If you look at this you are seeing instruments issued by Conversion Solutions. for the bonds look by ISIN and you can see the issuer but not the owner.

I saw how some glanced right over Tut, and even out right attacked him and/or called him names, said they could care less what he had to say, even made comments about those who posted his posts. Now, it's up to that very person to make you money on your investment. Hope lessons were learned...

There were some of us who thought to check EVERYTHING out and found a WEALTH of info with Tut. The clues were right there hidden in plain sight... Some were just blind I guess.

The important thing is that we have an account with EuroClear. Read the qualifications just to have an account. This is where very large banks, and even Countries exchange money...

Hey Port, when Rufus made the statement, "how can they call fraud on their own bonds" or something of that sort, could CSHC accutually be the one issuing the bond? I may be way off, but would like your OPINION! Thanks

I Would like to express how much I appercate everyone support and kindness that is shown for Rufus Paul Harris and his family. And no his father was not Jo Frank Harris of Cartetsville, Ga. OK I am done trying to "connect the dots" looking at the conspiracy theory... for a while.
I am ending up on some really wild websites, and believe I have fallen off the map on this particular trail. (Don't look now but I think the black hellicopters are following me.)
All I know is if that Rock-fellar guy, and the builderbergs are involved in this with their 800 year old vatican secret police, and wild claims of placing Hitler, Margret Thatcher, and Bill Clinton into power. ... umm umm... If they ARE involved then I really can't do anything to stop the current course of events so why not let it play out.
If their not involved... then it is a waste of my time to look at it any further.

Does the company need to file an 8k to make a change official or is a PR enough?
About the whole website "fiasco" yesterday... do you think they changed the name too soon (before the 8k was released), so they changed it back to Rufus as the CEO. I noticed that Mr. Arlitt was added again right after the 8k came out. So maybe Rufus wasn't crazy posting on the website yesterday.

Chart, i was one of those that disliked Tuts games in HSM. Lesson learned? No sir. I still dislike the games he played there and just because he was voted the CEO of our company via majority shareholder vote it does NOT mean he is going to save this company.

There are a couple of us that stuck behind Tut through the thick and the thin. Those people know who they are. It was just a gut feeling and I’m very happy that it looks like we were right. I do, however, understand why people weren't comfortable trusting a person who was hiding behind the guise of a 3,000 year old dead mummy. That's only normal and to be expected. Frankly, I would have worried if everyone felt the same way about him as we did. Just as it is with investing, that’s when it’s time to go the opposite direction.
Rufus deserves the same respect until the truth comes out...IMHO. His actions lately have led us all to believe that he is incompetent, childish, and some even say "crazy". Does that sound like the same person that planned for years and built the foundation for this company? Does it sound like the person who we have listened to on SPR so many times? There are several unanswered questions…
Did he plan his own demise by suggesting we start a shareholder committee?
Did he then schedule a SHC conference call among only those who hold the most shares knowing that they would ask him certain questions and / or have certain requests that needed to be accomplished…knowing that he would not please them?
Did he know that this action would upset the rest of the shareholders who were not part of the call?
Did he intentionally not return phone calls and / or e-mails to the SHC?
Did he intentionally cause the shareholder opinion to turn against him?
Did he know that if he didn’t respond to the SHC he would be removed from the company?
Coincidence...I think not. I think Rufus fell on his own sword. Not sure why, but I do.
I know for a fact that it's not the same man I met in Dallas...without a doubt! Some other force is behind his recent behavior. My only guess it that it is intentional in order to separate the shareholders from the anger towards him by the SEC and the Shorters. Another thing he mentioned in Dallas was that he wanted this to be “our company…run by the shareholders”. He wanted us to be a part of the company decisions and to have up to the minute access to news and financials related to the company. He said that when somebody in the company spent “our” money on something, he wanted us to be able to log in to the website and see the transaction. This, IMO, is the way companies will be forced to work in the future. He wanted us to be the first.
Let’s not dwell on the past or how we got to where we are…but instead, let’s focus on connecting the dots and moving this thing forward. I feel as if we have seen our darkest days and we have survived. We don’t know exactly why we had to go through this or if we ever will know the entire truth, but I believe that it was an important part of the plan. Something tells me that when this entire thing is said and done, Rufus Paul Harris will get a standing ovation when he makes his curtain call.
As always, I may be wrong…but I don’t think so.

Dont get me wrong, especially Chart and St Matt. Im not saying i dont believe Arlitt can run CSHD. I am saying that the means in which he came to power is kinda questionable. Was it meant to be that way? Well, all along everything that has happened we believed "it happened for a reason" so maybe it is this time too. If Arlitt is meant to drive this bus then im happy to ride as long as he is ready for it.
As for Rufus, i still stand by him as well. In fact, in reference to St Matts post, i think he is still driving the bus. IMO of course
