I will just say it once out of fustration then no more. This peez me off. I have been around for a long time with this stock. Since .0009 my first buy. Too many put offs. He needs to be a little more honest with investors about time frames and if one changes then be honest that simple. When you try to hide something it smells after awhile.
That said the PR was good even though it was a perfume to cover the stink. Hate that we have to wait another month but still holding.
Enough said. Go QBID.

Sorry you guys have to wait another month, but at least I will have time to get in. Been watching things for about a month and I really think this one is going to go somewhere. They will be carrying it in St. Louis, close to me.

On a scale of 1 to 10 that PR was about a 4. Nice progress on securing more program material but we have had no new news for about a month officially (from Q,RCN or Deveney) regarding the launch details. Frankly, anyone can walk into a Blockbuster and rent (most of) those movies for a couple of bucks.
In regards to the Sept. 4 launch, I recall when the Sci-Fi channel was to debut on our cable system (Comcast)years ago, the logo (and some spacey music) appeared on a channel for about a month (with a countdown timer). After the month, "official" programming began (I think there first broadcast was the "Star Wars" movie). Prior to the "official" launch, advertisement's appeared on other established channels as well as in the monthly bill envelope. Maybe thats what is happening with "Q"...of course this is pure speculation since we have not had "official" launch info for quite awhile.

I just got another response from Downing at RCN. QTV is coming but the launch date has been pushed back to October. All About RCN - Just spoke with RCN the launch has been pushed to early Oct. They said it would definityly premeire at that point. They sited billing integration and programming logistics.
They are live on Telesat, however they are delayed on RCN. I called and confirmed.

He just received an email today saying that training will begin tomorrow for the Q Channel and the launch will happen later this week or early next week. Holy Crap! Hey guys, sorry I missed the excitement today! Life has been extremely busy for me lately.
I haven't even had a chance to look over the PR.. It looked great to me, another step up on that big ladder taken! Or as Winsum says, the wind is blowing stronger now.
I have to catch up on emails and renegotiate with some sellers.

O.K. Here are the facts on QTN launch: ........
Someone earlier said that RCN in Pennsylvania will roll-out soon. I called RCN in Pennsylvania (suburban PA not Philly) @ 609-734-3700 (Customer Service) and found out that New York will roll-out first in September no later than early October, then...all the other cities that RCN has...will roll-out after that....
Apparently RCN is working out some technical issues with Q Television Network....according to the representative....which is why they are not sure if the roll-out will be September or early October...it just depends on getting everything in place.

She then said "NO, its just say sometime in September." Then I asked, "Is that the same for the rest of the country," and she said "yes". I am just wondering if some one reached a rep who didnt have much of a clue and started a big spook. I dont know...I just tried to do my part in this!

Thought the PR was really good today. It was not expected. September has always been the month to watch. I was surprised to see any PR until the airing.

With all of the confusion, one would assume that Frank would write a press release explaining the roll out process and the general time frame involved. I don't think anyone would be so annoyed if we all had an idea of what they were working on and waiting on...investors just want to know how this all works. Not too terribly difficult with the exception that Frank dislikes his investors

Geez, i have visited few other boards to lurk a little. Geez, why all the people are so upset with todays action. I do not believe that all around are pure breed daytraders and nobody is considering keeping Q stock for next few months.
Some of previous PR stated that launch will commence in September. entire month time frame given, not exact date!! we do have 31 st of august. Relax and enjoy the show!!!
I have strong feeling that Q is on track, I see no reason to bail!! daily shakeout not bothers me!!
I am wondering what the future brings etc. For sure in mid and long term Q stock will be valued by spicy mix of potential and fundamentals. Lets hope that listing on different exchange and buy back will happen!!
