The list consists of stocks for which sellers failed to deliver 10,000 shares or more in the past five trading days and the level of ``fails'' is a minimum of 0.5 percent of the shares outstanding. # of Consecutive days on the list: CSHD - Conversion Solutions Holdings - 45 days

Well, that was what Ben said before the extension too. I'm tired of all the talk, I think we all deserve the 10K/reset already.

Unfortunately, I'm starting to doubt now. This is becoming ridicolous. All talk from Rufus and Tut, and nothing substantial. 5billion raised for repbulican party and 9/11 cleanup by Rufus...where's there any evidence behind it. So many claims, but not producing. Whose to say Rufus doesnt have a million buddies who bought in low and sold high at these levels for him.

in case some of us didn't hear. a small plane crashed into an NYC apartment building. Now lets see if Rufus keeps pushing back the 10K and reset, cause I'm starting to doubt too, but still hanging on to some free shares.

$$$bill, I am not saying that I doubt this will happen, heck I ordered 10K shares in a cert last week. All I'm saying is that a lot of good people are bailing and missing out on a great opportunity because the MMs are having a field day with the PPS while we wait for the 10K. I would however listen to wadeinne and protect your capital just incase chit hits the fan...

Sorry Stock I really do not sufer complainers well...I see too many people here who need hand holding...If you cannot see the forest for the trees please sell.

I have not seen any other stock request any kind of extension...although there may be something...but at this point it would mean that CSHD would have an "E" added until they file... I do not see that happening because it would risk the chances of going to the NASDAQ

Merrill looks to be quite excited about this stock... word is that they are thinking of putting a MM in on this, especially with a move to NASDAQ.
Merrill has been in touch with Integrity Stock Transfer to insure disclosure and validity of all shares. Integrity confirmed mine....
Don't put too much stock on ADP list... often full of errors and manipulation.
Institutions are buying in now.... we know this.
How many "penny stocks" have institutional investors showing up? How many have large brokerages interested in the stock? How many have held PPS with 45 days on SHO list with repeated onslaughts and threats from bashers and SEC scrutiny?
Not many..... everyone is starting to see that this is not a "normal" stock... particularly for the pennies.
Is it %100 what we hope it is? Dunno.... remains to be seen. However, it is currently undervalued....
If you're scared... you can get out... no problem.

Talked with my broker today... he has called Integrity twice. Unless he is lying... he says ML all good with the transfer agent. Certs not necessary, but I can get if I want. They will hold stock in my name if I want... but it would cost $2500 a year for this service. I would still be able to trade as normal. I may do this once the 10K pops. I have enough shares that may make it worth the extra money.
My broker is aware of CSHD... the Ecowood deal... etc.
He has been doing a lot of DD... which is kind of surprising. He thinks that this thing is going gangbusters if it moves to Nasdaq. "The short situation on this is ridiculous."
He is doing further research within the company to see if they are involved in any way. According to him... the "higher ups" are "aware of this stock." I have no idea what this means... he may be giving me a line... but he knows a lot about this stock after one week and continues to ask me insightful questions.
