From another board. It appears NCDP is not only preparing to market Nicodrops nationwide in a multitude of chains, however, they will be lining up the testimonials... last piece of the puzzle will be advertising once the products are in the stores and the testimonials are filed:
Guys! I just got a call from Chris Calpito at Nicodrops. He asked me if you could use my testimonial and I agreed. He is sending me a marketing survey as well. He's also sending me 4 boxes of Nicodrops. I mentioned GSK and he laughed and said " ya, they're trying to crush us". he didn't seem to worried about it. I told him about the grass roots effort from members on this board and he was very appreciative. i'm still a little shocked he actually called.

Hmmm. Just received this email from a Walgreens rep:
"thank you very much for your request for the item Nicodrop. I've contacted our corporate office to see if that item will be available any time soon. My regrets that the item is not headed our way just yet. Good luck on your quest to quit smoking."
In addition, a CVS rep informed me the drops were only in stores on a trial basis but would be available online soon.
Seems Nicodrops would fair much better if and when they actually hit the store shelves.

The three main hurdles this company will have to overcome are as follows:
1) They must win the suit with Glaxco.
2) They must have enough capital to promote and advertise their product.
3) They must find avenues for distribution. Cvs is a great start and the rumors of Wallgreens is great, but until there are PR's released by Nicodrops these are only rumors.
While it is important, I don't think that the the question "Do they work?" is as important as getting the public to think that they do. A celebrity endorsement or something along those lines would be wonderfull.
Until those three points are adressed I will keep accumulating...GLTA....I also feel that it is important to say this is all just my opinon, so don't call me a basher I like this one....

It appears they took the 'comparison' link off their website. Share price @ .01.
I still believe they would fair much better on the store shelves. Makes me wonder why CVS put them on the shelves for a trial basis and not as a permanant product.
Some PR would be nice as well.

I think they will be on the store shelves of CVS, eventually, and Walgreen's is next. Yes, PR would be nice, but a domino of PR;s (lawsuit dismissed, new retailers, sales figures, new advertising campaign) will drive this up to new support levels... until then, we just wait and accumulate.

needs to get thru this lawsuit first for it to really accomplish anything. might have some slight swings however. great product but having a difficult time at this point.

We believe there were some things that Nicodrops needed to address to be fully compliant and not risk being at fault. The Company is rigorously defending its claims. Why do you think a giant like GSK would bother with Nicodrops UNLESS they were concerned?
We still like Nicodrops and we will try to provide an update as soon as possible.

Many of our members have inquired about this home page stock pick that we chose back in December. Nicodrops had a strong move higher following our initial coverage and from announcements from the company that included the hiring of Joel Appel, a veteran salesman in the industry, and the placement of product at CVS Pharmacies. However, a lack of follow up store placements for product and a lawsuit filed by GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare put a damper on the share price since the beginning of the year.
Nicodrops continues to vigorously defend the lawsuit that begs the question; why would a giant like GlaxoSmithKline pick on this tiny pink sheet listed company? It appears obvious to us that the entrance of this newcomer onto this huge market is considered a credible threat. We will continue to track developments with the lawsuit as they are made available.
In the meantime, there is chatter on the message boards that Nicodrops may have landed some massive contracts. Although we cannot provide confirmation of this news now, The Green Baron Report believes that NCDP stock at this price is an absolute steal and represents a perfect entry point considering the risk verses reward. Currently NCDP trades at about .01 per share, below both our Stock to Watch price of .012 per share, and our home page profile price of .017 per share. A move back up to the .03 to .05 level would be expected should Nicodrops land a major deal.
Although we were hoping that news from Nicrodrops would have come by now, we remind our members of comments that we made in our update on January 8, 2005 when we stated, “Although The Green Baron Report remains very positive about the Nicodrops products and potential for strong sales, please understand that national distribution and huge sales do not occur overnight. It takes time to educate people through advertising and place the product where it can be purchased. Negotiations with key retailers and advertisers are ongoing. Although we anticipate more purchase orders with major retailers in the near term, we need to exhibit some patience while terms are negotiated and the Company’s business plans are implemented.”

I do not like to make online internet purchases so I emailed Nicodrops customer service early last week (3/21) to try and find out if and when we may find the product on store shelves. No response.

Nicodrops traded up as much as 50% yesterday on nearly triple its 10 day volume average following our update over the weekend that it appears new store placements may not be too far off. There does not appear to be much resistance in the stock at these low prices. We feel positive rumors are accurate. We will keep members updated of any press releases or new information.

maybe its only on the shelf for a trial basis but the clerk told me they really move people seem to like them. hope nico clears up there problems if they do i think we have a real runner.

your right kottercracks sounda like a may play to me looks like a good time to add should work out ok from every thing i see. law suit will go by wayside or be put on back burner. nico has more going for than against it probaly worth the risk

We suggest entering limit orders on this stock at about a penny a share. As of Friday’s close, NCDP was offered at .011. A break of over .015 per share should send Nicodrops much higher. There will need to be a very strong fundamental news announcement to achieve this breakout. It is difficult to pinpoint when this will occur, but we believe it will happen within the next few weeks. The last run in December sent Nicodrops to .034 per share, and we believe a move at least back to this level will be seen in April.
