I SIMPLY WANTED TO CONVEY TO YOU THAT WE DESERVE SOME ANSWERS AND ALSO THAT POSTING OUR CONCERNS ON THIS THREAD IS WORTHLESS UNLESS WE GET OUR CONCERNS TO THE APPROPRIATE PEOPLE.

I HAVE STARTED MANY, MANY BUSINESSES. CURRENTLY OWN AND OPERATE A NON PROFIT BUSINESS REALITY INC. I FEEL LIKE I CAN RUN ANY BUSINESS. ONE IS NO DIFFFERENT THAT THE OTHER. JUST DIFFERENCE SYMANTICS.

I'm usually a big supproter of Diana and this is not meant to be an attack on her, but I'm not sure I understand the big deal and the need for her communication to Frank, et al. I don't think we have ALL the facts, nor should we. NO public company keeps investors fully informed of every little thing going on. This is still a small, inexperienced company that is learning as it goes. They are going to make mistakes, miss deadlines, change plans on the fly as they learn. They ARE making progress. They now have a PR firm hired, and a nationaly recognized one at that. They have demonstrated that they can put up a signal that can reach the target market. And it sounds like they are in the process of firming up contracts with cable companies to carry that signal. I am still VERY hyped about this company. I'm not expecting a $1 share price tomorrow, or even by years end. This is a company that needs to be allowed to grow and mature.
I don't quite know how to say this without risking offense so I'll say from the start that none is intened. But I think many of you are day traders and are not as used to the strategy of holding a stock for a period longer than a few weeks at most. I think people are getting upset becasue things are not happening fast enough for them. Sure, I'd like a few answers (such as O/S shares) and some SEC filings but I knew when I bought this stock the O/S was a fuzy number and that they did not file with the SEC. I can't see getting upset now because things haven't changed.
Maybe I'm just being dense but I'm not sure why some many are so upset about all this. I'd suggest those who are go back and read Diana's list of reasons to own QBID posted elsewhere on this board. They all still apply.
Well, I guess I've had my say for now so I'll just crawl back into my swamp. Flame away. I won't take offense.

Booty, if this drop keeps going, you'll get your 2 million shares! I hope you get them, but then I want this drop to be over! LOL.. just don't get caught with your pants down! (unless, of course, that's what you're into)... it's almost time to play ostrich again... but this is probably a good week to sleep through, since it basically sux!

How about Ameritrade? You can get 5 weeks of commision free trading right now for up to 25 trades. Then it is 10.99 per trade. Not too bad in my opinion.

Part of the issue is that THEY are the ones who promised the OS to be announced. It should have happened before now, according to them. It makes me wonder if they're dumping more or the # may be too high, and they want to buy some back so we won't panic.

Can anyone confirm that the PR stated to come out tomorrow is in fact due out. I saw this a few pages back and it appeared as rumor. Are we getting a PR tomorrow?

Diana - Ultimate professional in your letter to Frank I'm sure. I agree, it's time this company take all the actions necessary to make this a hit. If stockholders don't take them seriously, neither will the broadcasters. We need some confirming info on some of the areas you stated to get this thing moving.

At least one thing I can predict this morning, It won't drop any lower this morning or they will have to fill my order. And I know they don't like selling to me at a good price, lol.

Nice letter Diana but the sentence you wrote that there are 100's of investors holding since .0001 than your ROI should be sufficient enough for me if you sell now and quit complaining, well thats what Frank can say I' not saying that in personal just hypothetically speaking. I think there could be 100's of investors here holding since .02 or more and that is what should have been addressed also. On the other side I agree you wrote a moving statement of support since .0001 that might get us some answers lets hope so thanks Diana for initiating this because we need some kind of a decent confirmation.

okay, this is the way I see it... there is a company out there, that is trying to start a succesful network. They are still not viable, but hope to be soon. Slowly we are seeing signs of life. The gay community is (if I remember corectly) 20 million strong. 85% of them support products aimed towards them. 65% of that 85% are willing to payer higher prices to support these products. Thats a lot of people folks. Regardless of wether or not anyone wants to see this network fail, if the gay and lesbian community (if enough of them) hear about Q television, we will launch. This is a ppv channel, its only a matter of enough people signing up or requesting it. This is a group of people that speak and gain rights through money. Remember the posts several weeks back? (I forget the percentages) more likely to graduate college, higher incomes, 500 billion spending power. Those are big bucks and some of that money will be going towards Q Television. The only thing we need to worry about right now is if the gay and lesbian community is aware of this network. Wether we have spectacular programming or not, this network will be supported (its the first of its kind offered in the states... unlike here tv whihc I think will be like a skinimax @ night) We will launch, and if we do our potential is unlimitted! This is my opinion only, and I back it by holding every share I have!

I'm not clear as to what info we should have now and what info QTV should release at their discretion. Some have said the PR Firm knows how to do this. Do they or don't they? I don't know.
When the stock was up they were being praised for knowing what they were doing. Now, with it down, some a complaining about lacking PR.
I don't know, not criticizing, just observing attitudes.
Please post your list(s) of what they should tells us and when or what they shouldn't tell us until whenever.

Maybe we want everything too quick with QTV everyone here wants to see quick return and we will see that but I assume a venture like this takes serious time and a serious network can't put out garbage or their credibility will dive along with the stock price and Frank knows this is it so no time for play.Negotiations which are already in progress so lets just have patience and sit back and relax or if you have some change left over trade/buy something else.

I am not sure if there are hundreds of shareholders still holding since .0001 but I can definately say there is one and that is myself. I haven't sold not one single share since I purchased at .0001. I have rode the up swings and the dips and I have continued to add to my original position. QTV will launch and the stock will fly. Don't ask me to PROVE it because I can't, I can only rely on my gut feeling and it tells me still to this day that I won't be sorry for the investments that I have made in this soon to be Big Leauge Player. Rip this post to shreads I really don't give a rip. I am holding strong and have all the confidence in this company.

Well first of all Who are their sponsers/advertisers. Do they have a celebrity backing them. Did the soft launch already happen on May 15th or was that a test signal...nothing is mentioned of the June 1st soft launch in their pr's or the hotline.

Diana, well thought out and executed. After 3 mortgage companies, 2 title insurance companies, 1 boat company, and for the last 2.5 years the CEO/founder of a start-up software company that allows a mortgage closing package to be signed electronically, I know that my number one task is to act in a tenacious manner to achieve my goals and to answer to my investors the what/why of my actions. Well done.
