The last PR (see below) about Shares of FNRP was 7 days ago. They said 7 to 10 days for the announcement.

MM have been playing it down with lower volume last few days and especially today.

Big support at bid and a very good entry level IMO right now....but it's PINK World...do your own DD...might be another reason for that big dip today.

I'M going back in good...FNRP has no volume but last tick was at 1.75$

GXXL: Increase Special Share Distribution of FNRP

Wednesday, July 14, 2004 17:19 ET

Global Explorations Inc. (OTC: GXXL) increases the special share distribution. Previously, it has been announced that the company was declaring a 10 for 1 stock dividend, however it has been increased.

"For every 7 shares of GXXL, shareholders shall receive 1 share of the Feinstein Report Inc. (OTC: FNRP)," stated Atul Mehta, PR Manager, Global Explorations Inc.

"We are going to be very generous with our loyal shareholders. The dividend date has not yet been set, but will be announced within the next 7-10 days, and will be set for sometime in July. The exact details of the distribution are still being worked out," continued Atul Mehta.

just did the calculations and GXXL is now valued at .25 per share
price shouldn't go down
last time at this price jumped to .022

I'm in @ .0075

Anything under a penny = good entry even after that. Once news hits, should fly

i dont know much about the dividend but its down 20% beeen selling for 3 days, i saw buys coming in at 7 and bought....

should at least bounce from the dip soon.

Ya, support is nice and at least, even if they are big MM, the 2 that are at ask are not T.MM (TERRORIST MM). They sell 'real' shares.

Can this be right? If I buy 100 thousand shares today, it costs me roughly $650.00.
Then for every 7 shares I own I'm going to receive 1 share of FNRP which would equal 14,285 shares. FNRP is at 1.75 right now which would give my shares a value of $24,998.00. What's wrong with this picture?

Malloy,
Is that what everyone is banking on, the dividend? Believe me the old adage about looking a gift horse in the mouth might be true here but how can this be the case? 700 bucks turns into 25 thousand in a matter of weeks? Upside is looking for the downside.

Posted by Malloy on :

What i think is the price of the stocks they'll give us might not be at the same price next year...so, that's not all I'm counting on.

They added many customers recently and have new stuff coming out. All good news for the last month. I believe this, with the free shares, is good enough to see the PPS go up again.

But this is PINK World...and everything can happen..especially with low volume cause by mid summer vacation.

Hope it helps.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. That's exactly how I'm looking at the upcoming dividend. However, I'm very interested in all the good news coming out of the company recently. I own the stock for that reason, not the dividend.

It does seem too good to be true, I'm probably going to buy some in the AM if I can at a good price.

I do have a question, the July 14th PR says the div date will be sometime in July, but they haven't announced it yetf, what are the chances of the date having already past?

thx

Up side if U find the downside let us know.
I waited till that first run was over to buy my shares and did.

RUH- normally a stock doesnt announce the dividend date after it has past, they do it forward there fore pr. with their stock twice driving up the price.

good luck

now at 8 , cant hesitate my friend trust instincts

Posted by Malloy on :

There is no definite YES or NO to that question. We only can say that it's a better entry level now than it was a couple of days ago. Since there has been no bad news, that we are expecting something good and that after a very good run, the stock retrace to a comfortable level...it's more a speculative buy than a sell.

But everything can change in a sec. Just watch it go, make some DD and take your decision based on it...not on what anyone says...including me! :-)

Okay thanks...

I just didnt want to jump into this stock if the dividend record date had officially passed..usually (well at least with regular Nasdaq stocks) they tell you well in advance when you have to be in.

One notable example was Conexant spinning off Mindspeed last summer I believe it was. Was nice to get in and make an overall profit on MND even though I lost money on the CNXT shares - spinoffs are cool.

Well I jumped in with a small amount - but it looks good! If it's on the up and up that is..

So...FNRP hasnt been traded since March 12th? Is it in transitioning between exchanges then - from Nasdaq to OTCBB? Comes up as "undefined" on Scottrade's streamer for an exchange.

FNRP = $1.75/share

Posted by joeyisthebest on :

here is the facts on FNRP
they have around 3 million OS
from pinksheets.com
GXXL has operational control of FNRP and after dividend of GXXL FNRP will be under 12 million OS I not sure if 1.75 will hold for a year but with GXXL at the controls of FNRP which PR states I like the chances of it going up than down. Also GXXL stated in PR that they are working quickly to get FNRP listed on OTCBB which should be extreamly good news for GXXL and FNRP future share holders (GXXL share holders after July 30 are share holders of FNRP). GXXL should get back to .05-.06 range very soon IMO.

"FNRP intends to file a Form 10SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission, when an audit of the Company is completed. When, and if, effective, it will allow the shareholders of restricted shares to better utilize the selling provisions of Rule 144, and may, with the appropriate opinion of counsel, remove the restrictive legend on the shares prior to the one-year period being completed, under the spin-off rules of the SEC. Otherwise you will be able to send your restricted certificate to the Transfer Agent after one year, and with an opinion of counsel sell the shares in a "brokers' transaction," continued Atul Mehta."

This paragraph from a news release earlier in the month seems to imply we might not have to wait a year..

Is this good or bad for the company when they do a forward split? I have 119,000 shares. What will they be now? The reason I am asking is that I have never been involved with a company that issued a forward split. Thanks for the info.

Posted by Upside on :

I haven't been following this one too closely but wasn't it supposed to be FNRP shares? This looks to me like it's 10 additional shares of GXXL.

Posted by Upside on :

Eddie,
The way it's worded you will now have 1,190,000 shares. The price of the stock should also drop by a factor of 10 on the day the split occurs. Generally a forward split is good as opposed to a reverse split. The only concern would be all of the additional shares that are now going to be out there. Whatever the amount is today, it's going to be 10 times that soon.

Posted by donnyboy on :

A forward split is normally done because a company wants to lower their share price to make it more attactive for small investors. It's kinda hard to buy a round lot of something if it's selling for $80 a share. I'm not sure why we're getting a 10 for 1 split in this case, but I really like the way gxxl stays in contact with shareholders. It looks like they're doing things to get shareholders interested in the stock. Anyone else get the feeling more good news in on the way soon?

Is it too late to get in before the split now? Or can I still buy shares that will end up x10?

I now have 50K shares and a 7:1 stock dividend means we will get 10 times more FNRP which means the dividend is ten times what it was.

The question is, is FNRP any good?

Dont have too much DD on it yet but - its more about its free shares at 1.75 a pop!
Whether they tank in a year or double in a year its the name of the game.
But free is free - so why not accept em.

Posted by Malloy on :

What as surprise. Forward split is usually good...but, with such a low price, I really don't know why they would do that???

Last price today was .0075. Divide by 10, we should have .00075....why drop the price there??? Not going to attract big time investors at that price...

I have more questions than answers on this very surprising PR.

...and the date? Nothing about when and if it was today or not (couldn't be since we're getting other dividend stocks in the next few days...that would make it too crazy to calculate).

I need answers...have to do some DD. I have to admit that it's very tempting to load up tomorrow though!!!???

I really doubt they'd give you the 7-to-1 dividend based on your post-split amount of shares. Now THAT would be too good to be true.

Well, the Dividend date for the 7 to 1 split is the 30th, so the forward split date would have to be before then for basically a 70-1 split of FNRP so I dont think that will happen. If it were me....I might sell on all the split hype and not even have to worry about getting/selling all these oodles of shares that GXXL is tossing at me. Just me though...

I faxed this about an hour ago to investor relations.

quote:
If I buy GXXL today, Wednesday, July 28, will I be too late to receive the 5 for 1 stock dividend of FNRP?

Please reply via email to:

xxxxxxxxxx

An immediate reply would be most appreciated.

Thank you,

I received this reply:

quote:
The record date is July 30th. So you would receive the shares as long as you own the stock before July 30th.

Atul

Looks like there's still time to buy. Investopedia's reasoning was that on the record date, your shares might not appear in their books yet (if you bought too close to the record date). Well, if they wait until 3 days AFTER the record date, they'll see ALL of the owners of the stock as of the record date, right?

Another business contract signed, the consumer product on its way, and talks of dividends and splits. It all sounds good to me!

Posted by WinsumLosesum on :

I was still not convinced, so I emailed him again:

quote:
Thanks for your quick reply. But I'm still confused by one thing. I've heard
the ex-dividend date is 3 days before the record date, as it takes 3 days for
my shares to settle.

Are you saying people who buy GXXL even up until Thursday will receive the 5
for 1 dividend?

I received this reply:

quote:
Yes,

Settlement has nothing to do with this.

Atul

So go for it, if you want to. I picked up a few earlier @ .008

RESTON, VA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 28, 2004 -- Global Explorations Inc. (Other OTC:GXXL.PK - News) hereby increases the special share distribution. Previously it was announced that the company was declaring a 7 for 1 stock dividend, however it has been increased.
"For every 5 shares of GXXL, shareholders shall receive 1 share of the Feinstein Report (FNRP)," stated Atul Mehta, PR Manager for Global Explorations Inc.

Global Explorations Inc is quoted on NQB Pink sheets as "GXXL."

Okay, what I am getting out of this is that you will get 1 additional share of gxxl for every 7 shares of gxxl. Plus you will get 1 share of FNRP for every 5 shares of gxxl.

So If you have 100,000 shares of gxxl you will end up with and additional 14,285 shares of gxxl plus 20,000 shares of fnrp. Is that correct?

Posted by WinsumLosesum on :

I don't think so, Leardron.

Now, you will get 1 share of FNRP for every 5 shares of GXXL. So I bought 50k shares today. I will get 10k shares of FNRP, and later, my 50k of GXXL will split and become 500k.

Here's how it works:

Dividend: Take the number of shares you own in GXXL and divide by 5. That's how many shares of FNRP you get.

10 for 1 Split: Take the number of shares you own in GXXL and multiply by 10, that's how many shares of GXXL you will end up with. Of course, the share price will drop by a factor of 10. The overall value of your shares will remain the same.

Hope that helps.

Questions that bother me:

1. What is Global and why dont they have a website? I see Millennium SMS and their website.... [Okay I might have already answered my own question, apparently GXXL acquired both Millennium SMS and The Feinstein Report as subsidiaries, but that still doesnt explain why the parent company doesnt have a website]. The one company currently being traded and the other isnt. Isnt that kinda backwards...I mean..the one company you can actually buy right now, unrestricted shares is GXXL, yet they dont have a website..

EDIT: Are they just a couple investors who created a company, went public with it, and now buy up other companies?

ANSWER?: Reading through all their press releases...apparently they used to be an ISP? ...with a website at http://www.bharatisp.com/ ..which no longer works...

2. How long has the M SMS website been out? Why havent they fixed the grammar and spelling errors? That doesnt exactly help investor confidence.

3. "We are currently negotiating with various different groups to acquire an OTCBB shell as this would be the quickest way to become a fully reporting company." What is an OTCBB shell?

4. What the HECK IS THE FEINSTEIN REPORT?

5. How are they getting all their cell phone numbers? As of June 23rd they claimed to have 1 million in their database...are the users of their products basically agreeing to have their numbers used?

EDIT: I hope I'm not pissing off anyone with my questions, but I sure would like some clear answers.

Thanks for emailing him. I didnt like the price after you posted so I held off...and I'd still like the answers to my questions before I consider adding more to it...so if someone could spiff up my questions and send them to the PR guy I'd appreciate it. Got another question. Do you still have to have the stock at the close of trading on the 30th or just when it opens. Meaning if you sell your shares on the 30th does that mean you lose the dividends or not?

Ok guys this is my last trade this year. If this doesn't work then i'm quiting trading all together and joining a monastery

Posted by Malloy on :

Call your broker. That's the best way to get the answers. Have them email it to you to have a print recort of the answer...then, you can go ahead an take a decision to get more or not for friday's dividend.

The broker is the key to all your question here.

Well according to the rules of the NYSE, if this was a stock traded on that exchange, then yeah, any stock bought today or later wouldnt get the stock dividend. How the OTCBB and pinkies do it, is anyone's guess. Maybe because they altered the dividend amount it reset the date as well? <shrugs>. If I were you Winsumlosesum, I'd keep a copy of that email for a record. Who knows, we might need it (I know, I'm pessimistic).

Well I just called Scottrade. They have no information on the dividend being put out by GXXL.

They said there are 3 dates. Ex-dividend, record date, and pay date.

The guy (Jim)-- he said (this being a different case) that we have to hold the stock til the DIVIDEND PAY DATE, and presumably have to own it before Friday (the ex-dividend date not applying).

So I dunno what to think. I advise you all to call your brokerages and see what they have to say, especially before you sell.

About the OTCBB shell, my guess is before any company is allowed to trade on an exchange they must meet certain reporting and disclosure requirements, so after that they would be issued a "shell" stock symbol, and probably after a certain amount of time has passed the symbol would trade on the exchange.

Here's an article about how a company can go public without the hassle of an IPO. Instead they do a "reverse merger" into an existing "shell". It's way too long to post here, so read it at your leisure.

The record date is the day you must own the stock. I don't think there's any problem selling the day after that. BUT DON'T FORGET... we don't know the record date for the split yet. July 30th is the record date for the dividend only.

DIVIDEND
"All shareholders as of record of July 30th..."

SPLIT
"The record date will be announced shortly..."

RESTON, VA, Jul. 28, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations Inc. (GXXL) wants to be transparent and to give shareholders some confidence in management that we are working toward the same goals.

1. Price appreciation is key for shareholders and management.

2. Management wants to achieve that by acquisitions that will be accretive to the bottom line in a short time. (Companies with Revenue)

3. We are currently negotiating with various different groups to acquire an OTCBB shell as this would be the quickest way to become a fully reporting company.

4. We are interviewing individuals to handle Investor Relations.

5. The current share structure will be announced following the 10-1 forward split.

Well, see, that's the strange thing..when I first looked at my Scottrader screen at this stock, I saw "March 12" and an "Undefined" stock exchange listed...cause isnt that what GXXL said...they arent listed on any exchange but GXXL wants to get FNRP on the OTCBB. But today (June 28th that is) I saw them listed as OTCBB with today's date being the last trade...but just checking this now at 2:20 AM, they're back to March 12, Undefined.

I dunno, all. I think I'm just gonna stay away from this stock in the morning, barring hearing anything interesting. If it works out, I'll have some decent gains. If it doesnt...shrugs. Maybe I'll try daytrading it after it plunges down after the split. Gonna call the broker again -- not happy with my answers.

EDIT: Thanks for that link and emailing the guy, Winsum I'm most curious as to what he has to say about the Feinstein report. Heh, I asked my niece about it, (cause she works in this industry field) and she goes..."which one..?"

Global Explorations SMS Technology to Power Equity Retirement Savings Distributors; 18th Company to Partner With Global

RESTON, VA, Jul. 29, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations Inc. (GXXL) SMS software will be used to power Equity Retirement Savings Distributors.

"This is the 18th company to partner with Global. Equity Retirement Savings will be using our SMS technology to notify their clients of price movements in stocks, volume alerts and IPO opportunities," stated Atul Mehta, PR Manager for Global Explorations Inc.

"Financial companies need to inform all their clients at the same time about potential opportunities in the equity markets. What happens is that a broker will call his 'best clients' first and if you are on the bottom of the list you might not even receive a call.

"With Global's SMS Technology, everyone will be informed at the same time. The company hopes that this will become a standard in the financial community in the near-term future," continued Atul Mehta.

Global Explorations Inc. is quoted on NQB Pink sheets as "GXXL."

I think I'd be less concerned about the state of things if FNRP was actually a company whose website we could check out, actually was trading on an exchange with some volume currently, and people could actually find out what The Feinstein Report actually is. All we really have is Mr. Atul Mehta's WORD that we're going to receive 1 share of FNRP for every 5 shares of GXXL. Dividends can and do disappear. Simple fact. One example...Schering Plough I believe it was that cancelled or reduced their dividend some time back because they simply couldnt afford it. I'm not trying to be cynical here, but you know the old adage regarding pennies/pinks..100,000 stocks....90,000 are scams, 9000 are worthless, 900 are trying their best, leaving 100 that are worth buying (goes something like that anyway). After getting my nose bloodied this year by pennies, I'm not so keen anymore to step into the stock boxing ring again w/o some research. I just bought Revlon (REV) at $2.20 and SimpleTech, Inc (STEC) at $3.06. Think I may have a better chance with these, seeing as Scottrade wont let me play some of the .0001 stocks like USCI anyway.

Well anyway, not trying to be negative. I bought some GXXL on the 22nd. Let's see how the poker hand plays out.

Yesterday, Atul responded within an hour to my first question, but has not yet replied to my question about The Feinstein Report.

Looking back, I realize yesterday, he did not reply to my email, but actually replied to my fax, in which I asked him to reply via email to a different email address. (The number listed on their PRs is a fax number)

So, I just now faxed the same question to him. This may be a better form of communication for him. We'll see...

1. Price appreciation is key for shareholders and management.

I like this statement that they released yesterday.

As for the FNRP dividend, I think they are trying to offer something to shareholders to keep them with the company. I HIGHLY doubt the share price of FNRP will remain at $1.75 per share. My guess is it will drop to less than a penny a share, but that's ok. This is gxxl, not Microsoft. They have to start somewhere.

THERE IS NOT A LINK. You have to have yahoo portfolio. IF not make one, it's free. You have to put how many shares you have and your cost. Above your portfolio list and below "enter symbols" it will say "ALERT..A merger or split as occured." Click on it. Then it will go to another screen asking you if you want yahoo to make changes. BTW it shows the NEW amount of shares and doesn't add on your original shares. I don't know why. GLTY

If you own shares, check your ACTUAL portfolio with your broker. My Ameritrade account shows the normal amount of shares. I wouldn't rely on some Yahoo calculator.

Does anyone who actually OWNS shares of GXXL actually see the post-split amount in their portfolio?

Or how about if the next PR says that the 10 to 1 FS has been changed to a 10 to 1 RS (reverse split). These guys are playing games and can't be trusted.

Has anybody else registered at www.millenniumsms.com? The site sure doesn't act like a state of the art product. I have yet to receive a test message I sent to my own cell # and it appears that all users are looking at the same data. The site could still be pointing to the beta location. Also, my user info doesn't show up where it should once I log in.

Global Explorations to Launch 911sms.com; Dedicated Investor Relations Line

Monday , August 02, 2004 11:07 ET

RESTON, VA, Aug. 02, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations Inc. (OTC: GXXL) will launch 911sms.com early next month. The company is also in the process of setting up a dedicated investor relations line. This should be set up no later than next week.

"911sms.com will be launched next month. This website will be used to send out critical time sensitive information. The service will be launched as a free service and shall include information on terror alert levels. All Americans must be informed of developments that concern their security. Yesterday there was an increase in the alert level. If you did not have access to a television or a radio you would never have known. 911sms.com will make sure that if you are signed up you will receive that info," stated Atul Mehta, PR Manager for Global Explorations Inc.

"Global is receiving a tremendous amount of investor calls and emails. This has created a backlog. Therefore the company is setting up an investor relations line no later than next week. Please do not call the company until such time as the dedicated investor relations line is set-up. All of your questions/concerns will be answered then," continued Atul Mehta.

I e-mailed investors@millenniumsms.org
4 or 5 times (several last Friday) informing them of problems on the user site. No response yet.

Posted by donnyboy on :

I also signed up on the site. I ran into several problems as well. However, I clicked on the 'about us' link in the bottom right hand corner and the flash presentation was pretty nifty. Based on the flash presentation, I think they focus on corporate clients, and the consumer sms product is a distant #2 priority for them. What do you think?

Posted by safeguard on :

Yes, the corporate stuff looks sharp but there is a spelling/run on mistake on the Sales/Marketing page. Also, how would a potential Corporate client find the corporate presentation? It is not obvious that "About" is where you need to go and there doesn't seem to be a link to get back. Also, I don't see any link for feedback or to report errors. As an IT programmer myself , this is basic stuff. Even the corporate sign up page has an error. Call info@millenniumsms.org? That should be E-Mail info@millenniumsms.org.

any thoughts on this stock tons of news out

Posted by Spinoff on :

I know it's kinda refreshing too see a company give out so much news....and I can't see too much fluff in them as well. So here's a huge question maybe some can answer or take a shot at:
At what point will the PPS go from .00X to .000X after the 10/1 split? Will it be 9/2 or later? Thanks ahead of time

Posted by safeguard on :

Have any of you sent a text message to a cell phone that received it? I can't send one to my own number.

Posted by Spinoff on :

I just sent one to my cell so I'll let you know. Have you seen other message within your inbox or other people's numbers? Seems a bit odd.

Posted by donnyboy on :

Spinoff, I have been seeing other messages in my inbox too. I sent an e-mail to Global to let them know of the problem. You should e-mail them too to let them know what problems you're having.

Posted by Spinoff on :

will do thanks.
So any takers on the question of when .00X to .000X will happen?

Posted by safeguard on :

Yes, I see other names and cell numbers and any I entered are now gone. Here is the last one I saw "Monty Lovell 978-397-4459 Verizon USA" - not mine. None of my messages stay either and I can't scroll through the ones that are there. My personal info doesn't show up and I don't see any place to edit it (to say fix my cell # if I mistakenly entered it incorrectly).

Posted by Spinoff on :

Dude you just gave out my name and cell number.

no worries...funny how it's all screwed up, but not really . hope they can work out the kinks

Posted by Spinoff on :

I just called HEE Corporation to see if they were having any trouble with sending their SMS info. Shannon stated they haven't started using that product as of yet. I just wanted to make sure Global was on the up and up. That call killed any doubts I had about Global not being on the up and up. I guess their free users don't get much attention though which were mentioned in posts above. I'll probably get more before the splits happen.

Posted by donnyboy on :

Spinoff, those were my thoughts exactly. They have the corporate side of things taken care of, but the consumer product was just launched and has some bugs to start with. As long as the corporate scene looks good, then I'm not worried about the consumer product.

Posted by jah14 on :

any thoughts for today

Posted by WinsumLosesum on :

Yeah. The original 7/30 record date created a sense of urgency, which influenced me to buy then @ .008. Now... not so urgent.

In the retail world, that's called bait and switch.

But, this may turn out OK in the long run. They have a good idea, if they can just get out he bugs...

Posted by Spinoff on :

Ah the ol' bait and switcheroony play eh'. Yep I fell for it. The question is, 9/1 another chum session? I won't be surprised and until i see a 6 count gleaming from my port I'll be a little skeptical.
Hey so will no try to answer the question of when do you think .00X to .000X will happen....9/2 @ 9:31AM?

Posted by donnyboy on :

I think the record date of 9/1 will remain in place for the 10 for 1 forward split. Looking at their chart, I noticed they had a 1 for 30 reverse split on 3/11/03. That was a big reduction in the number of shares outstanding. My best guess is they are trying to increase the number of shares to increase the number of shareholders. They have so many things going on right now that I don't see how they keep track of everything.... they've talked about a 5 for 1 special dividend of FNRP, a 10 for 1 split, a cash dividend from the $120K contract, all while starting a consumer sms product, a 911 text message type of site that's on the way, and of course trying to sign up corporate clients.

In my opinion, they should use that $120K to grow the company instead of paying it out as a dividend. But if they pay it out I won't complain, I'm just as greedy as the next guy.

I think so, since it doesn't cost them anything to split the shares. The other two dividends I'm iffy on. If I had to choose I would rather get the cash one than the free shares of FNRP.

Posted by joeyisthebest on :

here it is folks we get cash we get free shares I think we will see cash dividend before forward split because it would make more sense so FNRP is AUG 30 cash is AUG 31 and 10-1 forward split is SEPT. 1 IMO. I also belive that the company has lots of stuff to work on and writing PR ain't #1 on their list of stuff to do. I like the company they are growing and giving out 120K to shareholders. I don't know how much I will get but I think my .0097 AVG could use some help might try and AVG down here looks to be safe but I will wait a few more days to maker sure.

Cool! I'll try it out tonight. We should have known to use the format xxx-xxx-xxxx, that's the way you dial cell numbers

Posted by safeguard on :

I don't think I had time to blink - boom - the cell phone was singing!

VERY FAST!

The site is still grudge up though. Still seeing other people entries. Hopefully they will get the bugs out soon.

Posted by donnyboy on :

Just sent two messages to myself. That was beyond fast! My message came through almost instantly. Now, I'm sure everyone out there can see my messages, but oh well, it was amazingly fast.

Posted by donnyboy on :

Ok, I just checked and my messages are still up there for everyone to see. Maybe you guys can see the messages I sent to Don(me). haha! There are a few bugs they need to work out, but if their corporate stuff works as slick and fast as my text message just did, then there's potential here.

Posted by donnyboy on :

Oh, and I used the xxx-xxx-xxxx format and it worked just fine.

Posted by safeguard on :

That must be their first fix because I tried that format (xxx-xxx-xxxx) in the past and yesterday afternoon and it didn't work before.

But oh so fast! This is a good sign.

Posted by safeguard on :

Odd, I just tried this format xxx-xxx-xxxx this morning against my cell # and it did not work...only xxxxxxxxxx works for my cell # ( with Sprint PCS)...surely its not provider specific(?)

Posted by donnyboy on :

I guess we'll have to stick with the xxxxxxxxxx format for now, we know that works.

Posted by safeguard on :

This is probably that "unforeseen circumstance" prevented the FNRP distribution...

"SEC Rule 10b-17 requires all issuers of publicly traded securities, including Pink Sheets securities, to notify the NASD at least 10 calendar days prior to the record date of any dividend or other distribution, stock split, reverse split, or rights or subscription offering."

I believe this requires disclosing full details and I don't recall that happening or did it?

Posted by Spinoff on :

I hope that's all it was...or else we may be looking at another trickster push on the effective date. That would suck!

Global Explorations to Spin-Off 911sms.com; Investor Relations Line Launched
Tuesday August 10, 6:31 am ET

RESTON, Va., Aug. 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Explorations, Inc. (Other OTC:GXXL.PK - News) will spin-off 911sms into a separate operating subsidiary. The company has also launched an investor relations line. This line will be active as of Wednesday.

``Global is also actively in the market to acquire a publicly traded shell for 911sms.com. Once this transaction is complete, shareholders of Global Explorations shall receive shares in that company as well.

RESTON, Va., Aug. 11 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Explorations Inc. (Other OTC:GXXL.PK - News) has initiated its advertising campaign on the popular search engine Google.com.

``At this rate we should be able to increase our database much quicker than expected. This will allow us to begin approaching advertisers by the fourth quarter of this year.

``This will then lead to increased revenue for the company,'' continued Atul Mehta.

``Global is again requesting all shareholders to actively use and market the company's main product. Simply sign up at http://www.MillenniumSms.com. Send this link via email to your friends and family. This service is a free service,'' continued Atul Mehta

Looks like another good news story today! I also called the investor relations line and was able to speak with someone. I let her know some of the glitches on the website, including seeing other messages and stored phone numbers being deleted. She said those were problems with the initial release, and tech support would have it resolved shortly. It was good to actually speak with someone in person, and not get a recorded message.

Posted by donnyboy on :

Just checked the sms site and the glitches have been fixed. Nice.

Posted by safeguard on :

Partly fixed that is...

1) The "MY INFORMATION" still doesn't show anything on my login page.

2) I still don't see a way to edit my information should I have to change cell #'s in the future.

3) The spelling/runon error is still on the Sales/Marketing page.

4) The Signup/Invest page still says "call info@millenniumsms.org".

5) A Corporation would have to stumble across the corporate Ad. "About" on the main page doesn't tell anyone that there is corporate advertising behind that link.

That said, things are improving.

Posted by MooseLite04 on :

I think so too by the end of August beginning of September this thing while pop big time. Watch for PR on free shares it will run.

I'm in at .004

Good Luck to all.

Posted by donnyboy on :

Safeguard, I suggest you call the investor relations line and report the problems you're having on the website. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and encouraged me to call if I ran across any other problems. Call her and let her know the problems you're having so she can pass it on to tech support.

Posted by safeguard on :

I can do that although I have e-mailed this address, info@millenniumsms.org, with the same information several times over the last week - ever since the site went live.

Posted by donnyboy on :

I don't think you're going to get a response to your e-mail... see below:

8-2-04
"Global is receiving a tremendous amount of investor calls and emails. This has created a backlog. Therefore the company is setting up an investor relations line no later than next week. Please do not call the company until such time as the dedicated investor relations line is set-up. All of your questions/concerns will be answered then," continued Atul Mehta.”

8-10-04
``As promised, the company has launched an investor relations line. This line shall be active as of Wednesday. The phone number is 250-579-9914. Please do not call this number until Wednesday,'' continued Atul Mehta.”

I think calling the investor line is your best bet. I never got a response to my e-mail either, but calling them worked out good.

Lisa, you might want to tell someone that there's around 10 errors still on the flash presentation text of the "About Us" link.

Examples: "discrete" instead of "discreet". Millennium spelled wrong at least 3 times. Lack of punctuation. "Delivrd" instead of "delivered".

EDIT: There's more but I cant be bothered to do their job, no offense. It just looks unprofessional, and that doesnt boost investor confidence in the slightest.

The site comes back up and it's full of spelling errors. What a lovely thing for potential clients to see. I couldn't take anymore of them farting around so I bailed. Seeing other peoples messages seemed like a programming thing to me, and maybe something that was more difficult to fix. But spelling errors on the website is just unacceptable. Spelling errors can be fixed in less than a minute.

Because the down turn has been steady, what happens to the 10:1 split if the stock hits below 0.001? If the trend continues this could happen before the end of the week. Would 0.0009 then be a 9:1 split, 0.0008 an 8:1 split? I mean you can't do a 10:1 split below 0.001. The company would be giving us free shares below this at 10:1. Would a pps lower than 0.001 force the compay to restate the split?

Lisa,

Too bad you didn't have the chance to speak with CEO member about my earlier request before your release this news PR.

- If we got 10 for 1 forward split before the FNRP and cash dividend, is that mean more share dilution of FNRP and less cash in our pocket?

- Could be interesting if you can get the float form CEO?

As always thank in advance.

Posted by safeguard on :

Agreed, if he was going to change anything he should have changed the cash dividend date - cash divedend first, then FNRP distribution, then 10:1 split.

Posted by safeguard on :

By doing this, the 10:1 split before FNRP, he just took away the 5:1 advantage of the FNRP distribution we were going to get IMO.

Okay, there are still problems. Once you send a message apparently the linking ID on the backend is lost again and you start seeing other people's stuff. However, if you log out and then log back in you get you own stuff again. That is the way it is working for me today anyway.

Posted by yes on :

Anyone know what we're currently supposed to get anyway? Cash dividend, FNRP dividend, and a 10 for 1 split? Is it too late still for the first 2? Not going to sink any more money into something I half-suspect isnt on the up and up. Sure am anticipating that info on FNRP and would love to see it start trading on an exchange. Til then, the wallet is sealed.

All ,

Atul called me again this morning. They are working on all issues. Some were fixed this morning (not enough), more will be fixed over the weekend, the corporate flash content by Tuesday.

Per Atul, the problems all stemmed from the fact that none of the problems we have been reporting would show up on their internal machines (internal network I guess as opposed to the outside web - 10 to 20 machines). I am in software. I have seen this happen. It is very possible.

Let's all hang in there and see what gets fixed over the weekend. I'm long and holding...may even buy so more today.

I told Atul of the other issues that I ran into this morning (see previous post). Again per Atul, working with development in India has made it all the more difficult because of the time difference. As soon as more income is generated Atul plans to move the development back here to the U.S. just to alleviate that problem.

Just a thought - Atul is listed as the Principle Manager on several PRs before Lisa came along. Those documents referenced earlier don't mention Atul at all. Just Puja. I wonder if big brother was asked to step in and make the company profitable because it was going nowhere under Puja.

Given the quality of the cricketonly web site as opposed to the Millenniumsms site, I'll bet this is what happened. Okay Atul, let's get it going - GO GXXL!

Interesting..

FNRP no longer says "Undefined" for an exchange like it did yesterday -- and GXXL is hitting .0057..something going on? People buying in trying to play the forward split?

Well, it hit 0.0062 and landed at 0.006. Could be a big run tomorrow....

i do think tomorrow will run huge..people will get in before it is to late for the dividend.. i think we just seen a small taste of it today.. alot of people on a differant board are saying it will be over a penny tomorrow and i think the last day to get in before the dividend will be tomorrow.. the chart looks great, macd never been better, the candle loods great and rsi is somewhat oversold..

Today the stock closed higher, close to its high (sign of strength) with a higher high and a higher low. Today a Long White Candlestick formed. Buyers were aggressive and the buying pressure was strong..from american bulls

So now we have a better picture of just what GXXL really is.

Posted by yes on :

It all doesnt add up, IMHO.

Why do a 10-1 forward split and THEN offer a 5-1 dividend of FNRP? Or a cash dividend for that matter?

I'm not complaining but I find it all too good to be true, hence the reason I didnt invest any more after the initial amount.

A $200 investment equals 21700 shares (or a lot more, depending on your buy-in price!) of GXXL, after a 10 for 1 split, that's 217,000 shares. Divide by 5. 43,400 shares of FNRP.

Ah yes, the mysterious FNRP. Which we know nothing about. Yet. Still. But hey, at least it's trading on the Nasdaq OTC at $2.00 a share! That means my tiny investment is worth wellll.. (after potentially a year of being on restricted status for the shares and unassuming no price drop (haha))...

drumroll please...

$ 86,800!

from a 210 buck investment..<cough>

I dunno. I think GXXL needs to ante up and put its cards more visibly on the table.
Quite frankly Lisa, there are few and far between "good days" for pinks. If there were, everyone would make money on them, and they'd all be good stocks. Sadly, only about 100 out of 100,000 (if allstocks.com's blurb about them is correct) are any good at all.

Some of you are probably saying "ya know, what's he complaining about..it's only 200 bucks" ..you know what...after getting kicked around like an old dog in the face a number of times by penny stocks (and their CEOs lies/incompetence/things out of their control) you tend to get a little defensive-minded.

I'm sure all the investors who got shafted by TSBB's late reverse split PR (which I didnt have investment in but am still a little pissed off) recently might agree with me.

Sincerely,

Phoenixx, the slow-learning student from Purl Gurl's School of Skeptical Investors

P.S Yes, ultimately we are in control of our investments. I shouldnt have lost $700 on PCCL (albeit it did drop pretty rapidly). But there needs to be accountability on the other side. Dont take my viewpoint as bashing. I've just had enough and am not going to take it any more I guess.

Thanks for letting me vent.

Posted by safeguard on :

Let's see, if A/S is 100 million (see previous DD post) after 10/1 split it will be 1 billion.

FNRP shares will be at least 200 million (restricted)...how much more is there for free trading?

Without income the pps should then be close to GXXL before split?

so, one big question about FNRP distribution ...
was the record date 3 days before July 30th or is it TODAY?!
Will "Shareholder of record" be counted as of 3 days prior to July 30th or 3 days prior to Monday, Aug 30th (which is today COB)?

Posted by safeguard on :

This quote from the PR dated July 30th implies Today...

" 'Global Explorations also hereby changes the effective date of the FNRP special dividend to August 30th, 2004 due to unforeseen circumstances,' continued Atul Mehta."

Anybody heard anything different?

hey, there was another purchase of FNRP today of 2000 shares at $2.00...what's going on with this thing???

Hmm, there is actually an ask on FNRP. Something is going on. Here it is.

MRLN is at Zero along with PUGS on the Bid.

MRLN is at 2.00 on the Ask and PUGS is at 2.05.

PUGS just updated their position today at 12:30.

Don't know if you can actually trade this or not.

Lisa,

We could use a couple of PRs like this one (from a competitor's web site)...Atul got any up his sleeve?

QUIOS ANNOUNCES CONTENTWEB™, A WORLDWIDE MOBILE CONTENT DELIVERY SERVICE BASED ON SUN JAVA SYSTEM CONTENT DELIVERY SERVER

JavaOne, San Francisco, July 1 2004. Quios, the leading international mobile messaging gateway provider, announces ContentWeb™, a robust, hosted solution for mobile content delivery and billing. Yes I think so to...however, I think the FNRP distribution will be postponed again...why(?), I can't find the 10 day notification filed anywhere like the 10/1 split was filed.

I don't think this is bad though...I think , as I recall from somewhere - maybe PR, maybe statement - Atul was trying for a certain kind of status that would allow the restriction on the restricted shares to be lifted much sooner than 1 year - if that is possible.

Anyway, that would certainly take some doing and would delay the distribution IMO.

I'm out of this one, too many strange things going on. Tomorrow might be a good day to bail out, since it could be the highlight of Mehta and Lisa's pump and dump scheme. The way I see it, all the PR has been leading up to Friday. And then, right before the big day, Lisa takes off for another board and Global changes their location and phone number. By the time Mehta sells his 300 million shares, or whatever he has, we won't know where to find him. This is only my opinion. Sorry to be so negative, but I don't like what I'm seeing here.

One more thing... how can they just "shift" locations to Canada? I thought they were located in Virginia? Weird stuff.

yeah, I dumped half yesterday just to hedge against the stock tanking this morning since the pps didn't jump yesterday - even close to the bell! -

now a PR (??) giving another day - Nasdaq problem???

I may do the same with the rest today also...have to watch and see

Lisa switched boards because one bashers, grant, was eating up the whole board...and on a big stock day for GXXL...and nothing relavent for the most part...the other board is moderated...it also has a lot of cool features.

I don't know about the Canada move...that is strange.

Global Increases Special Share Distribution; 7 for 1 Share Distribution of the Feinstein Report
7/14/2004 5:15:26 PM
RESTON, VA, Jul. 14, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations Inc. ( GXXL ) increases the special share distribution. Previously, it has been announced that the company was declaring a 10 for 1 stock dividend, however it has been increased.

"For every 7 shares of GXXL, shareholders shall receive 1 share of the Feinstein Report Inc. ( FNRP )," stated Atul Mehta, PR Manager, Global Explorations Inc.

"We are going to be very generous with our loyal shareholders. The dividend date has not yet been set, but will be announced within the next 7-10 days, and will be set for sometime in July. The exact details of the distribution are still being worked out," continued Atul Mehta.

Some points;

If your GXXL shares are held in street name, a certificate for FNRP restricted shares will be sent to your broker for distribution to you. If you are a shareholder of record the dividend date to be announced, a certificate will be sent directly to you by the Company.

FNRP intends to file a Form 10SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission, when an audit of the Company is completed. When, and if, effective, it will allow the shareholders of restricted shares to better utilize the selling provisions of Rule 144, and may, with the appropriate opinion of counsel, remove the restrictive legend on the shares prior to the one-year period being completed, under the spin-off rules of the SEC. Otherwise you will be able to send your restricted certificate to the Transfer Agent after one year, and with an opinion of counsel sell the shares in a "brokers' transaction," continued Atul Mehta.

Some points;

Global developing SMS Adwords Technology; Similar to Google's Adwords Technology

Premium Advertising Rates

KAMLOOPS, British Columbia, Aug 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations (Pink Sheets:GXXL) is developing SMS Adwords Technology specifically designed for SMS Messaging. In essence, a computer algorithm will scan the content of SMS messaging being sent and then send the user a text message ad based on the text of your message.

Our database of cell phone numbers is a priceless asset. We are just not going to send users SMS advertising messages for products or services which users are not going to use. With SMS Adwords, advertisers can more effectively target potential customers. Our research has shown that advertisers would pay a premium for this service.

For example, an SMS message is sent between Jim and John, in which Jim is talking about Sunday night's NFL football game. Both Jim and John would receive an SMS Ad for football merchandise, tickets and info on local clubs that are showing the game.

This technology better enables the company and its advertisers to more effectively market their products and services to users who are actually going to benefit from this information.

Global is not re-inventing the wheel. The business model has been proven. Google has been very successful in its ability to attract advertisers based on this technology.

We are going to do the same with SMS.

Global Explorations in association with MillenniumSMS (http://www.MillenniumSms.com) develops SMS software for consumers and businesses. The company is in the process of building a worldwide database of cell phone numbers, which can be used as a marketing vehicle.

Hey Winsomelosesome:

I signed up on the website and lately have been getting strange text messages. And more than just a few. Alot! It looks spam trying to come through. I've never had this problem before, it started shortly after I signed up on their website. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Well, one's gotta figure that once they have a nice big database full of cell phone numbers, that they'll rent the list out for phone spam.

Instead, it has taken us just a few weeks. Global is also expanding its advertising budget for the quarter. Currently ads are running on Google and its affiliate websites. i am just scared because or the sell off right before the orginal frnp dividend.. it was like .008 when i got in and when the f/s happened it was around .0048 or .005 then after the split it had another dip with the frnp being put on the back burner for now. i think news will be like we have sent the paper work in for frnp and that ill do nothing to the price. i dont see any forward movement until we get contracts oro/s is low where they show it has naked shorts but i think at this level there are no named shorts i am not trying to bash it i am just scared. i never been in a f/s before and i just thought with all the dividends this thing would have flew.. i am still holding and will hold for a profit

Global: Universal Acquires 14.9% Equity Stake in Global at .0125 Cents Per Share; Pays $50,000 for Option to Acquire Additional Shares

Tuesday , September 14, 2004 16:10 ET

KAMLOOPS, British Columbia, Sep 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations Inc. (Pink Sheets:GXXL) announces that Universal Beverages has taken a 14.9% equity stake in Global Explorations at .0125 cents per share.

Universal is also paying a non-refundable deposit of $50,000 for an option to acquire an additional 10% of the company at a price of .025 cents per share. The option is good for one year.

Michelle Yulanda, Vice-President of Business Development & Acquisitions at Universal, explains the reasons for which Universal is acquiring a substantial stake and paying a premium for shares in Global:

-- The database of cell phone numbers that Global has assembled
during the last few months is priceless. The ability to reach
more than 1,000,000 unique individuals at anytime is on par with
some television networks.

-- Universal is taking a strategic equity position in Global as the
company is positioned for exponential growth in earnings and
revenues within the next few months.

-- Universal believes that Global is following highly a successful
SMS business model which has been proven very successful
overseas. We want to make sure that we do not miss the boat
again.

-- Global's SMS messaging interface is by far the simplest and easy
to use compared to other SMS providers. This gives Global a
strategic advantage over its competitors.

-- Universal can utilize Global's current cell phone database to
market its products.

Thanks, Malloy.

Am I missing something, or is this very good news? .0125? .025???

The only thing I'm not comfortable with, is it's more and more clear that this is all about cell phone spam, and selling the database to whomever.

I'm planning to hold this stock for a while, but there's no way I'm going to put my cell phone number on that list. (But don't tell anybody I said that)

Thats a good point. I'm not really sure why. All I know is that I'm cancelling my sell at .0005. We should get a nice rise in PPS tomorrow.

I've been reading the GXXL thread over at **************, it appears this news is as good as it seems. And to think I've had a sell in at .0005. Good thing that is canceled now. I'm looking for a gap up in the morning. Everyone over on ************** is claiming a gap up to .01 at the bell, (LOL) not going to happen, but a nice run is goanna happen tomorrow. I wish the news on MLON was as good.

Hey, a 25% gain is a 25% gain. If it does that every day, that'll be just fine.

Who knows HOW many companies will want to get their grubby little hands on that cell phone database for the next new wave of spam.

I'm holding for a while. Until the news comes out that there's going to be a cell phone do-not-call list, then the ride is over. But that could be a year from now, for all we know.

Global Explorations Inc     (OTHER OTC: GXXL) Last Update: 6:31:13 AM ET Sep 16, 2004

Global: Company Cash Flow Positive from SMS Text Messaging Operations

KAMLOOPS, British Columbia , Sep 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GXXL) should have positive cash flow for the third quarter ending in September 2004.

Global is on track to declare a small operating profit from its SMS Text Messaging Operations. This is a strategic turning point for the company and was achieved primarily from a single revenue stream (press release distribution services).

For the fourth quarter, Global will be initiating the following additional revenue streams:

-- MMS (Full Motion Video Clip) Advertising Services -- Ring Tones, Wallpaper & Video Game Downloads -- Paid Security Alerts Service on 911Sms.com -- Subscription based Live Sports Scores Updates -- Introduction of Banner Advertising

We have achieved profitability from a single revenue stream. Once these additional revenue streams are implemented, we should see an exponential growth in revenue and profit.

The company has also aggressively cut costs and overhead expenditures during the last quarter. For example, the company's offices have shifted to Canada, due to the lower costs of operations.

Additional details shall be made available shortly

About Global Explorations, Inc.

Global Explorations, in association with MillenniumSMS (http://www.MillenniumSms.com), develops SMS software for consumers and businesses. The company is in the process of building a worldwide database of cell phone numbers which can be used as a marketing vehicle.

I am not saying this is happening, because I don't know, but it has been floating around on other message boards that GXXL is dumping more shares. Mostly on RB, which in itself means its probably is not true. They release a good PR, then start dumping shares on the market so the PPS does not drop like it probably would if there was no news out. Its just a thought, and I hope it is not the case, but it would explain why this is not moving on the good news it has been getting.

Okay people, let's have a little reality check. First of all the volume on this stock has been extremely low since the split. before the split this stock was trading between 100 to 200 Million shares a day and after the split it dropped, for some reason, to around 50 Million shares today. Ideally to maintain the same movement the stock had before the split means that this stock should be trading around 1 Billion shares a day or more. I think what is happening is that most people held on to their shares after the split. With the good news it some people probably decided to unload a little bit of their shares but the fact that it still only traded between 100 to 200 Million shares the last two days is still only getting back to the average movement before the split and we now have a float 10 times bigger than that.

The bottom line is that no one is probably interested in buying this stock. There is no demand for it. The news caused a little increase in demand but right now there is currently no demand for it IMHO. This thing is really only going to start moving when you see the volume get to 500 Million to 1 Billion shares traded for the day.

Global Confirms 1.25 cents UB Share Acquisition Price
9/27/2004 7:21:25 AM
KAMLOOPS, British Columbia, Sep 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations Inc. (Pink Sheets:GXXL) would like to confirm the price which is being paid by Universal Beverages for the acquisition of stock in Global. That price is 1.25 cents.

Universal is also paying a non-refundable deposit of $50,000 for an option to acquire an additional 10% of the company at a price of 2.5 cents per share.

Global to Register Premium SMS Short Code Numbers: Initiating Direct Billing via Cell Phone Carriers
Wednesday September 29, 7:21 am ET

KAMLOOPS, British Columbia, Sept. 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Explorations Inc. (Other OTC:GXXL.PK - News) is in the process of registering a number of premium SMS short code numbers. Once these premium numbers have been registered, the company shall approach cell phone providers such as AT&T Wireless (NYSE:AWE - News), Cingular Wireless, Sprint (NYSE:FON - News) and Verizon (NYSE:VZ - News).

Premium SMS short code numbers which translate into names such as ``games,'' ``scores,'' and ``videos,'' are extremely valuable.

Once these names have been registered with the carriers, users simply have to type in these names on their cell phones and they can immediately download content. The carriers would bill the subscribers directly and Global would then receive funds directly from the carriers.

This will significantly streamline the companies' operations, as additional staff, servers and maintenance shall not be required.

Global is striving to increase shareholder value.

I think the shares are restricted for one year. At least if you read the news under pink sheets for fnrp. Maybe less if the company changes their mind.

More than likely, FNRP is a shell. GXXL will probably merge with it, making FNRP legitimate. It's the easiest/cheapest way of getting a company to reporting status I think. Least that's how I think it works.

EDIT: It hardly matters anyway. The real question you should be asking is: "How much is this crap going to be worth once they get off restricted status, which is going to take up to a year?"

For those, like me, who didn't realize this, I asked what the heck IS FNRP??? Lisa said it is public knowledge that GXXL bought FNRP because it is a "clean, clean shell". They plan to eventually merge into FNRP because it will be easier to become reporting using FNRP.

KAMLOOPS, British Columbia, Nov. 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Explorations Inc. (Other OTC:GXXL.PK - News) would like to forward split its stock once the price of Global Explorations Inc. reaches 5 cents per share.

In preparation for this, the company has increased its authorized number of shares. Global Explorations will also announce the number of outstanding shares soon. The company is in possession of a large number of share certificates that have been returned due to an incorrect mailing address. Once this issue is resolved, Global shall announce the outstanding shares. The company wants to provide the most accurate information to its shareholders.

Global Explorations strongly believes in increasing liquidity in the marketplace. This is why the company prefers forward splits from time to time.

Global is deeply concerned about Naked Short Selling in its stock. The company is discussing legal options and will decide very shortly if legal action is required against market makers.

Information about Naked Short Selling is available at the link below:

I called Delaware Secretary of State office this morning: 302-739-4111, then press 2.

Global Explorations Inc.
File# 2899848
CEO Puja Mehta
Phone# 703-904-0951
common shared 90 billion (confirmed 9 zeros after 90)
preferred shared 10 billion

100 billion!!!!!!!!!!!

Other amendments this year in April, June & August.

A/S confirmed...called the TA in Nevada to see if they would confirm the since the SOS in Delaware gave it to us.

Confirmed: TA said 100 billion also.
Took a while...said he had to count all the zeros to be sure LOL

1-801-485-7978 (TA #)

The FNRP/GXXL was 1/25 so the A/S of FNRP is 4 billion since the distribution occurred after the August GXXL share increase.

Atul...we got you on this so come clean on the other #'s.

GXXL A/S is 100 billion
FNRP A/S is 4 billion

What's the GXXL O/S and float? What really is the revenue?

Jeez, that's ugly. Maybe we should combine this and the CMKX thread together.

Posted by safeguard on :

yeah, ain't no way this is ever going to 5 cents, not without a reverse split...forward split my foot!...naked shorted my foot!

Posted by TruthTeller on :

All these comapnies do not release their O/S info and says we are naked shorted by MMs (QBID and GXXL said that in a PR). They are just trying to lure the investors by making them feel like there will be short squeeze.
What's more funny is saying we will do a forward split at 5 cents when their stock is 0003.

GXXl goes up gradually. It is a title to watch closely for its fast growth potential. We can expect, if it crosses the psychological threshold of .0005, a medium term adjustment of value between .005 and .01. OS is estimated at 1,2b and the float should be around 300m. But still waiting for a release about share structure and other activites. Good potential of gain in medium term. Just my 2 cents opinions.

Today or next week should be interesting to watch this stock...

Finally breaking resistance at .0005

Havent seen this since the Fsplit many months ago.

If, like the co. said, they were shorted, MM will have to start covering soon and we might have a short squeezed.

Let's see now if .0006 is a real wall or just a fake to keep people from upbidding.

Malloy

Monday might prove to be an interesting day!

This the one to play next week. For two reasons. A direct confrontation between the management in naked short sellers by deliberately increasing the authorization of shares at 100b and a PR revealing the shares structures in the coming day or weeks. The promise of a dividend of 120,000$$$, still valid and the accumulation of sale contracts. We are in good position for a big move...

i like it alot --i am still holding with lots come on .05 for another fwd split --if your gonna wish you might as well wish big

hey dog does this thing have the potential to make it to .005

Posted by stockfreak on :

i know you dont like to answer the price questions but just in your opinion i am just looking to spend $150.00 and that would get me about 300,000 shares and i am just wondering if this thing really looks like it could move in a week or so.
Thanks

We are in good position right now. I have been following this company for awhile and we are in strong uptrend. She slowly claiming each tick to .05 cent. We may hit .0015 by the end of the week. BTW. PRRM is also on the edge of new uptrend. And don't forget to put ADVC- CTKH - IVOC in your wacth list. Based on PR's, we may have good surprise in short term. Just my 2 cents opinions.

12/1/2004 8:38:02 AM
KAMLOOPS, British Columbia, Dec 01, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Global Explorations Inc. (Pink Sheets:GXXL) is beginning a marketing campaign targeting independent websites and e-commerce portals. The purpose of the marketing campaign is to make companies aware of Global's SMS Management software.

With Global's SMS Management software, internet portals can easily capture, manage and distribute information directly to their users' cell phones. The basic game plan for Global is to build a network of websites, just as DoubleClick ( DCLK ) has done, but for cell phone numbers. Global can then easily increase its database of cell phone numbers and thus attract additional advertisers and revenue. This strategy will go hand in hand with the development of Global's SMS Adwords technology.

At this time, there is very little competition to our business model. The company should be able to grow very quickly.

Global is striving to increase shareholder value.
