New member, did you contact Stern? Seems like kbpkt made a similar statement several months ago. Perhaps he followed up on your suggestion.

Then that would obviously be a different situation. Not trying to start an argument, just trying to help a fellow QBIDDER protect themself. That's all.

You are so wrong...Women mainly just want your attention....If you have been investing in pennys long you would know how much of your time and life it can steal....even if it is a joke.....he speaks a real life situation that is true

I realize this is in reference to me. What I meant when I said that was that the only penny stock related bb I check is Allstocks. I did NOT say, as you are implying, that the only place I get stock information is from this board. 1BigTip was trying to imply that I was bombarding other forums in some huge bashing conspiracy, which isn't the case because I don't read other penny stock forums.
If you'd like to see my DD on this stock, check back through all 600 pages of QBID starting sometime around the beginning of March. I've done plenty and posted plenty, leading me to sell off a vast majority of my shares before it tanked. You'll also notice that I've remained consistent. I always said I'd hold until May, when they were first supposed to launch. If they launched, great. If not, I'd sell. That's exactly what I did, and I made much more money by doing that than I would have if I had been holding all this time.
Another thing I find somewhat strange about these posts is that people keep saying that if your opinion is negative on the stock, just sell it and shut up.. after all "it's your decision, just buy or sell.." But if it's a positive opinion, it's ok to keep spewing baseless speculation. The message here is that we don't want to see alternate information or opinions. Happy thoughts only please. If it's "your decision" and it's really just a matter of "buy or sell".. why bother reading a stock forum? Why bother posting positive spin if it's just your opinion, unable to affect anyone else's decision? Isn't the definition of a forum a place to have an open dialogue, including the sharing of positive, negative, and alternate views?

I am NOT trying to make lite of the situation. I have been thru a divorce and it is a painful and exhausting experience. No one really wins. I hope WHIZ and XWHIZ work things out, I really do, because no one wins, all the time devoted to that relationship is thrown away _ not realizing one is going to have to devote a lot more time in the next relationship to achieve who know's what results.....hopefully they'll both focus on what's important and work things out.

I wish I could help Whiz's wife/girlfriend. She really needs someone to talk to. I hope they can work it out. I've had to remind myself of my vows.."for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer" many times.

I know what you mean, DW... although, I'd like more of the "for richer" part!
Not making light of it, but it would hardly be worth having if it didn't take hard work.

IMO, this BB should be like standing around the proverial water cooler at work. Sometimes serious, sometimes fun. I don't mind criticism as long as it is CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. There are those who post on this thread that, if in the military, would be shot by their own troops. (U KNOW WHO I MEAN) The post are non-productive and and I don't read them anyway. Off my soapbox.

Please advise as to whether or not Q Television is working with Firestone Communications...
Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID) announced today that it will be moving its main satellite connection from New Orleans, LA to Fort Worth, TX. The satellite change was necessary due to signal difficulties the Network has been having since it began running its programming through RCN on September 8th.
"We sincerely apologize to our valued customers for the delay in programming. The testing we did in August and early September was very successful, so weather related problems are suspected," said Frank Olsen President and CEO of Q Television Network. "The networks main goal is to provide quality programming to its audience and we appreciate your patience. RCN has been extremely helpful and professional helping Q correct the signal problems we have been seeing."
The signal will be moved to Fort Worth, TX via Firestone Communications. Firestone will re-digitalize the signal and send it through to RCN for uploading; once this process is complete programming will return without further interruption.
"We want to thank Firestone Communications, which is wholly owned by the Firestone family, for its support and speed in helping Q correct this problem," said Olsen. "We are also pleased to announce that Q Television Network has made an agreement with Firestone to use its studio and quality personnel to produce some of the network's live programming which is scheduled to start airing in October.
