I think that they are much further along especially when it comes to documentation than CSHD is. The biggest similarity to CSHD is that the deadline keeps getting pushed back and not fulfilled. It is entirely possible that Rufus has been made aware of this B L O G entry and has used the same deadline for CSHD attempting to piggyback off the news.
The one thing I have found about Rufus is his propensity to accept what some post as the truth. He has done it a number of times. This could be just one more point of reference for that propensity.
Heck, how long has he had longs watching PACER for developments that have not occurred. IMO, this is what he may be waiting on. Once this surfaced on PACER he could claim that it is the same with CSHD and the end is near.
As for me, I will still be waiting for something of real substance about CSHD to come out either on PACER or from the SEC. The epaper wasted on a PR won't even be able to be used in place of toilet paper if you run out. If it doesn't come from the court or the SEC, " DON'T BELIEVE IT".

Indeed Eagletech and Overstock are both favorite topics of many anti-NSS players. However, the "vibe" I get from Burrell is that the company he is speaking of is one that has not been in the limelight - an experiment to once and for all provide the catalyst.
Quite honestly, it does not matter. The powers that be are huge, well-organized and capable of affecting markets, media and legislation (see Utah's retreat from important rule changes). It will take a once-in-a-generation type scandal to make a difference. Could this be around the corner? As you say, keep watching and stay in position to act if anything breaks.

In the period during which the offer was valid, which ended on March 21, the new company NYSE Euronext NV bought 91.4 percent of the Euronext shares, AMF announced.
President of Euronext's supervising board Jan-Michel Hessels, the future president of the NYSE Euronext management board, thanked the shareholders for supporting the merger of the two companies and making it possible to create the world's biggest stock operator.
The trade at the new stock exchange begins on April 4, announced NYSE Chairman Marshall Carter.

The way I see it is Rufus did not want you to buy because it would increase the amount he has to cover... but at this time, it is not our problem if the price is so low that we can get more shares to lower our cost.
Just makes sense... even if the Authorized will then become in excess... CSHD would have to increase the amount to cover the issue. Otherwise, those shares will never be issued, and the 6:1 will never happen. Of course, they could give a 3:1 and raise the ante.... that would still satisfy most if the share price was also in line with the freebie. My hope is that those shares are not restricted.... and I will bet I am wrong on that one... just a guess but an educated one at that.

Please take this as a PUMP supported by someone selling, The Seller wants you to buy their shares;
This post along with the little birdie telling me that MA/DP are DUMPING their shares and promising associates some of the money; are both good reasons, to HOLD until this is resolved.
Besides; If the Fraudsters have their way we will be at .001 after they DUMP and you could buy it cheaper if you want to then.
