I should'nt have to buy anymore, depending on if I can take Rufus word for it, it was PRed that I would receive 6 shares for each one I own on the 16th of Oct. So I consider it a waste of money now to buy anymore.

I signed up for the committee, but didn't get the confirmation email. From what I hear, no one has gotten the confirmation email.
Also, a buddy of mine signed up after the deadline, so maybe the deadline was just a motivator or something.

Good morning all! Hope you had a terrific holiday weekend - the only, well, main thing that would have made mine better is to NOT have to come back to work today Come on CSHD and get with the program... LOL

Interesting. That might be a conflict of interest. I'm not sure though, but I don't see much input from the committee concerning our presnt status with the company, except that he is all tied up with work like everybody else there.

i agree with the weird price pattern but wow! pntr and tcll seem to be doing well so far today too. even cshd is up 20% right now so that would have made a good flip today too. lots of action today!

pntr, with that much price movement, intraday chart them and scoop dips, Bring your buddies Stochastic and MACD with you and wait for the party ~ Alot of times they sell off and run at EOD.
odd, big markets are down, yet my pennies are almost all green... anyone else seeing that?...

Chart I don't know about the merger part, but I know That Rufus was on subpenny a week ago announcing to the world that he is going to pull down funds on a bond as I think he put it. In his words he said it would be a 3-5 day process, but I've heard it said that it takes longer. But whats good for Simon and the public should be good for the shareholders.

If I remember correctly, the next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 4th, or next Monday, regarding the default issue. Someone please correct me if I am wrong...
