Yea, i posted last night that i suspect James could have been coached into the FBI doc thing, and i suppose possibly some other things. I dont know for sure that James is a "local" with Mike but its my understanding that he worked for Dave Perley (contractor i believe) at one time.

No doubt James is Mike's buddy. James drove Mike to the BBQ. He was also bragging about being the one who wrote the PR stating Mike was taking back over CSHD. He also stated that he bought his shares back when it was FURIA...I think from Perley.

I've been relistening to the Oct. SPR show and Rufus brought up the Berlin Exchange. He was talking about how the shorts would cover. He said to watch the Berline Exchange...that the brokers would go there to sell shares and use those proceeds to pay off their shorts here in the US.

Proposal for all the current and former directors of CSHD: Rufus, Ben, Mike, Dave, and of course John Arlitt. Maybe it could be included on the upcoming proxy vote. Maybe we, the shareholders, could force this to happen.
I would like to propose something on behalf of the shareholders. I feel pretty darn confident that an overwhelming majority of them would feel the same way. This proposal is contingent upon each and ever one of you being clean and void of any criminal activity associated with CSHD and / or the financial markets in general. If you are not, we would like to propose that you leave the shareholders and CSHD alone so that we can try to salvage our investment. We are told that the forensics trail is there, and that those involved will be caught and made to pay for their crimes. If any of you are involved in any way, shape or fashion, we would like to request that you stop trying to take the rest of us down with you.
Assuming, as each of you say, that you are all clean and void of any criminal activity associated with CSHD and the financial markets in general…I think it’s time that you mend your fences and come together to work as a very viable and powerful force in the financial markets. Through all the cryptic messages posted on the thread over the last couple of weeks / months, I keep hearing one common theme…that the trap has been set and that it can’t be stopped…and that we have caught the bad guys...that they are screwed, hosed, finished.
If that is true, then it’s time to now focus your attention on the good guys…your shareholders. We are the ones who have held strong through thick and thin and made this thing possible. There would not still be a Conversion Solutions if not for the strength and courage of the longs. Keep in mind, we have held strong through the following:
1. Three CEO changes. 2. Countless BOD changes. 3. The perception of an organized NSS (RICO) ring. 4. The perception of organized bashing and pumping. 5. A perceived prejudice of those on IHUB. 6. Timothy Miles…aka “Our-street”. 7. Countless lies and innuendos from those who claim to be “in-the-know”. 8. A roller coaster ride of emotional swings. 9. A promised and not delivered $15 PPS after the merger with Fronthal Group. 10. A promised and not delivered 6 for 1 share re-distribution for shareholders of record on October 16th, 2006. 11. Shareholders of certain brokerage houses not being able to buy additional shares of CSHD, only to sell shares. 12. Shareholders not listed on the NOBO list…thus being told that they owned “air shares”. 13. Threats from unknown characters. 14. Personal family and financial losses. 15. Fake PR’s, real PR’s. 16. Never ending questions about the company assets (the Bonds). 17. Misfiled 10-K’s. 18. An illegitimate “E” added to our stock symbol. 19. An SEC halt and investigation. 20. An FBI investigation. 21. Court dates and BBQ’s, 22. The lack of legal representation on the part of the company when requested by the SEC and the shareholders. 23. Infighting between both present and former CEO’s / BOD members. 24. Questions and uncertainty about the legitimacy of the current CEO. 25. Questions and uncertainty about the legitimacy of the SHC. 26. Questions and uncertainty about the removal of our original CEO. 27. An incredible lack of communication on the part of CEO’s during times that were deemed as critical by the shareholders. 28. A former (or current…who knows) CEO who seems to attack and write off anyone who disagrees with him publicly or privately. 29. A former (or current…who knows) CEO who went “on vacation” immediately upon taking the company back over and promising to start acting like we expected him to act. 30. Several late night SPR shows.
All of this has occurred in just the last 4-6 months. The fact that there is still such a strong interest and support base for this company and stock is nothing short of miraculous.
Yesterday, I was looking at the pictures from the Dallas Shareholder Meeting at La Finca. What a fine group of people that was…everyone was enjoying themselves, laughing and communicating with each other. It was a very uplifting experience. I try to remember a time when we all got along and could dream of the potential of this company’s future. It was once said that this was the only company that one would ever need to invest in. It is the shareholders who have kept the dream alive.
It is now time to revisit that dream. It is time to pull the resources that once seemed to be such a good match together again so that we can live the dream. Each and every one of you brings something very valuable to the company. Based on the events of the last couple of months, it does not seem as if either of you can get it done by yourselves. We don’t have to always like who we are working with…however, we have to get results for who we are working for. As a publicly traded company, that would be the shareholders.
If John is able to bring back a deal from Europe that benefits the shareholders, we need to rejoice in this accomplishment and continue build from there. If Rufus has some beneficial proposals up his sleeve, then we need to add those to the pot. If Mike wants to use Ecowood to secure more bonds for the company, then we need to do that. Whatever Dave Perley and James Gee can bring to the table would be greatly appreciated. Like I said, it’s time to focus on the shareholders.
If Rufus’ goal all along has been to trap the shorts and stop NSS in this country, we will support you in your efforts as long as you keep the shareholders in mind when it comes to a settlement for our restitution. The good fight should be carried onward and upward by Rufus and whatever powers that be who were involved in this epic battle to eliminate NSS forever so that we have a safe and secure investment environment in this country and around the world. People need to know that when they invest their hard earned income into monetary vehicles for future spending and / or retirement, the money will be there when they need it. For that we salute you and will support your efforts any way possible.
There is still a part of me that feels as if this still is “the perfect storm” and each person is playing his part in putting a permanent end to the NSS problem in this country. There is part of me that thinks that it is beneficial to ‘the plan’ for the bad guys to think that everyone is pointing fingers at each other and that nobody is getting along. It has been said by a select few that this is much bigger than we will ever know and that we will win in the end. If the bad guys are already caught in the trap…if they are already finished, let’s end this thing and start working together for the shareholders so we can all win.

FWIW...a new message board has appeared since yesterday. The originator / moderator is representing themselves as Rufus Paul Harris. The board seems to be attracting a fair number of HSM posters. If it really is RPH, then this board might be a node for information, or perhaps it will only be of entertainment value, so......Enter at your own risk.... It seems to be a direct response to what is happening at HSM. The bannings and deletions of posts. The little I read was not very valuable except for Brazil's(Fromerlyknowas Brazilianrosewood) post regarding Delaware court of chancellory. That was interesting.
The only thing I continue to see a deepening fracture of the shareholder base. The 2 or 3 camps that have developed and seem to be encouraged by the MA/DP, JA now with James GEE and Rufus. It just makes me think of the famous historical quote: "Divide and Conquer".
As St. Matt posted earlier it way beyond time for the leaders of this company to stop fighting and get together to fix the problems.

After the patriot Act requiring sharing of data, the little company in DC that I work for has been very busy. We can take the data from any system and make it available to any other system. Recently I came across data regarding CSHD and it caught my attention being a share holder. I started asking questions, and the information started pouring out. Everybody was willing to provide information off the record. The following is a summary of what I was told.
It looks like a lot of attention was on CSHD because of Sabra Dabbs. She had been running several questionable businesses that had attracted a lot of attention. Sabra was transferring money from off shore accounts to a Wachovia bank in FL. They thought she was money laundering at first. She was running a company called Power House Funding that was charging a $50,000.00 broker fee to people needing funding to locate funds. She would claim that she had access to large amounts of money, and would require them to pay her a fee to come onsite and look over the project, review their business plans, and then she would promise to get them funding. According to the complaints filed, she never provided the funding. I was told that there was not one project ever funded, and there are a some really upset people. These included some very high up people in other countries that were looking for project funding that banks did not want to touch. There were also some very nasty p! eople on the money side that also looked to be money laundering. And on the money side, is where she came across the bonds.
Some of these bonds that Sabra was representing were people that did not want to be known. When Rufus released their information, the Caracas Group sent a C&D. Rufus then had to hold off on releasing the 10K while Sabra tried salvage the relationship with the Caracas Group. Rufus believed that since he had a contract they could not back out. But It seems Sabra had not fully disclosed to Rufus the contracts and control she had with the bonds. The SEC then decided this was the time to step in and halted CSHD. Since Rufus had given the SEC copies of the contracts that Sabra had gotten, she gave the SEC a copy of the Caracas Group C&D in a effort to protect herself. Sabra then tried to take over the company by voting Rufus out. Rufus had seen it coming, and had Mike take the company back. Sabra then decided that since Rufus had not filed all the paper work needed to make her VP, she could not be held liable and decided to bail.
Sabra then started telling Mike her version of the problems and that she was the only one that had control of the bonds. Mike was caught in the middle and could not get Sabra to help now that she knew she was not a legal VP. While trying get answers from Rufus there was a pretty heated phone call between Mike and Rufus. Mike then decided to give the company back to Rufus. Sabra then started working with the share holder committee members to get them to remove Rufus. Sabra also told the SEC and SHC that preferred shares had been sold to people she had gotten to invest and nobody knew were the money was. Sabra has also been telling SHC tht Rufus and family have been dumping shares. Sabra was the person that had setup the CSHD accounts with the ADP and MM. Sabra was how the SHC and John was able to get things filed when Rufus couldn’t. Sabra has been playing both sides and against each other. The list of bad news that has been given the SHC is very long, and it! all is coming from Sabra. Behind the scenes Sabra has played a major role in the events that taken place, and poeple in the know can confirm this.
Sabra also had a company called The Corporate Credit Firm that for $5,000.00 would help companies build a corporate credit profile. She was reselling them a $600.00 Dunn &Bradstreet credit profile. That is how she met Mike. Had Sabra been able to build Mike's corporate credit and gotten him funding with her two companies then maybe Mike would have never gotten invloved with toxic funding. There were a lot of people that got charged $5,000.00 and never got anything more than a couple credit card accounts opened for them. All this is just the tip of the iceberg, but it is information that you can DD. From all the information I have seen, there should be no problem in finding people from Sabra’s past and the people involved to validate what I have found out. If the people mentioned deny what I have found out, make them put it in writing. Then you will be able to take legal action against them when the people off the record move forward!

Facts: The Corporation’s current status is “Default” in the State of Georgia’s Federal court system!
Questions rising from the facts: Can a “Court Ordered Default” corporation function as a normal corporation? Is there any restrictions on the Corporation under a “Default”?

I feel sad about it to- I think she was a "lost" soul.....I can't imagine losing a child....it must be the worst thing a person can face.....I felt for her when the happened.....perhaps after that she lost her will to live....

For the most part the other site looks like a waste of time. I'll read to see what RPH posts ans any DD done by Brazil but IMO, Rufus did Don at HSM a favor. Such trash.
