This one shows that Michael Holbrook had ties with Furia back in 2004. This is the same Holbrook that supposedly rallied shareholders of BBAN to oust Rufus.

Here's a piece of an interesting post from Amphibithen over on HSM back in July of 06...seems kind of like deja vu!

One last thing...I think someone probably already looked into these, but here's the list of stocks that Rufus wanted us to look into. He made it sound like there are people invovled in pumping CSHD on the boards that were involved on the boards with these stocks. I'm only assuming he was refering to John Arlitt.

I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about BBAN verses Rufus?
I remember that someone from HSM , said the next date for court was 1-29-07.
I don't know if this is true or not, I just remembered it. I checked out the judge's page ,but didn't see anything. {as you all know I'm not very good at DDing,but I try

I don't think that was BBAN vs Rufus. It was a consultant that claims she did work for them and was never paid well Rufus was CEO. If I remember correctly.

Wow... is there something that we should be getting in the mail soon? Like maybe a proxy vote showed up? Wasn't that promised to us to come tomorrow, and people want to get on? Just a thought.

No. Proxy vote was not promised by tommorrow. I'm not sure what is driving the increase in PPS but I'm not complaining. I hope it keeps going up.

I find it incredible some people are giving Rufus the credit for the stock going up again. All I can say people is to think about why. It is NOT Rufus's doing. Think..............

Wally .... Do you really think everyone is going to be mailed a Proxy vote ballot? Who is going to send them? Rufus? Please.....There is not a chance that he will spend the money to do this. He likes to promise things with little chance of completion. We are going to recover, but not because of Rufus..

Hello everyone, I have just been checking the board every now and then, I am one of those idiots who went "all in" on this one so I am out of the trading business until this is all cleared. My question is, since my PM priviliges have been taken away for something stupid and have not been able to PM Jenna about 'John at the SEC' who is supposed to be the one to call for info about CSHD: Has anyone called him, and did he have any important info to share?
