PGHI, I have been watching it for some time now and I think this could be at the doors of a breakout soon, maybe next week, please read this information I copied from another board. Always do your DD first before taking any action, but i think this could be an opportunity, but again do your own DD.

On the ascending triangle, the horizontal line represents overhead supply that prevents the security from moving past a certain level. It is these higher lows that indicate increased buying pressure and give the ascending triangle its bullish bias.

In general: IMO ---- Without pumping and without PR's, the stock has risen to its approximate worth as per the float, shares outstanding and cash flow. Coming in the near future: an acquisition, a name change, a new website for customer base ordering online, and other forthcoming PR's coupled with Private Placements generating new income should help propel the stock nicely. The CEO does not believe in fluff PR's, and seems poised in his motivation to try to become the leader in the Games/DVD online industry. We also expect the official opening of the second distribution center which will be located in Kentucky. This should impact our shareholders quite favorably.

This stock does not drop everytime a PR is released. What we have seen the last two PR's is this.
The December 9th PR everyone new it was coming. It was all over RB and everywhere else. Everyone even new what the PR was......So everyone and their uncle bought the stock.....the pr was released and it didn't show up on any streamers....thus the only people who new about the PR was the people who had already bought. The day and swing traders saw that the price was not moving fast enough, and so they bailed out and they price dropped.
Same thing happened here. There was a big assumption that there was going to be a PR this week, so people bought the stock and drove the price up.....the pr was released and it again didn't hit the streamers.....The price rose to .061 and hit resistance, where there was some selling. MM's do shake (anyone with "Last Sale" can see it was an MM shake) and price drops. Limit orders set at .05 cause Day and swing traders to sell, so price drops.....slowly throughout the day.....
This is the life of a stock.....there has been problems with PR releases, it does not change anything......
Magoo is on his way to talk to JF about investing a large some of money. DVD aquisition (sp?) is on its way....new name change, and new website in Febuary.

OUCH. Just a gentle reminder this is a forum. People come here to voice their concerns and praises. We are very lucky there has been no "bashers" present. If we stymie people's comments that are based on "true" sincerity what good is a forum anyway?
For the record I am one of the lucky investor who has almost all their PGHI shares purchased at the sub-penny level. This is why I am not worried, but their are allot of investors who have purchased shares all the way up to .061 level. If these people where not alittle concerned with the PPS, then there is something wrong with them. I don't care who you are, you have gotten bitten by the market and with that goes some healthy caution. - Marty

Everyone hold strong..
I have bought into this stock sevral times....and one time happen to be when it was at the all time high of .049.
Right after I bought, it fell all the way to .028...I bought more as it fell because mach said it would rise again, and it did... I too am up now.....This is a great time to average down. Anything under .05 is a steal.
Times like these are when we should remember all the good things that are going to be released. If its still in this same spot by end of Febuary, then we worry....Until then, we are more then ok!
PGHI's day will come....its just a matter of time. Hold long and hold strong!

I am frustrated too, but penny land is a mystery place... look at GLBT. Now tell me that doesnt get you scratching your head in bewilderment. Anyways it is apparent this stock is going to creep up slowly, and who knows, maybe it will shoot up like a rocket one day. Know one really knows. I remember I mistakenly bought IBZT at 0.0028 last month and was so frustrated because the company seemed to have nothing going for it, and i sold it at 0.0030. LOOK AT IT NOW!!! You never know what happens. As for you frustrations, punch a wall - then cover it with a picture. Its been working for me so far

Listen people, I think this was a great pr but I really didn't expect it to move the pps very much. Yes, they have entered into a joint venture with Legend Mobile, this is great, but until the pr's come out detailing RESULTS from this joint venture as far as actual marketing initiatives, I wouldn't expect anybody other than us current investors to get that excited. We are still on the OTC, remember? There's a lot of people who still aren't sold on PGHI. We see it everyday with posters asking if this is a good time to get in. Maybe I'm way off base here, but I for one as a long am just as content as when we were heading up to the all time high. This is called patients (def.: calmly awaiting an outcome). Yes it would have been great if the price soared. In time it will, IMHO.

I think the thing is that we are all very impatient - look at the netflix chart, if anything it is not a straight line going up. I have to admit i tried to take a PGHI vacation, but i couldnt handle it. this time i think i REALLY have to back away and check the price next month.
Let some moderator block any PGHI boards for a couple of weeks, i think it is healthy for all.

it isnt that people are not excited about the pr.. they might be excited if they knew about it! the only problem here is that nobody knows about the pr's!!!!!!! the only people that know are the current shareolders! does anyone think it would be out of line to suggest to JF that he give Market Wire the boot? not that he will listen or anything will come of it, im just afraid that if they continue to let Market Wire release the pr's this will just keep happening. how are we supposed to attract new investors and get noticed if nobody knows about the pr's??

Would we not be witnessing the "handle" portion during this dip today as we saw during the last 2 "cup and handle" patterns? I thought this was to be expected. Maybe cabbage22 can comment on this.
I can see the usual nervousness on the board of a small drop off of ALL TIME HIGHS.
Support is at .05, not too hard to see that- Next support is at .042, as it always has.
We are forming either an M-Type top, look it up if you dont know what this is.
Or, the handle of the cup. To complete the handle we need to move back up near .055 and stay level on increasing volume. If this isnt done in the next few days we are likely to slide into another cup from the M-type top.
IMO we will slide to mid/high fours for a cup bottom, and anticipation of news will drive us back up.
Stop worrying! Some of you people drive me crazy!!!!!! jk

Listen, the majority of people did receive this PR. Yesterday it was sent to NYC and LA. That is the majority. The people that make up Ameritrade, Etrade, etc are just a small percentage. Besides the new got out to them late yesterday and again this morning.
As soon as it went up a little yesterday people that got in late were profit taking and/or bailing. Right now we're forming another accumulation period (check out the MACD). It's leveling out and the longer it stays on that track before crossing over, the bigger the movement will be.

News has never hit Etrade for some reason,There is no company news for PGHI at all......Just letting you know.I emailed this ti JF yesterday and he said Marketwire were informed.

Yes, Market Wire was informed and as a result they re-released the PR this morning for free. However, as you can tell it didn't make much difference. Like I said, the majority of people received the PR.
