaming interests) and is venturing aggressively into an industry with a tremendous fan base that is growing exponentially. I am anxious to see the unfolding of the business plan outlined by the management team and the promotional tactics and players they will employ, to heighten fan and consumer interest for MSEP

Just for the record I got in QBID Mid march @.0033 and sold @.019 for a nice 500% profit $30,000 in 1 month is not bad for me.

Picks, well if you read any of my posts, you would see that I have 90% correctly posted what the stocks would do the next day and it did.

Just like you have the ability to pick them before the run, I have the ability to see whats coming.

I just got done talkng with David, He is very dedicated to making this company happen. One thing he said that any news would be written in stone before he puts it out. No fluff pr's..Float Approx 110 mil. OS Approx 188 mil. The company runs on all cash no debt. The audit of the old company is complete, all debt has been erased on the old gaming side of the past business. Complete 2 year audit still going on for scalecar.com. Got off the phone when Bob Wren 51% owner called. Bob Wren is Pres. CEO of (BUGS). MESP is working on a Sponsoring progarm and a licensing aggreement with drivers to create other revenue streams. MSEP has done today what some didn't expect it to anytime soon .01 threshold; therefore I agree with the camp that says that this one is far from done. The fundamentals for MSEP are solid and even though I don't purport to understand as much of the nitty-gritty technical triggers as I would like to(yet)I will deduct that growing demand and interest far exceeds supply over a longer period than some are predicting and if buying pressure continues to ramp up at such a rapid pace there will be a large majority of existing shareholders who simply aren't going to be hopping off of this train period and dropping significant share bundles to bargain basement bid or MMs; any shares will be seen as the true premium they are. The true value of MSEP will emerge...

Retail Corridor: Walgreens decides to take American Express

It’s good news for customers of American Express and Walgreens.
Last month, the drug store chain — the biggest in the East Valley and in the country — said it would stop accepting American Express cards in mid-January.

Walgreens now says it has reached a new agreement with the credit provider and will accept American Express cards after all.

Chandler Fashion Center is getting shade-y.

Cool Sunglasses, which hawks fashion-focused eyewear for $10, opened in the mall’s lower level in front of L’Occitane.

Desert Shades, which sells sunglasses at Paradise Valley Mall and other Arizona shopping centers, plans to open a cart in the Chandler center this month. It will be on the lower level near Auntie Anne’s.

The first step was to establish regular retail store hours — it’s open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. six days a week — and fix the Web site so employees could instantly add on new stock arrivals.

Major cosmetic changes to the store and an expansion of inventory are scheduled to begin this month.

iSOLD IT, an eBay assistance store, just opened at 2110 E. Baseline Road in Mesa.

The shop helps people too busy or too intimidated to auction their unwanted items online.

iSOLD IT will photograph the products, write descriptions, post the info on eBay, and — when a deal is done — collect the payment, and pack and ship the items.

The company charges a progressive commission based on an item’s final sale price.

Day-traders, profit-takers, and some white-knuckle folk were the main players today. From where explosive volume and price growth has been over the last few days--certainly a downtrend of sorts was inevitable. I suppose the use of the term 'downtrend' is subjective to those who entered in subpenny levels and are holding tight. MSEP appears to be in a solid holding trend and remember that the value of an asset is only what someone is willing to pay for it. The fact that Dave bought several more million shares at .015 should definitely be taken into account. IMO Don't buy or sell on that basis but realize current range levels .014-.016 may be what .0034-.0040 was not long ago. Next week will definitely be of interest [Wink]

MY UNUSUAL PENNY LONG TERM PLAY:

Usually, I do not put details of my DD on this board, but this I need to share with you all. I have been scanning and dd’ing hundreds of penny stocks for a long time. It is very difficult to find penny stocks with good and honest Management, strong Fundamentals, good Chart and strong Momentum etc. So most of the time, I prefer to buy penny stocks on Momentum basis and trade it on the same day or the second day. But on Thursday morning when I saw MSEP’s run, I was not sure about buying it, but after spending few hours of DD on it, I was impressed with this stock and I bought it for the low’s of the day and not only it was huge investment, but I decided to keep it as a long term play. First of all, when I DD the internal and financial position of this Company, it appears to be very reliable. The Transfer Agent for MSEP is American Registrar & Transfer Company, Salt Lake City and their tel. # (801)363-9065. Call them on Monday and confirm the imp.facts. Also, if you contact the CEO, Mr. David Keaveany , he answers phone calls and emails. MSEP has 188MM o/s and a tight float of 120MM. This Company has no debt or any toxic financing to screw up traders. Its future guidance is very promising with respect to the fast growing motor sport industry. Recently, there has been lot of insider buying going on and this Thursday also the CEO bought more shares at 0.015. The CEO, Mr. Keaveany is not only a good business leader, but has 15 years of experience as a stockbroker, investment advisor etc. Usually business leaders are not good investors, but this CEO may know why he is buying more shares at 0.015. In a PR in the last month, CEO commented on end of year results, “As we finish up our financial year on December 31 and the audited numbers are announced, I believe investors will be surprised at our financial progress----“ and the fully audited Financials are due anytime now. Also in a recent PR, the Co. announced that ScaleCars.com(a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSEP) will be a featured vendor at the Barrot-Jackson Classic Car Auction to be held in January 26-30, 2005, in Scottsdale, Arizona. MSEP had a decent run up and also had a healthy pullback. On Friday, the stock had a Higher High and a Lower low for the day and Chart looks good. MSEP has low float and has much short-term potential, it is not wise to get out in the hope of buying in a big dip. IMO the Co. could release a PR on Big Event and also on Financials this week. With the exceptional numbers as we expect, MSEP could run like AGIS in Nov’03 up 2300% in one day. There is no predicting how high this stock can go---. OK-Listen up. I went to the Barrett Jackson show today. The weather sucked as it rained most of the day. I talked to David, Mark and Graig at the Scalecars.com booth. I asked how sales were looking and Mark told me that the day was a bit slow due to the weather. But, he reminded me that MSEP was "so much bigger than ScaleCars.com". He said scalecars was a nice revenue producing company, but the other projects he and David are working on could dwarf the scalecars numbers. He hinted that we may see some news this week. I didn't want to hang around their booth for long, as customers were there. I am going back on Saturday and will try to fish for more info. I felt a real buzz and excitement from all three regarding MSEP and the successes they are having. I am most certainly going to get some more shares tomorrow. If anyone else is from Arizona, buy a ticket and go to the show and talk to David and Mark. I'd love to hear another investors thoughts.

I'm in it Joe, hopefully we see another dip down to .01 so I can buy some more. I didn't get to capitilize on the last big dip on Monday. This is definately one of my favorite stocks right now, I'm going to hold this one and keep adding every chance I get. This thing will definately see .25 IMHO. Good luck!

just talked to Mark, he called me from the show, he said it's going good. He said there will be a further clarification of the Herta deal on Tues of next week. Current float between 115 and 120 million and o/s is 188 million. they will be hiring full time IT person to keep web site updated. And said there is stuff cooking that he couldn't talk about but we will hear soon. numbers will be out as have been previously posted. Overall VERY upbeat call!!!

MSEP on its way to being the true 'FEBRUARY' surprise; IME The best is yet to come and that's coming from someone whose position is already up more than 400% In all honesty, MSEP would probably be a nice gainer just for the pure GREED factor but underlying fundamentals are sound and management is focusing on doing what every business should do; Making Money and $$$ has already been made...hmmm if one assumed a fairly conservative daily growth rate of .0005 per trading day over the next 30 days = (.035) come early March (up 175% X .02) = .035 Hoping the latter conservative scenario is way off! like UPWARDS ** Where are some charts that are able to project future trends based on say last 10 trading days?

I think you mean the SPEED channel televised the crap out of it. It was on live every day on SPEED. I watched most of it all weekend and did not see a single mention of scalecars.com or MSEP. They were an on-site vendor, but had no mention in any television media, unless i missed something, but i watched just about all of it.

The only benefit MSEP will get will show up on financials at the end of the quarter if sales were as good as reported. I was lucky enough to get in on this one at the bottom not long ago when it was well below a cent. I am hoping for a bit more growth and then i'm out. Can't ask for very much more than 2-300%!!!

I purchased some more today on the pullback and hope for some decent growth in the coming months.

There are probably 5-6 important reasons its good

..... seasonality - racing season just beginning, very good timing

..... spring, people thinking cars

..... having new management in the company

.... float size

..... general microcap market, very good

.... trading, has been very good

It really takes very little with an otcbb stock vs a pinky. There are only so many shares. Most people can hold $10,000 in an investment, or approx 500,000 shares. it would only take 100 such people (and there were 4,000 at the auction), to tightly hold the company and move it much higher. That should be timed with the racing season, and really get things moving.

Estimates:

conservative price in 2 months - .20c/share

hopeful price view - .46/share

optomistic view - .75c/share

Optomistic view would require an acquisition, something I think that may very well happen. Remember the company that bought the Elvis collection? Where were they from? Answer - Arizona. There are many people that understand these situations, and many people with 10K easily to kick around.

Thats abviously my opinion, I wrote it, so I will ommit the IMO bit every does. I did buy 150K at .02 on the close.

It was good to see a positive reversal today from the recent downtrend pattern. Back-fill buying has been very strong and high-volume day(s) are inevitable. The MMs can play many games in lower-volume ranges but when the volume explodes they will have to run for cover. Enough volume buying occurred in subpenny levels to allow for a very healthy market ahead, as big holders do moderate profit-taking along the Healthy and Bullish ride...UP!

It’s difficult to judge results at test sessions, as teams and drivers concentrate on different aspects of performance.

Some teams work on aerodynamics. Some focus on race setups and make long runs using full fuel tanks, which in turn, slow the car.

But looking at statistics, Dan Wheldon was the top overall driver during five days of IndyCar Series open testing -- on the 2.21-mile road course and 1.5-mile oval at Homestead-Miami Speedway and the 1-mile Phoenix International Raceway oval.

Wheldon, Helio Castroneves and defending IndyCar Series champion Tony Kanaan, ranked in the top 10 on each day of testing. Andretti Green Racing was the most consistent team in the preseason, with Kanaan, Wheldon, Dario Franchitti and Bryan Herta each ranking in the top five, in their Dallara/Honda/Firestone entries.

Rankings were determined by adding each driver’s position on the final speed chart each day. The driver with the lowest score prevails, though it may not be the most accurate indicator of performance. Scott Dixon was the most consistent driver in testing in 2004, but was not a factor in the championship. Buddy Rice, who recorded three victories, including the Indianapolis 500, didn’t crack the top 10.

Season setup: Don't overlook Herta, Franchitti as contenders

Kim Green's comments were just what Dario Franchitti and Bryan Herta wanted to hear.

"Both Bryan and Dario have every intention of being good teammates, but they intend on knocking Tony (Kanaan) and Dan (Wheldon) off the top spot," the Andretti Green Racing co-owner said.

Thanks for the confidence boost, boss. Will it be difficult to supplant the reigning IndyCar Series champion and runner-up? No doubt. Is it doable? Certainly. Franchitti, with two victories and eight top-10 finishes, was sixth in points last season. Herta, who had 10 top-10 finishes, was ninth.

They've already served notice to the entire IndyCar Series field that they'll be a force on the ovals and the series' venture into road- and street-course racing. In testing at the 1-mile Phoenix International Raceway two weeks ago, Franchitti topped the overall speed chart in the No. 27 ArcaEx Dallara/Honda/Firestone. Herta was seventh in the No. 7 XM Satellite Radio entry. And both are champing at the bit to turn right.

Franchitti, who returned to the series after back surgery limited his participation in 2003 to three events, placed in the top 10 in half of the 16 events and led six races but witnessed additional opportunities slide away.

"We've worked to correct some problems and I think we're ready," said Franchitti, whose two victories in 20 IndyCar Series starts came on 1-mile ovals.

Herta had a high finish of second and led four races for a total of 67 laps in his first full season with AGR.

"I"m back with the same group of people this year on the No. 7 XM Satellite Radio car and I expect that we'll be able to build on the experience that we had from last year working together and that we'll be regular competitors for wins," said Herta, who had one victory in 11 events in 2003 for Andretti Green Racing as the substitute for the injured Franchitti. "Hopefully, each race day my teammates and I can fight each other for the win."

The sure and steady rise for MSEP continues...Let's see now; subpenny became .01,.02,.03,.04,.05,...lol wonder where she's going next? I do my own growth calculations every 8 trading days and let me just say that she's not retreating but only strengthening based on my own independent DD. RSI schematic above confirms this reality. A meteoric type of rise in next 30-40 days is not out of question. Steady rise to continue...

I called the company, because as I previously disclosed, my partner is in Phoenix, and may drop in their office tomorrow. I thought it would be a courtesy to call and let him know, and just who we were.

Straight A class act. Thats what you have. Rat - you really have no idea what you have uncovered here, non of us do. Its really unfair of me to give a price target on the stock, because the opportunity before you (and the company) is so huge its not defineable. As I mentioned here, with the okay of my partners review, we have a green light to move our position from 3M++ to 10M. I will probably give posting a break to concentrate on this effort, should the signal be thumbs up.

I am withdrawing my target of .15c by the end of March. That could be obtained this Friday. Think about it folks, this stock traded in the 4-5 cent range for just over 5 hours. It may trade in the 6-7 range for less.

I will tell you I was very very impressed with David. Very impressed. I have spoken to literally thousands of CEO's and investor relations in my 25 years, very impressive. Focused, articulate, committed are just a few of the ways I would describe David.

I really believe that we have no idea what is going on here, and that scalecars is eventually going to be a tiny tiny portion of this company. I think you need to focus on the fact this company has signed two name drivers in a short period. I used to think it was unfortunate that I paid 2c, rather than 1/2 cent like some. Not any more.

You may very well have one of the best investment you have ever made. And Rat - I know saying thanx isn't really enought, but Thanx again.

I won't think of selling 1 share prior to $1.

I personally think that will happen before the end of the year.

Long term, who knows. If they get the big boys of NASCAR on board $4 may be too low.

For those who don't know, check out the entire thread for your DD and make your own decisions.

This company is evolving in it's business plan in the fastest public entertainment sector.

The management holds a great number of shares, which shows belief in the business plan.

Do your own DD. The company may not be currently worth even .25, but if they follow through with their business plan and are successful, then a couple bucks is not out of the question.

Wow, thanks for reminding me of that. I almost forgot.

Here in MI, we have stores that sell "authentic" professional gear for big $$. Enough profit to afford the cost and overhead of a store front.

Obviously, there is money to be made in that kind of stuff.

I bought down around .006 a while back, have enjoyed quite a large % increase.

I made 1 day trade today with this guy when it hit the high and then sold off to buy back lower a few ticks. First time i have day traded MSEP, and probubly last. I like these +20% days MSEP seems to enjoy very often.

MSEP has been a diamond in the rough and has treated us all very well.

I don't know if looking for a dip is a good idea. You may even miss the boat. My plan, if I really like the stock is to buy half in the morning and the half and wait for a dip or buy in the afternoon. imho

There is typically a dip around 11:00 - 12:30 and then a run up in the afternoon.

I like Joe's idea of buying 1/2, but do it early in case it doesn't dip. JMHO

ESPN2 will provide viewers with a unique look at IndyCar Series racing with a live telecast utilizing only in-car cameras during the Toyota Indy 300 on March 6. The coverage will be a simulcast of ESPN’s coverage of the race from Homestead-Miami Speedway.

As part of the in-car camera only simulcast:

• ESPN2 will use in-car cameras in the cars of Patrick Carpentier, Scott Dixon, Bryan Herta, Tony Kanaan, Danica Patrick, Tomas Scheckter and Scott Sharp.

• The ESPN2 simulcast will feature no national commercial breaks and only five local breaks. ESPN2’s local commercial breaks will be taken at a different time than ESPN commercials to ensure viewers will be able to see race action at all times.

• ESPN2 and ESPN will utilize separate announce teams. The ESPN2 simulcast will feature Gary Gerould calling play-by-play and 1999 Indianapolis 500 winner Kenny Brack as the analyst. ESPN’s coverage will pair commentator Todd Harris with analysts Gil de Ferran and Scott Goodyear and pit reporters Dr. Jerry Punch, Jamie Little and Vince Welch.

ESPN and ESPN2 first combined to offer a standard coverage and in-car camera simulcast in 1994 with an Indy-style race from Nazareth, Pa. It marked the first time any network utilized the innovative concept.

ESPN and ABC Sports’ telecasts of the first two 2005 IndyCar Series races will feature continuous coverage of race action through all national commercial breaks with “Side-By-Side,” a split screen of the race and commercials. ESPN will debut the new way of viewing open wheel racing at the Toyota Indy 300. ABC Sports will utilize “Side-By-Side” on the XM Satellite Radio Indy 200 presented by Argent Mortgage from Phoenix International Raceway Saturday, March 19 at 3 p.m.

In addition, ESPN360, formerly ESPN Broadband, will provide a live split-screen simultaneous display of ESPN and ESPN2's coverage, allowing users to see ESPN’s side-by-side concept and ESPN2’s unique in-car camera perspective at the same time. ESPN360 will showcase IndyCar content throughout the season, with live and on-demand coverage of select IndyCar Series and Menards Infiniti Pro Series races, plus extensive analysis and live action from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway throughout the month of May.

You are doing a great job here keeping us up-to-date on MSEP. I'm new to this forum, but have been researching MSEP for quite some time.
IMHO, this stocks has great potential! Why?

1. Intelligent CEO
2. The motorsports industry is huge(from what I read, it's right behind football),is a growing market, and has a loyal fan base
4. Motorsport fans are willing to spend top dollar on collectibles
3. Insider buying
4. As you've said, "let the trend be your friend"...the stock price continues to steadily go up

I'm know I'm leaving out many other reasons. Many of them, Joe, you've already outlined in previous posts.

I'm LONG on MSEP! and will be buying on the dips.

I had to go back to see what i originaly bought at.

I bought at .0078 when TNTI was pushed on these boards months ago. A name change later and it is inching up near a dime. A similar purchase of IDGN turned out to be a bad call, but I have more than recovered my losses on this guy.

Not a bad move buying 500k shares on 11/19. Lets all hope for a good race this weekend and continued exposure for scalecars and driversdigs.

MM's playing games. Try to buy at .076, you can't.

This is oversold and an adjustment "may" happen if the MM's get their way. Also, daytraders will flip this one several times in the day.

Overall, IMHO we should see a continual uptrend.

Still, it is up only 100% for the week.

Im holding my shares...Insider buying is a great sign....Its holding out around 5..its just patience until it takes off again...look at that chart before it spiked each time there was a fall of at least 2 days.

Check out the link. The SHO list is published by NASDAQ showing that MM's sold this stock short and they must purchase those shares to supply to the buyer before the deadline or else they are fined. That is why they need your shares and hence the downward pressure to intice people to sell.
