well 2% of 9.5 billion is about 190 million shares or $950,000. money came in from somewhere either that or could we hope?? the subscribtion rate in frisco and the other city's is that good??

Q Television Network, (Pink Sheets: QBID). Q Television Network today announced that its board of directors approved the first round of buy-backs for QBID common stock, beginning with two percent of its outstanding shares of common and/or preferred stock within the next six weeks.
I noticed somebody said something about planning and actually doing are two different things. If you read the article, it says nothing about planning, it says what they are going to DO. The title of the article was not made by QBID, but by the PR company representing them. I think they probably made a slight mistake and didn't think about how it would be taken. They probably should have used the word Will, which is basically what it says in the article. Also, The FIRST round of buybackS!!!!!! That means we are going to have more, and this one is going to grab 2% of the outstanding. This is terrific news...awesome news. Also, I like the fact that it is going to be over the next six weeks. This means that when we really get going in October, shortly thereafter will will have news on the results of the buyback, which should give us a boost. Also, if there are more planned, that cannot hurt. SO, basically, everything is falling into place and I think it is going to be a great Christmas this year!!!! Good luck to all of you, and congratulations on holding strong.
Oh and U4....as much as you use the word, you would think that you would have an idea of how it is spelled. If you don't know what I am talking about, the word is Hilarious, not Hularious.

Our system posted a BUY-IF today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 09.21.2004 (2) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0047. Since then QBID has fallen -2.13% .
Is this finally a good time to buy? Well, it depends. First check what happened at after hours trading and future values. Then, follow the next session very carefully and be on your toes. This candlestick pattern is a bullish one, but we have to see whether it will be confirmed or not.
Do you see a gap-up at the market open? Do you see a white candlestick forming with a higher close at the session's end? Shortly, is it a nice bullish day? If so, place your buy orders and open new long positions. The market is now on the bull side.
But, be careful, also. If you see a gap-down when the market opens, or if the session closes with a bearish sentiment producing a black candlestick characterized by a lower close, do not challenge the market. Have had a chance to check this site out. I like the way the have the $100 invested listing on the right side showing the history of their stock with their recommendations. I checked out a few stocks just to see the results (I.E. QBID, USCI, TNGO, IBZT, CMKX, IVOC, DELL, AMD, HD, F) It looks like they have some good information and I'll keep checking the site. Thxs for the URL. I still think the BUY-IF description is too funny though.

Rumour for U4..... Comcast just bought Bell Expressview in Canada, they will merge Pridevision and Q to control all of North America. QBid shares will be worth $4.00 by year-end. Hows that for a story U4 you POS.

Clyde, thanks for that post. I made a lot of money using the candlesticks. I suggest people learn about them, it makes it easier to understand the movements.

1Big & Clyde - Thxs much for sharing the links. I can see from the candlestick link 1Big posted, I have alot more to learn about candlestick charts. There's more information there than I was using. I really appreciate the sharing that continues to occur on this board by all. Although I miss Diana, now since shes lurking, I have to think for myself. Dough! In the past, I've only used the research tools on Ameritrade, Tradetek, and Allstocks.
If we believe slurpy doesn't exist, does that make it true?

Whew, what a day today. I dumped a couple of dogs this morning that weren't performing well (at a slight loss unfortunately) and bought another 100K shares of the Q just before the PR hit. Nice to hit one right for a change, it's been a while since I made a good move.
This baby's starting to percolate, can you feel it? I can wait as long as it takes with this one because it's the right product at the right time. Simple as that.
