With the price of the stock at .05 and the market cap being 20.70M it would be something very rare to see the stock go up to prices like .25 very soon without some kind of reverse split. there is nothing to back a market cap of 100 mil if the stock were to rise to .25 quickly.. its a good dream and maybe be there in a couple months but i doubt next week...

stockguyDD, remember that this stock is trading on the OTC and the majority of stocks here trade on speculation and future potential. For example LGMB owe MJ $500K and they trade at .25-.30, is that justified?
If there's enough interest and excitement, I can see PGHI go as high as .50 on news of fundings, new DC, name change, new site, etc.
Now the question is that will it stay up after the run? We'll have to wait and see!

ADOT- market cap of 41m...was up to 117m a couple months ago..revenue...0$
VRA- market cap of 81m...338k $ revenue RCO- market cap of 81m...164k $ revenue
Not everything stock follows the same rules. This stock will run on speculation of future profits. If .25 is too high, there are many stops along the way... .10 .15 .20 all of which everyone here will be happy to see! Dont lets guys like this scare you out of your postiton. Market caps are not the top priority when investing in bb stocks.

Well, I will be happy with .10 for now. .15 by the end of febuary would be really nice. Slow rise is better then a quick jump for long term investors.
.30 next week is probally not going to happen. .30 in the next couple months is more likely. But, we are in penny land...so ya never know.

where is magoo? as much as i respect tommy's incite and knowledge, i sure hope that he was way off base. please prove me wrong. actually, who cares? if you are in this for the long run and you have done your own dd, who cares if there is a 12 year old acting like he has got millions to invest into a penny stock. i sure hopw magoo is everything that he says, but what is the difference.

It is difficult to get to a computer when you are not on home ground so that is the reason for my delay. i am back at my hotel now and have been given the facts I need to take back to my group in order to come up with an offer. The reason for this is that I am not the only one in my group but only one of ten so all of us have to come to an agreement before I am ready to make an offer.
I cannot go into details before things are put into place because there are optional ways of funding projects. The best offer I can make will be determined by my partnership and my lawyer who will print up our offer with the proper conditions in order to protect the investment.
I personally was impressed and believe that everything should be a go.
The only thing I can say right now is that I had purchased the personal placement shares. There is a restriction in the number of parties allowed to do so and there are just a couple of spots left. One of the options which will be in the offer is additional funding through the personal shares. Once the number of holder are complete then that option would have been closed. You can always aquire more shares through this manner but cannot be added after there are no spots left.
In any case I will be comming home tomorrow and going over all this with my group and will have an offer by the end of the week.
I will try to answer your questions but cannot talk about anything which has not taken place as of yet. If I did and things did change a bit then io would be called a lier and has been suggested as a possibility already.

Very Good Magoo. I am not interested in your "trade group", and the dealing between the group and Point Group. What I am interested in is your comments on Mr.Fleming. Wish you good luck in your attempt to strike a deal with Fleming...but I think you may need to rest a little so you can concentrate properly....I have never seen the word offense.... spelled offence as in your post....man stop working so hard and get yourself some R&R.....

I first met with John Flemming in a resturant and then to his house.
The take I had on him is that he is very good at what he dose and can relate ithe information to everyone at the level of understanding that they can understand.
The reason I say that is that this kind of business is not one which I am use to and he made me feel very comfortable even when he was answering the questions that I did not know to ask.
My lawyer on the other hand was basically there to make sure that everything was in place as far as the legal set up of procedures which were accomplished so and what was is on the horizon. Also he sort of put him in the line of fire as to the questions pertaining to everything from the PR plan through the physical make up of the company and how funds would be tied to all phases of development.
Alot was put on the table. This wil help me to determine as to the best way to assist in meeting goals. This is a key factor.
I did not see the distribution center but was told it was a warehouse. I was not intertested in looking at it as most of the product is shipped directly to the outlets without going through the center.
In any case I believe in John Flemming and am confident that he is on track with his plans.

Who jumped on who? Were you there when we were wondering about Magoo the first time he told us about wanting to put $3M in the company 1 1/2 month ago? Did I call him any name or was disrespectful in any way?

Just thought that I would add one more post before I call it a night.
I have not taken anything the wrong way about what has been said. It is true that i spoke out at one time about being able to put in a good amount of cash. Since then I have learned not to speak of such things because of what has happened.
It only causes doubts when I am not known to the individuals in a general forum.
No offense taken on my part so lets put this to rest.

Magoo, when you first showed up in this forum, I had doubts about you as well...( as others mentioned; investing millions of dollars in pennies is not a regular thing) Anyway, your meeting with JF is very important for me..Even if you don't have 10 millions of PGHI stock, or you decide not to go further with private investment, you gained my trust my friend( not that it's so important, this is an imaginary world here in allstocks or other web forum sites) You gave your valuable time and put an effort into it..

About Tommy; I read his posts in RB for a while when I just bought PGHI about two months ago..Some weren't friendly,but what do you expect.. This guy bought 2Mill. shares, and did ride all of them(till last week I guess ) without selling a single share..That requires guts...I respect him because he did what I wouldn't(couldn't) do...And succeeded..
Riding all the shares( worth of 100K $) without getting emotional is not easy..Sometimes his messages sound aggressive, however in message boards you face all kinds of people.. Some questions or comments driving me crazy: -Hi board! Tell me why I should buy this stock!! -Do you know the number of O/S shares?
These are just couple examples.. raven76, I've seen them all and my favorite one is:
"Hey I'm new to this stock, convince me why I should buy it!"
When I read that, how can I be friendly to a guy/girl who wants me to convince them to buy a stock? This is not a charity, we don't convince people to do anything, it's like swimming with sharks, you get in or you get out, period!
I put a lot of time and effort into this stock to help other investors, if you don't like what I say or are mad because I forgot or don't have time to email you, then too bad so sad but I don't owe anyone anything. I do things out of pure willingness and friendliness!
Anyway, still holding 1.8M shares since PGHI acquired Veegeez and will be holding for another long time! I've seen old investors go and new investors come in all the time, very few sticked around and I only trust those people dearly, you know who you guys are!
Good luck to us all, it's not over until the fat lady sings "late fees suck!"
