Press Release for 21St Centy Technologies Inc

21st Century Technologies Discloses in Excess of $5,200,000 in New Liquidity
1/20/2004 8:35:40 AM
LAS VEGAS, Jan 20, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- As of December 31, 2003, 21st Century Technologies, Inc. ( TFCT ) is expected to report in excess of $5,200,000.00 in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments. Alvin L. Dahl, the company's Chief Financial Officer, has advised management that the company's latest audited statement for calendar 2003 expects to report in excess of $3,000,000.00 in cash and cash equivalents on hand and an additional $2,250,000.00 in short term investments. This represents an increase of over $5,192,000.00 over the same time last year (2002).

Mr. Dahl stated, "An increase in a company's cash position of this magnitude means that a complete turnaround has been accomplished by current management. The short-term investments are well-secured and should bring excellent returns to the company. Now operating as a Business Development Company ("BDC"), the company has the financial strength to go forward with its mission as a BDC."

Arland D. Dunn, President and CEO, said, "This report indicates that our 4th Quarter for 2003 was very, very good. We expect the 2003 10-K to contain additional good news demonstrating our company's newly developed financial strength. Our conversion to becoming a Business Development Company, the move of executive offices to Las Vegas and acquisitions accomplished and pending have worked out very well for 21st Century Technologies. We look forward to a banner year for 2004, built on the momentum which we created in 2003. I know of no period in the Company's history which will match what we have accomplished and will accomplish."

As a Business Development Company, 21st Century owns four wholly-owned subsidiaries, Innovate Weaponry, Inc., which manufactures low- and no-light gun sights, Miniature Machines Corporation, which manufactures the MMC gun sight, a precision adjustable gun sight favored by serious hobbyists and sportsmen, Trident Technologies, Inc., which manufactures the ProMag and SeaPatch permanent magnet powered leak and rupture sealing systems, now the subject of an effort to become standard equipment for the nation's fire departments and other first response teams, funded through the Department of Homeland Security and other federal sources and the recently-acquired Paramount Multiservices, Inc., a profitable Texas-based marketing company with facilities in Nebraska, as well.

Safe Harbor Statement Under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995:

The statements which are not historical facts contained in this press release are forward-looking statements that involve certain risks and uncertainties including but not limited to risks associated with the uncertainty of future financial results, regulatory approval processes, the impact of competitive products or pricing, technological changes, the effect of economic conditions and other uncertainties as may be detailed in the Company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

I have also been buying some over the past few months and think it should be a winner. I am surprised the price is still so low. Uncle Milty What other stocks do you think may be going up soon? Thanks, I value your opinion. -Debi

beta in the context in which i am using it refers to a stocks fluctuation during a given time period. a stock like cmkm that has looked like a dead mans heart monitor has for all practical purposes no beta.

if you look at something like affr, within a period of a month it will see a 25-30% swing in price whether the stock is going up or down as a general trend. i bought another 2m shares today at .0015. my .0014 buys never filled for several days, and i am suspecting an upturn where every .0001 is about a 7% increase. at .0018-.0020 i will sell and wait for it to happen all over again. i will look for my next buy based on the trend line. ie it obviously wont always be a .0015 to .0019 swing.

it is in other words the peaks and valleys on each side of the trend line. with penny stocks which are so low in price and so affected by news and rumor, there is allot of money to be made from studying the beta of an individual stock with good volume and playing it. this takes some time, as you have to interpret the swings and how they related to specific news, or rumor.

if i can help further explain this let me know. i have to teach a guitar class in a bit and won't get back till tomorrow.

good luck,

uncle milty

just a few more minutes till my gig tonight so i have to be brief.

the 4m trade at .030-.0304 close to the bell wsa either an mm play or a good sign. since there werent any mm signals i think it could indicate some bigger players are confident. this could be a very good long term play and if q-4 results are decent, your .037 is going to be ok. this ran not to long ago to just over .06. i'm buying more tomorrow if it gets below .03 and might even pick up sone right at .03. i'm almost 3m shares bullish on tfct. if it gets homeland security approval, this will move nicely. it's new business plan also is expanding outside of its previous 3 companies. i will be patient with it and i am pretty sure it will pass its recent high.

take a look at some of the past threads. there is some good dd. worth the time to study this.

I don't meen to sound dumb, but does that split mean ,I will get 100 shares for every 1 share that I have, ( A gain of 99 shares)or will I be reduced to 1 share for every 100 shares that I had? ( loss of 99 shares)

Uncle Milty-Thanks for the info on how you pick some of your stocks. I am a singer/songwriter/guitarist who would love to take some guitar lessons if you were local. I have been playing 30 years but play like a talented player would in 6 months to a year. I am a solo performer who performs mostly in Christian Coffeehouses and Churches. My goal is to get children sponsored for World Vision. My personal goal is to get 1000 kids sponsored this year. To say I love what I do would be a huge understatement. I would love to hear from you off this thread. My email is dhkiontke@aol.com put some kind of message in the email header so I know it isn't spam. Thanks and have a great gig. I am curious about the style of music you do. -Debi
