Global Confirms 1.25 cents UB Share Acquisition Price 9/27/2004 7:21:25 AM KAMLOOPS, British Columbia, Sep 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations Inc. (Pink Sheets:GXXL) would like to confirm the price which is being paid by Universal Beverages for the acquisition of stock in Global. That price is 1.25 cents.
Universal is also paying a non-refundable deposit of $50,000 for an option to acquire an additional 10% of the company at a price of 2.5 cents per share. The option is good for one year.
Michelle Yulanda, Vice-President of Business Development & Acquisitions at Universal, explains the reasons for which Universal is acquiring a substantial stake and paying a premium for shares in Global:
-- The database of cell phone numbers that Global has assembled during the last few months is priceless. The ability to reach more than 1,000,000 unique individuals at anytime is on par with some television networks.
-- Universal is taking a strategic equity position in Global as the company is positioned for exponential growth in earnings and revenues within the next few months.
-- Universal believes that Global is following highly a successful SMS business model which has been proven very successful overseas. We want to make sure that we do not miss the boat again.
-- Global's SMS messaging interface is by far the simplest and easy to use compared to other SMS providers. This gives Global a strategic advantage over its competitors.
-- Universal can utilize Global's current cell phone database to market its products.

Global to Register Premium SMS Short Code Numbers: Initiating Direct Billing via Cell Phone Carriers Wednesday September 29, 7:21 am ET
KAMLOOPS, British Columbia, Sept. 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Explorations Inc. (Other OTC:GXXL.PK - News) is in the process of registering a number of premium SMS short code numbers. Once these premium numbers have been registered, the company shall approach cell phone providers such as AT&T Wireless (NYSE:AWE - News), Cingular Wireless, Sprint (NYSE:FON - News) and Verizon (NYSE:VZ - News). ADVERTISEMENT
Premium SMS short code numbers which translate into names such as ``games,'' ``scores,'' and ``videos,'' are extremely valuable.
Once these names have been registered with the carriers, users simply have to type in these names on their cell phones and they can immediately download content. The carriers would bill the subscribers directly and Global would then receive funds directly from the carriers.
This will significantly streamline the companies' operations, as additional staff, servers and maintenance shall not be required.
Global is striving to increase shareholder value.

Actually I spoke with Ameritrade and yesterday was the dividend date and they just didn't receive it. They also said they have no news. One has to wonder, WHY?

I e-mailed freetrade yesterday and today. They told me to e-mail them again today if they were not in my account, so I just e-mailed them again. I will post their reply when I get it.

Thank you for your email. We have not yet received the shares. The information that we have is that we are waiting for the appropriate documentation from the transfer agent . Once that is received then the shares will be transferred and paid to the shareholders who are due the dividend. At this point we do not have an estimate for when this will be resolved, but if you may find more information by contacted GXXL's investor relations department.
Sincerely,
Client Services Freetrade by Ameritrade Division of Ameritrade, Inc.

If anyone is interested, I sent an email to the company yesterday and got not reply reference to the dividend that was suppose to be delivered on Oct 4th. I attempted to send the email twice today to the same address and it was returned undeliverable. I also called the number on the PR and got some kinda general voice mail that seemed like a answering service center for businesses. I left a message. Now I'm curious. Does anyone have any info on this company?

So whats the conclusion? Did we get scammed on this one too? I'm getting tired of this crap. According to my streamer, we have only traded 1,160,000 shares today. Is this right?

That's what "pink sheets" says as well. I wish I had an answer for you on this one. I never got an answer to the email or phone call I made to the company

"FEINSTEIN REPORT INC RESTRICTED SHARES" I take it that this is the restricted shares of fnrp that we were suppose to get on the 4th. I got them in my ameritrade account today. If this aint it, I don't know where these came from

Yeah Winsum, I almost past out! lol. Now what to do with the gxxl shares. It does restore my faith ever so slightly!
I think the shares are restricted for one year. At least if you read the news under pink sheets for fnrp. Maybe less if the company changes their mind.

More than likely, FNRP is a shell. GXXL will probably merge with it, making FNRP legitimate. It's the easiest/cheapest way of getting a company to reporting status I think. Least that's how I think it works.
EDIT: It hardly matters anyway. The real question you should be asking is: "How much is this crap going to be worth once they get off restricted status, which is going to take up to a year?"
