... and yes what you 'mis'posted about the radio show would have had a purely negative affect on PGHI. Are you going to mock the fact I wrote it could have been disastrous?

WHY....WHY....WHY is there negtive posting about our stock? I'm not a well off person as far as money goes... I'm new to stock trading and I put my all my savings on this stock... if it goes down the future will not look bright to me..... all I have this to say (these are my thoughts) Think before you speak, so you may speak wisely, lend a helping hand when you can so you may be helpful and thoughtful, never speak badly of another, but listen to learn from others mistakes. Never expect any thing from anyone, so you won't be disappointed. Always give everything of yourself and expect nothing in return. Try not to see ones faults, but look for the good in the person. Expect no respect from anyone, not even your own family so you won't be disappointed, if you get any respect from anyone be grateful. And most important believe in yourself. All I can say is you better get used to it. The higher the PPS goes and the more volume GNFX produces, the more bashers entering. Unfortunately, there is no ignore feature present here on Allstocks. -

Uncle Milty, thank you for your wise and well put remarks in such a way that I could not express. Everyone, please read what Uncle Milty has posted and attempt to adhere to it.
Although I tend to disagree with a lot of Purl's comments I do not attempt to call her names or make personal insults. That is very immature and unprofessional. I think everyone needs to take time and consider what they are saying before they make posts.
This stock does not need pumping and it certainly won't be hurt by bashing. I'm not saying either is going on but those of you who accuse others of doing either need not worry.

thanks. i tried on two occasions to quit making this discussion of pghi personal but failed. i hoped with the new title of this thread might change the m.o. i got done with music early this morning, as you can see from the time of this post, and decided to see what was "shakin'" on allstocks. i thought "wow, the new website must be up" after seeing two new pages up since i checked between gigs. the only thing positive i found was your kind post, some members that believed all courteous opinions were the right way to discuss a stock and that PSU90 took a moderator position.
psu i hope this doesen't sour your level headed views and still allows you time to make some well researched stock choices. come on people, now there is yet another reason to respect everyones opinion. psu, i was also asked to be a cyber cop here and though i felt honored, this penny trading is pretty time comsuming, let alone my other lives, so i declined. thanks for stepping up to the plate. you will do a good job, much better than i could have.
it seems purl was reporting something she heard, which could have been treated in a respectful manner and i think the tone of the thread might have been much better. why not say something like "thanks for bringing this to our attention purl. did anyone else hear this broadcast that could give us further details? maybe there would have been something that followed this that more closely resembled the title of this topic. i believe 80% of the posts on this thread could be eliminated without compromising the information that directly relates to pghi and it's share price, past present and future.
that said i would also hate to see any thread lose it's friendly feel and become a course in statistical analysis. it is nice to know about one another. our investment club here in mexico is successful because we are all friends who have worked to gain the friendship and respect of the other members. it is a very successful formula. i feel it stands a very good chance of working here on allstocks. please give it a try.
you all are ambassadors for pghi, as allstocks comes up in a number search engine queries. show the investing public that there is a level headed group doing good dd and looking at all angles. pghi will likely benefit more from a calm rational discussion here than from what i am seeing.
based on the final hour of trading on friday i am more than a little optimistic for the share price next week. my mid 20's shares are looking pretty good.
so anyway robin, you are probably doing what i should be doing right now. sleeping. to everyone i hope the rest of your super bowl sunday is a little more fun than it was to write this.

Microsoft has announced its results for the quarter ended December 31st, revealing that the Xbox is still on track to meet its sales target of 14.5 to 16 million units in June despite a small shortfall over the Christmas period.
The installed base of the console at the end of 2003 totalled 13.7 million units, according to the company's figures, with strong sales in the last two weeks of December almost compensating for weaker sales earlier in the quarter. ------------- http://www.gamespot.com/all/news/news_6086482.html
House [SCEA executive vice president] said that the current installed base of PS2s in North America is now just north of 24.5 million and said that PS2 sales are tracking at what he calls, “an amazing 37 percent ahead of where we were at the same period with the original PlayStation.” PlayStation 2 cumulative shipments by territory, as of January 13, 2004, are as follows: Japan at 16.18 million units, North America at 29.26 million units, and Europe/PAL territories at 24.56 million units. --------- Forbes.com also has a similar overview. http://www.forbes.com/2003/12/22/cx_dd_1222mondaymatchup.html

Will someone PLEASE post the current outstanding shares for PGHI, So that we can end this before it gets started.
There are 500 million outstanding shares, but half are restricted. This is a problem in the future, but shouldn't stop us from staying above .10 for now
quote:Originally posted by onehitwonder: Can someone tell me how a stock like this, (no insider buying??? only sales!) with such dilution 500/900mil O/S, can get over .10 and stay there, I think it might pump and then dump mainly because of the hype (MY GOD JOHN IS PUMPING THIS EVERY WHERE, Most post stock on the BB), when do you think the shares holders like John with over 150million shares plan on selling them in the open market, really, think about this, there is a **** load of shares waiting to get dump on this stock. I think it will pop when the new web site comes out but the sell off until the report a profit!

That looks like a house!
There are a million penny stocks out there that are showing profit and have a lower float with less risk! Why is this one so popular,,, oh wait its because of John Flemmings foward statement that we are the next Netflix,, YEH RIGHT! Any ask the question about there O/S,, Hmmm only 20mill. Thank about this. SUCKERS.
Good luck, I will be day trading this because the hype is going to make me some fast money, but I never see this getting over .15 and staying there for more then 2 days.
Save this post over time you will see I am right.

Only 235 million on the public float. That is not the 500 million that was mentioned.
478 million are issued, but not on the public float.....A problem for the future, but not to worry about now.
From my understanding, 235 million is low for a penny stock!
No worries here, This week should be fun, I only wish the new website was out this weekend....but hey, patience is a virtue.

Game Rental Business Adds Ancillary Revenues and Impacts Sales. About one third of respondents indicate that they rent games and these users have a high propensity to use rentals as a means to inform purchase decisions. Moreover, hardcore gamers are more likely to rent games than their avid and casual gamer counterparts. Almost half of hardcore gamers indicate they rent at least one game a month, and almost 20 percent say they rent 5 or more.
Solitary Gaming Remains Prevalent. Despite interest in playing against others in an online environment, gaming remains largely a solitary activity and games that rely on social interaction have a relatively narrow addressable market. Over 73 percent of respondents claim to play games alone almost always or most of the time, and only 2 percent claim that they never play alone.

Nov/Dec exerpts, Yahoo Entertainment news...
If the nation's largest cable carrier, Comcast, purchases TechTV -- a transaction that has not been confirmed by either party, despite widespread media speculation -- video game programming likely would get a further boost. If a purchase is finalized, Comcast is expected to combine San Francisco-based TechTV, which reaches 40 million homes, with its Los Angeles-based video game channel, G4, which reaches 11 million homes. Such a combination would give dedicated video game programming a much larger TV presence.
Several factors, beyond money, are fueling Hollywood agencies' current interest. Led by PlayStation and PlayStation 2, and including Xbox and GameCube, there are more than 60 million video-game consoles in U.S. homes today. More than 168 million Americans play video games.
While the U.S. market is the fastest-growing sector, it's only a part of a worldwide audience that plays video games. Couple this global reach with an elusive 18- to 34-year-old male population that spends more time playing games than watching TV, and you can see what's grabbing the attention of major Hollywood players.
"There's a whole new generation of Hollywood producers, writers, directors and actors that grew up playing games," explained Boesky, the video-game agent for International Creative Management. "These people understand games, they play games, and they often want to become involved in games."

A true sign of a winning stock, is the attraction of bashers to it. The correlation is 1:1. Remeber we are not buying the past, we are buying the future. Any valuations you do should be based of future projections-
Also, ALL SHORTS MUST COVER before the name change- a key point. GNFX coming very soon.
TECHS- cup & handle pattern is the most bullish of all patterns, and we are in the middle of a blue sky breakout into uncharted territory. Resistence will be low.
50 Day EMA is at .04- thats right, .04

..."PGHI already has established an online videogame rental service through its 18-month-old Web site VeeGeeZ.com, which will be incorporated into GamezNflix.com next month." - Billboard 1/31/2004
Well, with that statement being said, I am thinking that GamezNflix will be "the" site. VeeGeeZ will be absorbed into the GamezNflix layout. I am sure they are not designing two sites. One name says it all GamezNflix. I guess we will have to continue to wait and see. -

I know it's been said many times, but I just want to reiterate how quickly Mr Fleming answers his e-mail. I e-mailed him a question (if they were considering getting a booth at the e3 expo) and also asking for the flyer at 9:45 this morning and received a response from him at 10:15 this morning.
