I'm sorry Winsum. I have been around for sometime now - I have posted a few messages in the past and I frequently read allstocks messages. I certainly appreaciate all the DD everyone has contribute here. I hope to do the same when possible. I promise... I will never give faulty info. to anyone. That's not my style.

That's the main reason I hate making phone calls. Even if you're SURE about the info, your post has to start with, "I just got off the phone with..."
Right there, half the people won't believe you. It happened to me once, when I ACTUALLY spoke with Frank on the phone. And yup, I had to write, "I just got off the phone with Frank..."
So thanks for your contribution. Can't wait til it's confirmed, because I have to go move 2 ton of stone in my yard, and I certainly can't do it NOW!

I am NOT CLAIMING ANYTHING. I made the phone call to the listed number and am reporting my findings. If you don't want to know then I will stop the post. Thought I was being helpful by detailing my discoveries. Just because I ama new poster does not mean I have not been here all along.

Just got off the phone with Christine at RCN. She stated to me that all RCN customers will get Q in early oct. GOtta hear from FRANK!

Just got off the Phone to RCN (did I begin that right) 800-746-4726. They advised that they are on track but will not be carrying the channel until early Oct, no firmed date. Please confrim, make the call yourselves. Scott

Sorry you guys... This does not make sense... I will call again. I'm sure I will get someone different, and then I will know for sure if rcn even knows what the heck their talking about.

OK, OK! I believe it already! So maybe it's San Fran now, and NJ in Oct.? A rolling launch? Then they can say it's sweeping across the nation.

Don't worry newbies, we were all there once. We are very protective of this board and its posters. One of the main reasons I'm here is because we don't put up with the crap that goes on over at RB. And we are not above gathering together in one of Sunny's group hugs and throwing someone overboard.
We welcome all confirmable DD...and I have benefited greatly from our regulars.

I would really like to know what the heck is going on. I asked Christine at RCN about San Fran. She told me "NO" to all RCN customers in early oct.
Thanks for posting this information. In reading the chart I noticed that QTN and Cox Sports have the same audio #. I don't have a clue what that means. Do networks share the same audio numbers?. The other networks seemed to be clustered with a number. Perhaps it's just that QTN was squeezed into the only available spot.

Man will you guys calm down, launches will be in different cities with different dates. The Actually launch date is Sept 4 in a few cities, some cities will launch Oct 1st. We will be up Sept 4th.
