Hi Tommy,
While at work today, I saw some of the mentions of the SEC filings. While I didn't have time to look into them at the time, I have since I have returned home. I did the Google search, and found out about the reference to BBBI. In my mind, I have ideas of what this could potentialy mean to PGHI. I have also heard about an e-mail that you have been sending out to some of the people on the board. Currently, I have 317,000 shares that I purchased about a month ago, and I would greatly appreciate if you could find the time to send me the e-mail as well.
TIA
Just Me....Paul6493@aol.com

Hey all, hold on a second.

My 2 cents about this thread recently ;

Many people here, I presume, have questioned Magoo's authenticity over the past couple weeks. I think this is a just and valid argument. I, for one, have followed his every post, have looked for discrepancies, looked for the slight miscue of a made-up story but have actually found none. This alone does not validate him, because I think any intelligent individual can make up a false identity/story on an online forum, but on the other hand this alone cannot condemn a person.

Magoo is almost too good to be true- Self proclaimed- he is not a "penny stock trader", all of the sudden he happens upon PGHI, two weeks later wants to invest a ton of money (in my world) into this company/stock.

Disclaimer: I actually think this would be a great idea for an investment if I had this kind of money. This idea, done right, with financial backing is a winner in my book.

But to tell you the truth when I first saw his posts I thought- "this sounds unreal but more power too him, if this is for sure, then "to the MOON" as Mach has said, Rock and Roll Gootch-ee-koo, we are going to make a killing." But also on the other hand "this really sounds unreal, watch his posts like a hawk"

Anyway, so:

1st point is-
Who knows if Magoo is for real or not?- I for sure don't, nobody else really does either, this is the internet where any 12 year old could make up this story, but nobody can know for sure YET. The only surefire way to know if Magoo is for real or not will be someone to call John Fleming after this weekend and ask him if he actually spoke with a major investor from the Pacific Northwest and his lawyer SO LETS WAIT TILL SOMEONE SPEAKS TO JOHN BEFORE COMING TO A VERDICT, EVERTHING ELSE IS JUST SUPPOSITIONm DON'T CONDEMN HIM YET!!!!! (I am sure Tommy if not others will be on the horn first thing in the morning Monday to find out... actually if I don't hear at the beginning of the week I will call myself ) We have waited for a month, why not wait a weekend. I, for one, believe him. Maybe I am a sucker, but either way I want to and think I will know if he is for real after this weekend.

Also- Will any answer sway my positive attitude towards this company/idea- no. If Magoo is for real it wil be icing on the cake with a cherry on top for me, but if not, I will still have the cake. (and eat it too)

2nd point-
If you are riding someone elses' coat-tails on this thread hoping to win the lotto or go to the moon please at least start contributing positives to the forum. In other words if you jumped on this train without a ticket and hope to arrive at destination "bank"- throw some coal on the fire or grease up the tracks, don't complain about the speed travelled or route which the train takes. Help the train out, don't weigh it down.

In other other words, do some positive DD or stuff it down your smokestack. Or if you don't have anything positive or helpful to say- don't say anything (like I do) or make up stupid funny comments like "Woot Woot". comprende?
We want this to be a TGV super sonic train train, not an Amtrack. Negative comments are, well, negative. They don't help. Constructive comments help.

Can someone tell me why there are only 35 spots for non accredited PPM investors? If there is demand for it than why not raise the money?

So far I have seen some really nice advertising from Gamefly.com, and I hope veegeez.com will do the same and more.

This is an example of a great way for an online video game rental company to advertise:
http://gamerankings.com/htmlpages2/914544.asp

Notice they have a Rent It button that someone can click on after they have read a review of a certain game. It is linked to a free trial membership with gamefly.

If I had read a game review that I was interested in, I would want to rent it first to see how it really was. Therefore I really hope veegeez does this. There are some big game review sites that don't have this feature yet. JF LETS SEE SOME ADVERTISING!

I know more will come with the new site...I just can't wait to see the first comercial, or magazine ad for veegeez.com.

Mike, well said. I think Mr. Magoo is the real deal....however, for a big wheel, his spelling is atrocious....the only seed of doubt I have. In my job, if there is one typo or spelling error, I dump the resume in the waste basket...or delete it if it is online.

I hate to burst everyone's bubble, including Magoo's, but he never met with JF.

I personally talked with John this morning and he informed me that he was in Nashville all day on Friday and never met with anyone. Nor did anyone contact him to arrange a meeting.

Sorry Magoo, but people need to know the truth not fantasy.

FYI - there have been the same type of posts on the BLYC board also (i.e. buying huge amounts of shares). It's only natural to question the validity of this.

I don't understand, why someone has to be like that. Do they really anyone gain out of this.

Question. Is someone get paid to hype the stock, if so who would do that , company itself, but PGHI we know , they don't do like that?

confusing.....

Thanx

Being new to penny stocks I find this a very strange situation. I still feel confident in my dd and my investment and feel that we will do well in the future. What I don't understand is what would cause someone to act as Magoo has, if this is true. Is it some sad way of feeling important or is he paid? Will probably never know the truth which is fine with me.

I will take this as a lesson in trading and feel a little wiser.

ps unfortunatly it makes me a leary of others that I thought I could rely on for information.

Hey Coumars,

It's ok my friend. No biggy. Obviously PGHI wasn't in on this or Jeff would have collaborated Magoos story. Magoo, I have been wondering about you for awhile. When you kept saying you were buying at .06 instead of .05 to take one for the team I was like is this guy for real? A) Not a good business decision (especially for your other "9 members" LOL) and B) PGHI doesn't need someone fighting the "big battle" with the MM's that you have been boasting about. This company is a long term hold. Whether we are paying 4 cents, 5 cents, 6 cents a share, will it really matter in a year when this thing has arrived at .50 plus? Of course business sense would tell you .05 is better than .06 (more shares) and that is where you lost me my friend. Didn't make any sense. If no one knows what I am talking about, go through the other 2 threads and read his blow by blow battle with the MM's. It was funny to me then and it is even funnier now. This is not meant to be negative. PGHI has a great future. Magoo for your sake I hope you really do have some shares in this company. Being rich might help you forget about this very "strange" little dream world that you have created and entertained us with.
Lastly to everyone else. I am not new. Just new to posting. Been with PGHI since early December. Invested in PPM and common. Not contributing on DD because I am still learning and want to know what I am talking about before I open my mouth. But I am learning fast and will start contributing as I feel comfortable enough that my DD is accurate and will help you guys. So in closing, I am looking forward to working with you all to help make ourselves money. That is why we are here. Mac

Just got in this morning.

This will be my last post on the board.

I have caused too much doubt here amoung the membership. I was just trying to help out with some insight as to what was to come and everyone here seems to doubt the truth to most of what I say now.

If you would have spoken to me directly then I could have given you very easy to follow information as to how to check me out as far as my business holding and net worth goes. That is public record.

I will continue to support PGHI but will not report as to my actions. What I say here really will not matter in the long run. I was just trying to help out the membership which brought the stock to my attention.

It causes too much doubt and will discredit the value of PGHI.

People are talking about this because magoo has been here right from the inception of the first GamezNflix allstock board. Has been around for awhile. Now it turns out he/she could be a possible liar. Come on, of course people are going to discuss it. Does it have any relevance to PGHI, no. It is just one of those things that you scratch your head and ask wtf, why? -

hope you were genuine. I thought, why if
you were not genuine, would you mention beforehand about meeting, just to have it
checked and revealed a fraud? Oh well...
let's move on.

One of the things we have going for us is the fact that Netflix seems to be content in staying in their own space, at least for the time being. They're focusing their growth (which has been stellar) on movies, and not games. Once we get our subscriber numbers up to appreciable levels, such a move by Netflix into the video game space probably would affect VeeGeez negatively, but wouldn't necessarily kill us. Perhaps they'd choose to buy us out at that time. Does anybody recall any rational put forth, possibly in the many volumes of previous posts, as to why a large on-line rental company like Netflix won't be jumping into this space in the near future. The following information is verbatim from the Netflix website:

Question

-----------------------------
Can I rent games at Netflix?

Answer

-----------------------------------
At this time, we do not rent games.

Maybe, Netflix is using the mantra "if it is not broken, don't try to fix it". Their business plan they have right now is working very well, it is obvious of that in their earnings. I do agree with the fact if they do enter the game rental genre, this would be a very negative blow to the up and coming Veegeez. -

Hey Guys,

I'm glad we finally got this mess cleared up. Magoo had or has no impact on the outcome of this stock. There are many exciting upcoming events taking place with PGHI. Some of you know this.

People lie and pretend to be someone they're not all the time on the internet. Makes them feel important and he was obviously having fun doing it.

Your first clue should have been when he was claiming to manipulate the MMs. Even if you do buy at the ask unless there's demand the price of the share is not going up.

I side with the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" opinion, m_h130321. Recall that Amazon.com stayed with book sales and only book sales, until sales were flat for a long period of time, along with the deterioration of investor confidence. It wasn't until then that they began offering music and gadgets, which was clearly "out" of their space. If Netflix continues with healthy growth into movie rentals, we should be just fine.

i stopped posting to this thread myself, because every pghi heartbeat and tick of the clock seemed to nurture lots of speculation and many hollow posts. i aquired most of my position in the mid to high 20's. i am on hold and will patiently wait for pghi to catch up with my expectations for it. there are many other stocks that actually have public info to research and since this is just one of 36 microcap plays for me, it seems more prudent to find other potential winners rather than speculate on the validity of rumors and power seeking storytellers. this is just one egg in the basket, and like the song goes " you know i'm a hungry man. shake rattle and roll"

the who is magoo thing only interests me from a standpoint of how it affected the share price, if any. i watched time and sales and the commentary here and drew my own opinions long ago. i'm sure someone will double check magoos story further, and there will no doubt be many more posts that are off of the subject of pghi. i wonder if this thread isn't so far ahead of john fleming and what pghi will become that for lack of real time dd, there is an opening for more personal comment and character analysis than what seemed to be good dd when pghi was at 25% of its current levels.

it's always going to be tough to know who is for real and who has multiple identities/personalities on any stock board. when there is money to be harvested one needs to keep an eye on their own crop and plenty of scarecrows in the garden. you pay the man and take your chances.

i believe that pghi will move once there is more press and their "deals" start to gell. otherwise i would bail with 100% profit from my apps. i'm willing to quietly wait for news to move it.

i hope the magoo snafu rapidly becomes history. i prefer the friendly cooperation that we all are capable of.

So did you sell out @ 100% profits or did I read that wrong. And if so, why now? With so many things about to happen it would seem very foolish to get out now.

old mullet,

I too have not posted much lately concerning PGHI, and for a lot of reasons you iterated in the above post.

My concerns all along have been establishment of a very solid baseline PPS, which appears to be in place now around the $0.05 level, and continuation of new investor interest. Since PGHI does not use fluffy PRs ... PPS and word of mouth are doing the job without PRs, which are usually only good for a few days at most before the MMs begin their games again.

PGHI is slowly building a substantial dedicated shareowner following, which is the way it should be. The result being ... investors who are holding ... are doing so because they have done their own DD in addition to the extensive DD which is readily available on at least two forums I am aware of.

No doubt we will see some significant runs over the next few months, but in the end it will be company management that builds a profitable going concern ... and believe it or not everyone ... that takes time, $$, and continued dedicated effort.

We as shareowners can be of help to management in several ways; 1) by investing; 2) allowing management to do their jobs; 3) offering suggestions as to what might attract new customers for VeeGeeZ; 4) by not becoming pests to management that requires too much time on their part to respond to our questions; 5) allow adequate time for each stage of development whereas ... management never feels they need to do something "quick," to bolster shareowner interest.

If we do our parts, as good shareowners should, each of us will participate in the "pot of gold" that awaits those people confident in their ability to pick a winner...!

Yes, PGHI will be a winner...!

You forgot one of the most important things which very few of the investors on this board are doing...which is............GET A MEMBERSHIP @ VEEGEEZ.COM

This is one of the easiest ways to help the company grow.
If you're in it for the long haul...20$/month is a small amount to pay to help this company grow.

Join www.veegeez.com for 19.95/month. More memberships = higher revenues = higher pps

I knew that Magoo was a fraud, I was reading his posts on the BLYC thread and he was saying EXACTLY the same things he said here for PGHI!

"Oh I'm gonna play with the MM's, let me buy three thousand gazillion shares!"

StockguyDD, wanna give me crap again for doubting Magoo?

Some of you that know me since the RB know that I can be rude to some losers, but I always smell them from a thousand miles away!

Anyway, forget about Magoo, we're gonna be rich so who cares!

GLTA!

Voluntary disclosure...

I bought an Xbox a couple weeks ago just so I could sign up with Veegeez. Well I finally signed up Thursday night. First of all, I really like the customer oriented approach of sending emails to inform us when our games our shipped and sending zipped instructions for each game.

What I didn't like was the way the current web site functions. It's terrible. Every time I would add game to the queue or update my queue it would error out. I would have to hit back on my browser every time. However, it did accept my choices.

This is yet another reason why we need the new web site. Previously, I thought it was just the aesthetics that were bad. Boy was I wrong. We desperately need the new web site! It's a good thing it's coming soon. The only reason I'm continuing my membership is because I'm heavily invested in VeeGeez and I know that management has great plans.

If I were just a customer that just ran across the site... I'm telling you right now that I would not have continued.

I'm not trying to scare anyone here. I'm just telling you the facts about the current website and that it is the major reason why our PPS and subs have not yet soared. If anything, this should give you reassurance that when the new web site is released you will be holding shares of a very valuable company.
