We are forming either an M-Type top, look it up if you dont know what this is.

Or, the handle of the cup. To complete the handle we need to move back up near .055 and stay level on increasing volume. If this isnt done in the next few days we are likely to slide into another cup from the M-type top.

IMO we will slide to mid/high fours for a cup bottom, and anticipation of news will drive us back up.

Stop worrying! Some of you people drive me crazy!!!!!!

ps check out CYOS and tell me what you think, tech alert this afternoon, could be a good swing play

IMO this is a handle. Seems to be a pretty normal and healthy action for this chart.

Also, if you want to see something positive, look at the chart, see how the lows (dips) are still increasing towards that .06 mark....creates more pressure for a blow.

For everybody on this board I respect each and everyone's opinion here. But the reality is you are not going to get rich over night from this or any company. You need to be patient and not play this with scared money. Everyone these days are only looking for the quick buck, and the truth is it doesn't happen. I mean sure there is the Lotto, but the odds just really suck. Just imagine your surfing, sometimes there are waves and sometimes there are not, but the ones who become pro surfers are the ones that are out there no matter what. I wish you guys the best as I'm holding this one for the long haul.

I'm riding this train and I've learned a lot from reading this thread. I'd like to ask a question off of PGHI. I saw a huge buy of RNWK for 376500 shares for approx $2.5 mil. It was almost a third of the days trades and I was wondering what this might indicate. Any insight? Thanks, SKI

Well, I'm now in the PPM and almost all 35 unaccredited spots are filled. I don't think anyone has an idea of how many accredited investors there are thus far.

What I would like to know is if we had guesstimated how much PGHI has raised so far or if they are close to raising $1,000,000 yet. Anyone have any projections or guesses?

Magoo, I know you were considering investing a sizeable amount through your group, have you talked with JF about it yet? Everything you've bought thus far is just common stock right?

Guess I got to a computer just in time to answer your question.

My group holds just under 10 million shares of common stocks. The rest of any more investment will go to the private stocks or in some other manner once I am able to speak to john Flemming and see what might be worked out.

I am in Chicago right now on a business trip and will be in Kentucky late Thursday hen seeing JF on Friday.

Might have some information to share by Saturday evening but will need to see what will come out of the meeting and will take a little time to form an offer after talking with my group and then presenting it to JF.

Hopefully I will be able to share some useful information but will only be able to talk about the details which JF will allow me to share.

I do not want to hold anything from our group but until things are put into place then they are best not talked about in public.

Magoo

This was probably one of the best, most enlightened posts that I have seen concerning the recent PR release (and re-release)...

We are still on the OTC, remember? There's a lot of people who still aren't sold on PGHI. We see it everyday with posters asking if this is a good time to get in. Maybe I'm way off base here, but I for one as a long am just as content as when we were heading up to the all time high. This is called patients (def.: calmly awaiting an outcome). Yes it would have been great if the price soared. In time it will, IMHO.

Guys, this is a great time to question your faith in PGHI. I'm saying this because I went through the same thought process when I first bought at 0.008. I bought quickly on a feeling of excitement when I read the PR saying that PGHI bought Veegeez.com. In my mind I thought, wow so they'll be the first and only publicly traded company renting videogames and seeing Netflix's stock I was jumping up and down.

That evening after I bought, I started to do the serious DD and then I started to have some doubts. I thought, man the current site is so ugly and they probably don't have that many subscribers and the company must be dumping shares massively for the price to be under a penny!

Then after listing all of my concerns, I emailed John Fleming and asked him all of my questions. It is then that I discovered how awesome of a CEO he was and from that point on I held onto my shares until now.

It is ok and it is healthy to question your faith in a company at all time, after all it is your money and not the neighbor's! Just keep in mind that although PGHI is much more stronger and stable than the majority of pennystock, it is stil an OTCBB and WILL suffer from MM's manipulation and day trading. As the PPS moves higher with time, we will see less day traders and more longs in this stock.

If you believe in the company and you did your DD, step away from the stock for a while and you will be happy when you get back to it!

Cheers and GLTA!

Nobody has an official count released by management or the company, but it is estimated to be anywhere between 1000 and 2000 at this point in time.

Not only that, but the page has been cleaned up, and notice that the horrendously misplaced graphical overlay, which had stuck out like a sore thumb, is now gone. It's not as well laid out as the new design, but it's a noticeable improvement. This looks better for potential subscribers and investors, alike.

Yeah, right. Duh. I wasn't pointed at the homepage but the new titles page. The homepage still has the offending overlay and is as poorly laid out as it always was. It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to tidy things up a bit, but I suppose why bother if the upgrade isn't far off.

Here is my am opinion,

I strongly believe we are seeing a delayed effect from the PR. I am hoping that with this delay we will actual finish the five cents as base and without any further PR continue on past .061 , we shall see if my feelings are correct.

We all know how my "feelings" are, I never thought the PPS would come this far down after a press release. So do your own due diligence and use people's posts as guidance. - Marty

Regarding subscription numbers... they may not have reached 1,000 yet...

But that's nothing to be alarmed about. We are investing in a FUTURE game rental company, one with a new website, public investors, a new distribution center, and movies as well.

PGHI just acquired veegeez.com for their staff, inventory, and a head start.

It's all upwards from here.

Guys.... Relax.

Go back one month(around Dec 15th) and you will see that we were in the mid 2's(I think). Look at us now!!! This is great. If the company did this in the last month with little news or news that didn't get out like it should have. Where will we be one month from now. 20 cents plus is very possible. It also seems we have a new base here in the low 5's. Look back two weeks and tell me were the PPS was then. Sit back and watch this puppy fly. This will be one of the "shoulda" stocks in a short time. Good luck and lets get ready for party time when in hits .50

I agree, i can only guess but 500-600 would be a very accurate number. Why such low numbers, well in my opinion VG has not even started yet, when the new site arrives that is the new beginning. Really PGHI has done nothing yet to VG's, yah maybe some advertisement(test the waters) but that is about it. The site as it stands now sucks, and this is why the low number of subs(guesstimate).

Remember, it will be a whole other ballgame soon. I can't wait to see sub numbers in six months. -

I know as much as you guys about the subs but I think you are way off target and here is why. On Dec of 2002 they had 400 subs when PGHI acquired them. Shortly after they lost a small amount. From Jan 2003 to Oct 2003 the company reported the growth at 35-40% month over month. Not just 35-40% but month on month. This is huge. Also, from Nov till now the company has grown at the rate of about 25%. I provided the numbers, now figure it out. I would say we have 7,500-10,000 as a low ball and if you calculate the numbers we should be north of 10,000 subs before the end of 2003. The percentages I provided are facts provided by the company as well as 400 subs in Dec of 2002.
