I looked at the http://cvsu.us/ list and their are huge names on that list of everyone and anyone. Do all of those companies own shares in this? If so, how do people think they are going to get jacked up by buying in now?? Have been watching the stock and curious.

Im on the list - I almost fell out of my chair. I bought in late in the game. Only about two weeks ago. I bought through Scottrade. Man I'm excited about this. When I saw all of the big names on board, I felt a lot better. I can wait this one out. My family may get our first house because of this. I hope you all the best in this!!! I'll keep watching and reading. Thanks to all of the vets who have helped in the DD on this thread for those of us who are still learning and working lol!! Goodnight all and GO CSHD!!!

how you see that?
see what? my name or wallys name
Doh!
obviously, Wally's name...am assuming you'd know your own...
But why would you be privvy to anyone's else name?
I recently posted an Email that I had received from Scottrade that stated I was a NOBO. I signed my orginal email with my real name. Not really a stretch Wallace McDonald. So Mathis being the good DDer saw my name near the end.
Thanks for looking Mathis. *********************************** Second part of the message is to everyone.
This is good news. It would seem that everything should be in place now. Yet I would not guarantee a 10K tommorrow. Some people's names are not on the list and were asked to contact Mitch at CSHD, so it may still be Friday before it drops.
Personally, I wouldn't mind it being Friday afternoon. The halt will take affect, because of the length that the 10K is said to be, it would more than likely be a longer halt. So if it happens late Friday then the weekend allows for the news to be disseminated and a reopen on Monday morning.
I say this so that people don't get freaked out if A) the 10K doesn't come out tommorrow and B) If there is a prolonged halt the reason will probably be so that the information can be read and understood prior to the reopen.

The way it has always been stated is 10K followed by a halt for news, then the reset to $15 then an SB2, SB4. Getting to NASDAQ will definately help it, that's for sure.

All the folks I know who have TDA accounts I do not see. Scottrade I do.
Nice work BB.
Rufus was prolly smart enough to trade stock for all the Oracle software he is gonna need. LOL...No, I really do not think he did that.
I know two people, one that has TD Waterhouse and one that has TD Ameritrade and both of their names show up. FWIW - Many duplicate names because of having multiple brokers like myself.

Some of us being in Central and Pacific time, may still be in bed. Those of us that can't sleep from all of the excitement, we're here.
LOL, I should clarify myself. I mean't to say that the site is really slow in loading. Everytime I refresh, it takes almost 20 seconds to fully load. Wondering if it was just me or everyone.

I'm thinking today is going to be a non-stop climbing with TINY dips here & there.
I'm gonna try to pick some up early. I'm sure that we'll see ups and downs, but I'm not expecting to see the drop that we saw late in the day yesterday. Not sure I'll be able to get any, but I'll set the price high and see what happens. Can't hurt to try, right?

Mornin folks! Good to see im on the list and in VERY curious to see how many people post on the various boards that they are not on the list. Currently the big basher material seems to be the difference between the "old" NOBO vs DTCC list and the new one. Once we start to get a feel for how many people are not on the shareholder list then maybe we will have a better understanding of where the legal begals are headed....shorters will be revealed.
Honestly, im a little concerned that they will halt, reset at $15 and then buy us all out. I know that sounds greedy but i never intended to simply bail after the reset. I HOPE thats why Rufus took a poll over at HSM regarding what people would do at $15 and again at $35 because most responded that they would continue to hold.
People have spoken Rufus, please dont buy us out unless it is totally necessary!

I agree, my plan is to sell 50% and go long with the rest. I see a lot of potential with this company and would love to be along for the ride. Don't get me wrong, $15 per share would make me happy, but I see this stock going well beyond that over time. Rufus has a plan, has surrounded himself with some strong people and has some $$$ to do things with. Hope we are part of that.

Wondering, My mom bought in on Oct. 6th. She's not on list. I know the list said that it's from on & BEFORE the 3rd. But what does that mean for people who bought in for the first time after the 3rd? And a lot of us kept adding shares after the 3rd what about those shares?
Any thoughts?

Well, ok...I am actually really close to really drinking the Kool aid. I have ordered a Cherry one and it is sitting right in front of me.
What does that mean...it means I like what I see. I like NOT being 75M short. I still think we are substantially short. I think it is possible the first list was accidentally inclusive of the NOBO and OBO. If we are only say 5-20 million short it means we are healthier as a market for this stock and more likely to see a safe cover.
We will learn a lot today so keep your eyes open. I do not think anyone fully understand this play but we have to be close to learning the Win, Lose or Draw scenario.

He said that funds were in place to do so IF NECESSARY to protect the investors and the company. What the dangers are they would be protecting us or the company from are unknown to me but im guessing they wont let it be driven into the ground. Or, at least thats how i understood it...someone please correct me if im wrong. I came up with this concern after listening to one of the interviews....from over the weekend i think.
Which reminds me, anyone have a link to the latest interview? The one where Tut called in?
Personally what i think could really put the screws to any shorters would be to offer the difference between $15 and current pps to the shareholders (option B? i cant remember). Those holding airshares would have to be paid by whomever sold them those shares, with legal help from cshd im assuming. Then, they could skip resetting and run it up from there creating a squeeze. Kind of a double whammy. I MUCH prefer this over being bought out.
