What the hell was up with that dip down to .0022 today? I checked my liquidation value at Scottrade at that exact moment only to find my account had significantly deflated! At least it wasn't permanent. How would something like this happen? What does it mean?

Joe, don't be offended when the others listed aren't following this one. Those others look for breakouts and quick plays.
MSEP ****IS NOT A QUICK PLAY****, but rather an actual investment not ment for the day trader.
The reason those people aren't following is that they can make $500-$1000 in a day on other stocks.
When the right news hits, their alerts will trigger and they will jump on this one. And, thanks to Joe, all the DD is already available on this thread.

Market Opportunity
There are more than 100 million racing enthusiasts in the United States and one-in-three adults consider themselves race fans. Of these, 40% spend nine or more hours per week on race related activities. These fans are the most brand-loyal of all sports fans with 70% loyalty to race sponsors. MotorSports Emporium, Inc. taps directly into the passion of this market with its planned products and services.

Keaveney continues, "It's important for the investment community to know that I don't believe our current stock price represents the true value of our future cash flow. With the spin-off of the gaming subsidiary liabilities, the increase in acquired assets and daily cash deposits, our market cap is barely higher than our acquired inventory! As we finish up our financial year on December 31 and the audited numbers are announced, I believe investors will be surprised at our financial progress and they will value the stock more appropriately than its current historical lows."
