I think the next test may be if Cvs continues to keep selling the product up to injunction date. If they pull this off the shelves in next few weeks it would signal a win for Gsk. If I were Cvs I would keep selling since they are getting some free pr out of this. Someone posted on RB about Listerine having a similar suit years ago and wound up having to change a couple of words. Anyway, if they do pull it they would replace it with newer snazzier packaging (I hear they need it) minus a word or two here or there. Still think they will prevail in this imo.

Does this new regulation apply to NCDP?

New York, NY (February 14, 2005) -- Pink Sheets has implemented a new policy for issuers of newly traded securities regarding the disclosure of adequate current information to the investing public. While Pink Sheets encourages all issuers to make this information available to the public, it is only required of those companies which have securities quoted on an Unsolicited basis on the Pink Sheets and that have never been listed on an exchange or quoted on the OTCBB.

Just a post to see if anyone has any idea as to what the sales figures are for nicodrops in relation to whether the company is profitable.

No idea. One web site posted 2 million trial units sold last month. I e-mailed them to ask where they received their numbers from, but have not gotten back a response.

We need like 15 million trial size units sold. Chris said that 60% of profits would be revenue. Therefore, $150 mil * .6 / 850 mil shares would put us at .10.

Only $62K in revenue from sales up to Dec. 31, 2004... that doesn't sound good.

Also, the old shell company owns 200 mil. shares still to dump on the market.

On a positive note, looks like 2 EU manufacturers will be starting soon...

Thanks, I'll be picking up some of those shares.
It's still a "start-up" people.

My Humble Opinion says this one will grow. I'd think about the possibilities rather than going into panic mode over this document. There are some good points as someone said the EU will be exciting.

Anyway, it's a Pinky and everyone should make their own decisions and never invest more than you can afford to loose.

Dakota told you that......

Bail??? Hahaha.. why? That was sales BEFORE advertising, a major manufacturing center (in the U.S. AND the EU, a distributor agreement.

The company now has ALL that with no overhead and no real debt (1.7 mil?), 400 million shares only in the float, AND free publicity.

You guys get out... I'll see you at .2 in 2006.

Should we be surprised?
The disclosure statement and financials are to some degree inline with info provided by unofficial sources. For example the Green Baron on Jan 8/05 basically stated as follows - We are also trying to confirm the precise number of shares outstanding and in the float. Based on conversations with executives and consultants with Nicodrops, we agree that this company could fetch a price of $300 to 350 million once the products have been placed in the market and conservative sales projections are met. Even with 600 to 700 million shares outstanding, that would convert to about .50 per share. At the current price of just over .01 per share, we view this as an attractive speculation
Basically they were off by 200,000,000, still this leaves us with a very attractive speculation.

The financial should come as no surprise with C Calpito being duly appointed President and Director on Jun 28/04 - He basically started product delivery around Dec14/04 to CVS. Again it is not surprising the low revenue number considering year end was a couple of weeks away. The real telling will be when J Appel gears up the marketing component and with key markets on the verge of signing on, this could get very interesting.

The only concern I really have is the lawsuit and obviously the outcome, as with everything in the equity markets - time will tell.

GLTA

NCDP= Product placement at CVS with no advertising and marketing plan
NCDP= Major company filing law suit and no money to hire big attorney team as needed.
NCDP= Product not tested and is hoping on testamonials alone to move the product.
NCDP= Previous shell owners and others dumping their shares for the past 4 months to get paid for what ever work or deals were struck up with Chris.
NCDP=Disappointing, intentional or accidental pump and dump scam.
NCDP= Uneneceassary wake-up call about dangerous pinks.

Hook, maybe you should sell then. I want the weak hands out now so that when the run begins, we don't have flippers letting go at .03 or .04.

NAMOPER: I bailed a long time ago and glad reason took control.

Has nothing to do with a weak hand more like good DD and a rational mind.

just glad i didn't buy in at .027...

...ironic thing is, this still may get swallowed up by Glaxo (in a lawsuit)

Yeah, if you bought in at .027, probably would be a smart thing to average down big right now... that's what I would do.
