Hi everyone.I have been a ghost member for a few weeks now,reading and learning as time went by.It's good to see this stock go up (I have a small stake myself)and all the excitement it causes.Lets be just as supportive in the down times as the good times.Bickering sucks too!

silverstreak... no1 really knows what this stock can hit and most answers you will get on message boards are going to be extremely bullish or bearish and mostly over exxagerated... its just ppls speculations.. and such speculative posts on a board are not good... speculation can have strong negative effects especially in penny stocks.... try to keep posts about speculations off the board and inquire about them in private chats or emails.. thats the best way 2 go.. but on the board isnt a good idea

StockGuyDD is right. With all the impending news there's no way to predict a retracement at this point. I just know according to the chart, .105 is our target point without any news. The new website and/or other PRs throws that out the window.

This is almost like a dream... a dream stock to be sure. It's like when you're a kid and you dream that the tooth-fairy left 1mil under the pillow for your tooth, yet you wake up and it isn't there. DARN IT!
PGHI is so real! We invested and stuck to it... now we see what may happen... a dream so close... we must make the right decisions and hang onto this dream

chet you gotta remember there is 450million or so Oustanding Shares... and a price of 1 dollar would mean half a billion market cap... very very unrealistic especially in a year... im lookin at a price 20-30 points... driven on speculation for the first earnings period.. or i hope for a RS, but not like other pennies.. and get this on the nasd instead of otc

Wow, it came true already!! Their should be a PR about this. This is huge! The Berlin stock exchange requires its holders to hold their shares at least one year!! This should lock in some of the O/S shares, therefore creating a sort of temporary buyback. Awesome!

What's your email address? If I had it I'm not sure which one is yours. I created a distro list for the flyers but I used everyone's name instead of screen name.

The berlin ex is showing a high of .08! Why on earth would any exchange require you to hold for a year? That just seems wrong. Who would even trade there?

Supposedly they get their shares at 25% off. Not exactly sure how that works. Its sort of like a PPM but they come from the float. .08 is exactly 25% more than .064

We need a clear explanation from John on this. If you look at the price history, it started trading on the Berlin exchange since Jan 13th 2004.

If we get a confirmation from the company that Germans are buying up are float and the shares are restricted for a year, we will run up big time just on that!

I have a theory. This is just an assumption. Maybe they mark the price up 25% and sell it for 25% of just to make them think they're getting a deal. LOL Kind of like stores do with sales. Or maybe it has something to do with the money conversion?

Probably conversion. I thought of a good idea today. Many people are looking for a more real time way to communicate during the trading day- I spend the day in yahoo chat room StockWatch1. Most of the people are large cap daytraders. However the room StockWatch2 usually only has 5-10 people in it, I think it would be a good place for us to communicate (and use voice) on a real time basis, without having to post our AOLIM names or yahoo messenger names on the board. What do you think? If its something people are interested in we could start a new thread to let members know- it would be like an all allstocks chat room.

Cabbage I think that is great! I would be more inclined to have a room just for PGHI or soon to be GNFX. But see what everyone wants just my opinion...

Question? If this stock ever gets on the nasdaq ... wouldn't there be a reverse split???? and if so what do you guys think it will be.... 4:1 10:1 ???? I'm talking hypethetical !

I should answer you with...WHO CARES??? But I will give you the satisfaction of a reply.
If/when PGHI R/S', I think it will be between 10-20:1 and then it will shoot up, then split....then go higher...and then split.
Dont worry about a R/S.....there are too many more important things to think about right now!

the ratio of the split would be based on the days PPS... so if its .10 the RS must be at least 1:10 because NASD rules are the minimum of a $1.00 i think... so wutever the price is on the day will go with the ratio of the RS..
