Phone Call with Frank Olsen Summary-->100% ACCURATE.

1. a/s is 50 billion. The increased shares are restricted for 5 years and are only there if needed to back up the financing and assets. These shares will most likey never me issued but was need to get financing and to back up assets.

2. The o/s remains at about 9.5 billion shares. The o/s has not been increased by a single share since around April. They issued approx. 2 Billion shares for cash to get Network where it is today. Ready to go Nationwide by Oct 1.
The o/s and a/s will be PR'd & made clear by the end of next week the latest most likey.

3. Mr. Rubenstein is a 72 yrs old and a friend of the family. He is taking us on as one of his smaller clients because he believes the product we have is excellent and the timing could not be better to build the Q Television profile amongst the G & L community. His clients are Lifetime Televisioin, NY Yankees, Sony,...enough said
The agency will help brand Q Television Network by using its 50 plus years in the communications industry.

4. Mr. Olsen is concerned and aware of the Market Manipulators, Shorts, and Bashers that freqent the internet. He said they dont have much time left. "Let them have their fun for a few more weeks. What we have done with Q Television moving it forward the last couple of weeks will have their heads spinning."

5. Firestone Communications has recently launched their own network. Go look at the carriers they have and their niche.
It was a key move for carriage negotiations with their relationships in the industry.

Guys, Mr. Olsen was very clear about all the above. Our conversation lasted about 7 minutes. I have never, I mean never felt better about my investment here. DO NOT let the trash in here where you down. Ask yourself why are they so concerned with Q if they are not shareholders. These guys want you to sell so them can buy your share on dips to flip and cover their short positions.

6. Mr. Olsen will be in NY on OCT. 6th meeting with a large carrier.

7. Mr. Olsen owns 51% of the approx. float 9.5 bill. Insider also hold 10% range.

Great news today... "board of directors approved the first round of buy-backs for QBID common stock, beginning with two percent of its outstanding shares of common and/or preferred stock within the next six weeks."

This stock is drifting down on uncertainty.

It's trading in this range because investers want to see measurable results such as turning on the TV & being able to see QBID's signal as well as subsciption numbers.

When this occurs we will not be trading under a penny anymore.

In short nothing has changed. It all boils down to a simple bet.

No, my order didn't fill. I'm bummed. I put it in before the market opened this morning, guess I was too far back in line while it was trading there. I guess you can say that I'm Qless right now. Anyways, good news on two of your stocks. Since the Q PR came out late in the day, the effects could spill over to tomorrow, and for MLON, their news came out right at the closing bell, so any effect that has will be in the morning. Tomorrow should be a good day.

Hey man good to hear ... where is Penguin King? .. I am sure we could have gotten him to put in 50 bucks today at the .003x range... LOL I still have my original left over from the beginning. Missed all the action prior to the PR. It's all good though as long as the number of shares out there does indeed come down. Granted there are tons of other things that could happen in the meantime but no sense in worrying about it. Once you start worrying about this stuff its time to walk away .... just for a spell at least.

The Golden Egg of Shareholder Value

All investors have no doubt heard of corporations authorizing share buy back programs. Even if you don't know what they are or how they work, you at least understand that they are a good thing (in most situations). Here are three important truths about these programs - and most importantly, how they make your portfolio grow.

Principle 1: Overall growth is not nearly as important as growth per share
Too often, you'll hear leading financial publications and broadcast talking about the overall growth rate of a company. While this number is very important in the long run, it is not the all-important factor in deciding how fast your equity in the company will grow. Growth per share is.
An over-simplified example may help. Let's look at a fictional company:

Eggshell Candies, Inc.
$50 per share
100,000 shares outstanding
-------------------------------------------
Market Capitalization: $5,000,000

This year, the company made a profit of $1 million dollars.
==================================
In this example, each share equals .001% of ownership in the company. (100% divided by 100,000 shares.)

Management is upset by the company's performance because it sold the exact same amount of candy this year as it did last year. That means the growth rate is 0%! The executives want to do something to make the shareholders money because of the disappointing performance this year, so one of them suggests a stock buyback program. The others immediately agree; the company will use the $1 million profit it made this year to buy stock in itself.

So the very next day, the CEO goes and takes the $1 million dollars out of the bank and buys 20,000 shares of stock in his company. (Remember it is trading at $50 a share according to the information above.) Immediately, he takes the shares to the Board of Directors, and they vote to destroy them so that they no longer exist. This means that now there are only 80,000 shares of Eggshell Candies in existence instead of the original 100,000.

What does that mean to you? Each share you own no longer represents .001% of the company. Instead, it represents .00125%; that's a 25% increase in value per share! The next day you wake up and find out that your stock in Eggshell is now worth $62.50 per share instead of $50. Even though the company didn't grow this year, you still made a twenty five percent increase on your investment! This leads to the second principle.

Principle 2: When a company reduces the amount of shares outstanding by declaring a stock buy back program, each of your shares becomes more valuable and represents a greater percentage of equity in the company.
If a shareholder-friendly management such as this one is kept in place, it is possible that someday there may only be five shares of the company, each worth one million dollars. When putting together your portfolio, you should seek out businesses that engage in these sorts of pro-shareholder practices and hold on to them as long as the fundamentals remain sound. One of the best examples is the Washington Post, which was at one time only $5 to $10 a share. It has traded as high as $650 in recent months. That is long term value!

Part 2 - The Benefits of Stock Buy Back
Principle 3: Stock buy back programs are not good if the company pays too much for its own stock!
Even though buybacks can be huge sources of long-term profit for investors, they are actually harmful if a company pays more for its stock than it is worth. In an overpriced market, it would be foolish for management to purchase equity at all, even in itself.
Instead, the company should put the money into assets that can be easily converted back into cash. This way, when the market swung the other way and is trading below its true value, shares of the company can be bought back up at a discount, ensuring current shareholders receive maximum benefit. Remember, even the best investment in the world isn't a good investment if you pay too much for it.

My order got filled at .0038 suprisingly. Tomm morning my limit order at .0046 will go in to sell that block. That's 20% or $600 in 1 day. It dropped too fast and was way oversold! I knew it would go up at least 10%.

The news we got is excellent.
Find the dips and play them.

Later, another PR stated that the buyback would begin in October.

Was your point that QBID's business plan is on target?
