Nope. I simply state my opinion on a given play. If that makes someone FEEL stupid, that's not my problem. I am in no way calling anyone who invests in this stock stupid. Do I think the best play now is to protect whatever remaining capital you may have left in this stock? Sure. How does this imply that I think people who don't are stupid? There's a big difference between thinking someone is stupid and thinking they are wrong.

Wally thank you for your responce. You mentioned learning alot about the Bond market, but was it worth losing taking profit as high as 4.00 a share? How many pennnystocks have done the same exact thing that CSHD has done? Why is it that people fail to understand that ALL companies who get listed in this exchange only do so to raise capital.
Paul Rufus harris was a to this day is a fraud. Everyone believed in a perfect stranger and they paid for it with there account value. Wally I have done some research on you and it seem this isn't you first "failed dream" Weren't you in the CMKX scam also? Or was it QBID? Maybe it was both.
Stocks like these prove that Daytrading is the Best way to get rich in this market. If CSHD was a company which had everything they said they had, then why did they wait the last second to do everything? Why is it Rufus mentioned on Subpennyradio that CSHD shareholders will receieve a NOBO list daily?
He is a man who knows how to take advantage of the Cults emotions and honestly the SEC took advantage of his. He believe he could out smart the SEC, but all he did was make himself a target on the Cults hitlist. Rufus mentioned that they owned those bonds, but when the SEC investigated it turned out they didn't. Well not as much as they said they did.
So wally there is no responce needed to my post. Just rest assure that Rufus is somewhere spending his CSHD diluted shares as you try to find the next best thing. Very said to see but wally you have no luck with stocks at all. Weren't you in WFTV also?
This smells like something ole MOMO would post...hmmm

Kevin .... You claim to have a high IQ. I seriously doubt it. It is impossible for a person of any type of high intelligence to consistently stay on a site and repeat the same garbage that isn't wanted. Can't you see that you are a PEST? You remind me of a little boy that likes to aggravate people by consistently saying things over and over that we don't want to hear. What is it going to take for you to use your high "IQ" to realize that no one wants your opinion? The first few times people read your opinion, but it's not wanted any more. BYE.

CSHD itself is a soap opera. And right now this is the part where the producers are looking to take the show off the air for good. Of course it will take awhile but it will happen sooner then later.

I know it will be a hard chirstmas in your houe because of the CSHD bag your holding. Weren't you in WFTV also EALIER this year? You seem always get into the wrong plays.Well look foward for getting a tax break yet again this year wally.

So, answer me this--what's the deal with your focusing on Wally?
There is only one person out there that comes after me. That's Alex. He hates that I can always spot him so he attacks me. No problem there. I guess I'm doing something right if he feels threatened enough to have to lash out.

Just checing to see if there were any new developments this weekend. Saw this interesting post on HSM from ealier tonight. Does this David Perley's name ring any bells? And did any of this thread's DD'ers find anything like this about CSHD's majority stockholders? ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

It is my understanding that Mike Alexander and Dave Perley (Ecowood) control 61% of Conversion. It is my further understanding that Ecowood is looking for a firm such as Conversion to manage the assets. It is my speculation that as soon as Conversion gets it's skirts clean, Conversion has as good a chance at landing that management contract as anyone, and maybe even better because of the intertwined ownership. I really can't see MA and DP letting their 61% of Conversion getting left behind.
That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it. I have orders in with two brokerage firms and am hoping they both get filled first thing tomorrow morning. "

highly doubtful *anyone* without full access can accurately determine those holdings, as it stands. MA was supposedly "guaraneteed" 60% as a kind of "no matter what," in the filing before "the merger," which, as we know, has not been completed...

What you "seriously doubt" does not affect what is actually true. I fully understand that YOU don't care for me, or want to hear anything I have to say. However, what YOU don't seem to understand is that I couldn't care less whether you care for me or want to hear anything I have to say.
P.S. The only reason I mentioned my IQ was that one of your cohorts accused me of being stupid. You'll find I don't volunteer that information simply on a whim. You'll also find I don't care whether you believe it's true or not.

Looks like I missed an action packed night. Even when nothings going on with this stock (watching paint dry) I can still rely on some coming out of the wood work trying to stir the pot.
At least it makes catching up on the thread more fun than seeing nothing.

Good Morning and a happy start to a new week!
Now if we could get something to happen with OUR stock I'm sure we could all get back. Keep up the DD and great homework. I for one, appreciate it when others find the treasure map and lead all of us to the important info we so desperately seek.

Good morning, the Ecowood deal was supposed to be in the merger originally..It's hard to imagine a damn merger is'nt even done yet. Rufus must be a real loser at doing one. I did call the phone # on the CVSU.US website last week and a lady answered and told me that she was hired to take calls. She said that CSHD and Ecowood were both going to be in the same building in a week or so. That sounds like a strong coincidence, considering all the places there are to pick from..

Ya SherriT, you would think between 3 CEOs at least 5 billion in bonds and countless JVs lined up there would be something to announce about something..the ball should have been rolling on this months ago. Ben Stanley could have slowed it down, especially if he had to talk. Just getting a word out of his mouth sounded like a monumental task.

Perley was involved with Furia early on. Looks like he was involved about the same time James Gee was. From this link: http://sec.edgar-online.com/2005/11/17/0001144204-05-036528/Section11.asp On July 13, 2005, the Company issued 2,500,000 shares of its restricted common stock for consulting services to Dave Perley (1,500,000 shares) and to JMS Construction (1,000,000 shares) in reliance upon Section 4(2) under the Securities Act of 1933.
I'm pretty sure that JMS Construction is James Gee's business. I've got his card at home.
Someone asked Rufus about the Ecowood deal at the BBQ. He said we'd have to talk with Mike about that because that was his deal (Mike was also CSHD's CEO at the time).
I'm pretty sure CSHD would have a place in Ecowood's deal due to Mike's position in each. IMHO!
And good morning all.

6, you GOTTA get a better outlook!
I was referring to the trading in general - looks like low volume in most places (at least the 20ish I am watching)

Back at the beginning of this merger talk Rufus made it sound like the log deal was on the table in the merger and played it down. Now it almost looks like it would be one of the biggest deals.
