Check out http://stockskill.net/PGHI/#14c for lots of info! Below is a compilation of DD put together by an individual from another board..a good summary...
The first significant development is a corporate name change to GameZNflix Inc. How significant is this? This demonstrates to the shareholder that PGHI is extremely focused on the success of it’s online business to the extent that they are developing much of their current business model around it’s success. "When you review companies like NetFlixdotcom and apply a similar model to Veegeezdotcom it is easy to see the potential of our new subsidiary." President John Fleming continued, "We feel there is a great upside for our shareholders with this acquisition."
Should shareholders be excited? Absolutely! After all Netflix pulled off a dot-com IPO and reached profitability faster than anyone predicted. Netflix shares have taken a “gigantic leap” in less than 2 years from $4 to $60. Is isn't unreasonable to assume that GameZNflix shareholders will realize substantial gains from it’s current trading level.
A second significant development is the launch of a new web site designed by Roy Vella, Web & Print Design Service. Lance Wiseman, CTO states, "The signing of this contract begins the next phase of VeeGeeZdotcom's business plan to provide enhanced services to its customers. In addition, the new design will not only meet our current video game rental customer base it will setup our expansion into the DVD rental world."
Did he say DVD? A third significant development which will become a much more significant factor in the success of the current business model is the addition of DVD’s to it’s current business model.
The expectation for the launch of online DVD rentals combined with it’s current Online Gaming Rental business is extremely significant. After all Netflix currently does not offer or market Online Video Game Rentals! It will be much more convenient for America to have an subscription service that caters to families that desire both a DVD and Video Game Rental Service! Will this increase the number of people that subscribe to their service? Yes! Will this increase shareholder value? Absolutely!
CANDLESTICK CHARTING PATTERNS ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERN OCURRING BREAKOUT IMMINENT (Link Provided) Let's talk about the ASCENDING TRIANGLE... This pattern is occurring here and will eventually lead to our BREAKOUT...
On the ascending triangle, the horizontal line represents overhead supply that prevents the security from moving past a certain level. It is as if a large sell order has been placed at this level and it is taking a number of weeks or months to execute, thus preventing the price from rising further. Even though the price cannot rise past this level, the reaction lows continue to rise. It is these higher lows that indicate increased buying pressure and give the ascending triangle its bullish bias.
.05 has been resistance on two previous occasions. Reaction lows continue to rise. When we have our final base established at .04 and our new name change and web site are released.... OUR ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERN will lead to a BREAKOUT.
Also keep in mind.... as I've stated before. Because we have no previous buyers above .05... there is ZERO upside resistance which means the BREAKOUT will be significantly stronger than most anticipate. .10 and beyond will be here soon."
Netflix right now has: 24.77 Million of shares multiply by $75.00 is equal to 1.8 billion for market cap with around 1.4 million of subscribers.
Now let's see PGHI with 414M shares and let's say you have just 400,000 subscribers and we do a ratio with 1.4 million subscriber of netflix (400,000/1,400,000) we have about 0.29. Now we multiply by the market cap of netflix which is 1.8 billion of dollars and that give us 522 millions possible market cap with 400,000 subscribers.
Now we divide 522 million market cap by 414 outstanding shares and we get a total of $1.26 a share.
I think this is amazing for this company and I am pretty sure when they launch the website they might get in the first months 100,000 subscribers a month for may be the first three since most people have already experimented netflix and people like it. The hard part was already done by netflix to prove to people that the system works.

I know this is reserved for DD, but I must say:
I got Chinese food today and they gave us four fortune cookies.
My wife took one, and I took the other three.
Mine: 1. You will soon find your treasure. 2. You will soon be involved in many gatherings, parties, and communications. 3. Your financial situation will improve soon.
Thanx to the chinese for fortune cookies, and railroads

Here's the recent article Billboard magazine wrote about GamezNFlix. It's expected to hit newstands in the 31 Jan edition of Billboard. This will give us wide national exposure...
New Entry In Online Vid Race
By JILL KIPNIS
There's a new kid on the block in the online video rental world.
Gameznflix.com, owned by Franklin, Ky.-based holding company Point Group Holdings Inc. (PGHI), is launching next month with an offering of DVDs and videogames.
The service's business model is similar to that of Netflix, the leading online rental company based in Los Gatos, Calif. Users will pay a monthly subscription fee that enables them to receive DVDs or games through the mail. After a subscriber returns a title in an envelope with prepaid postage provided by gameznflix.com, another title from the rental selection list they have created is sent.
"This is a long-term project that will offer an alternative to Netflix," says John Fleming, CEO/president of PGHI. "We will crawl, then we will walk and then we will see about running into the future."
Netflix ended 2003 with about 1.5 million subscribers, a 74% increase over 2002.
Fleming says that the availability of videogames will differentiate gameznflix.com from such competitors as Netflix and walmart.com, which only offer DVDs.
A Netflix representative could not be reached for comment by press time.
PGHI has already established an online videogame rental service through its 18-month-old Web site veegeez.com, which will be incorporated into gameznflix.com next month. Fleming would not disclose how many subscribers use veegeez.com.
It currently distributes veegeez.com orders through centers in San Diego and Franklin. Fleming says two more distribution centers will open soon.
At launch, gameznflix.com will offer about 50 top DVDs and a full stock of videogames. According to Fleming, 99% of published videogames, including such older titles as "Pong," will be available for rent.
"It costs $50 to buy a game. The gamer beats the game or likes it or dislikes it and is over it in about two weeks and three days," Fleming says. "Now, they can rent it for $20 a month."
Fleming would not disclose what the monthly subscription fee for gameznflix.com will be, though its veegeez.com offers plans that range from $19.95 to $39.95. For example, the $19.95 plan allows users to have two titles rented at a time, while a $29.95 plan allows four rentals at a time.
PGHI has signed a joint venture deal with Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Legend Mobile to develop a marketing campaign for gameznflix.com's launch. Legend Mobile spearheads campaigns involving celebrities, such as the recent Visa debit card promotion with Hilary Duff (Billboard Bulletin, Oct. 25, 2003).
Rental data from online services are not reflected in Billboard's rental charts (see story, below).

If someone isn't in PGHI yet, a great purchase would be a stop buy order @ .062. That is the breakout above the accending triangle. There should be a good run from there. I see this as a good trade for anyone not in PGHI or someone wanting to add to the position. May i suggest that ideas about how to run the business be addressed to JF. Then there will be some excitement when the news comes out. The Chart is great, fundamentals are getting better every day. GLTA ... Ken

As I recall, veegeez.com will continue to be veegeez.com. However, as far as gameznflix.com, will that be a pointer to veegeez.com? Sorry if this has already been mentioned.
Another thing, On the other PGHI thread StockguyDD mentioned how misspelled business names often times don't fair well. I googled around to find this: http://www.shrewd.com/mistakes.htm
However, IMO we should be okay if veegeez.com and gameznflix.com point to the same website.

What we are experiencing here is a Major Price Resistance--an area of price where a stock hits resistance, reverses direction, and then retests the same general area of resistance a second time.
The upcoming days will determine if we break through that level of resistance or we will dip and then retest that resistance a 3rd time. It is very rare to see a 3rd test but it does happen.
The MACD shows the Fastline and Smoothed being parallel to each other, indicating an indecision in the trend. Like I said, the next few days will determine the next trend.
The stokes are around 50, indicating a good balance between the bulls and the bears. The stock is not overbought nor oversold.
In conclusion, everything points to a decisive period where the trend will determine if we break free or not.

Not DD or TA, but something that needs to be explained, because I know people are going to ask:
PGHI is changing its name to gameznflix. Veegeez.com will still be veegeez.com. If they register the domain www.gameznflix.com, it will probably be something similar to www.pghi.biz. This leaves us to speculate that when they rent dvds, they will probably register a third domain, something like www.dvdflix.com. As far as the symbol change goes, PGHI/gamesnflix does not get to choose the new symbol, the SEC will determine that. So, after the name and symbol change is complete, there will be no more PGHI, but veegeez will still be veegeez.

Actually, they've already registered the domains GamezNFlix.com and GamesNFlix.com
Could be something going on right now though. I just went to www.gameznflix.com and it's timing out. Previously it loaded the pghi page. hmmmm...could they be standing up the new site here?
Also if you go to www.Gamesnflix.com which is registered to PGHI, it loads and says that it's coming soon.
