Unlikely as this may seem, the CEO of QBID can not avert this storm even through mismanagement & actually appears to be working to create this historic event!

I think that I presented this to my accountant in a manner that implied a cash gift of $11,000 not as a gift of stock shares. That's why I got the estate answer and the be very careful warning.
The blinky talent on this board is a truly an example of expressionism--seeking to give objective expression to inner experiences or something like kinda of like that.

the articles in those links have some pretty good examples. but, as always with taxes, consult your accountant.
i'm long this stock, but it's a way to give the kids money--all they pay is the capital gains (short or long term) when they cash out. i have no capital gains.

I've owned this stock since February and every once in a while I check the bulletin boards to see what's going on, and every time I check this one, people are either arguing or talking crap or have no clue what they're talking about. Since February people have been saying this stock is going to take off next week. What is wrong with everybody? By looking at Nov. you will see it hit .01, then dropped for months all the way to .0018 in March, then traded sideways for a little while, then look, it shot up from .0030 to .0080... Thats what QBID will do next. Shoot up to at least .01 very quickly.
