he was CEO of Peppertree, one of those vacation condo companies. merged with http://www.equivest.com/ and appears to subsequently have become Cendant Timeshare Resort Group, Inc. (CTRG) which changed its name to Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Inc.
not a bad end merger, nice new parent company, nice 200mil a year earnings.

I just finished talking with Ben again and I asked him if he and Rufus could come on a give a few minutes to all of you on HSM. I said to him "Hello Ben, this is your nightmare" and he replied back, "I have no nightmare, everything is good". I asked him again if we are going to meet the deadline and he said "yes we are, everything is good, watch tomorrow". I then asked him if he and Rufus can come on for a few minutes and share a few minutes with you on HSM. He replied back and said "you won't need it" but then he said he might come on for a few minutes after he was done doing what he was doing. We might have company from Ben and Rufus here in a while.

Someone else stay awake and listen for them... I don't think I want to anymore. I am just waiting for this stock to correct and possibly reset at this point. I really don't want to hear from CSHD unless it is in the form of a filing or PR.
