Agreed. They have until 5:30. If they don't file by then, then you can chit in your pants, cry, complain... etc...

Not sure if anyone spoke with Sabra...I just off the phone with her and she said... "WE WILL NOT BE OUT OF COMPLIANCE...WE WILL NOT HAVE AN 'E'"...I CAN ASSURE YOU". She could not tell me if it would come before or after the market close. She said they were getting slammed with phone calls and had to make it short and sweet.
FWIW...

Repo is alright he is just having some fun at our expense, I mean when else can you slam people on a day when their stock is in the green.
I think he put up a pict of a a guy getting a tooth filled on my last comment "Asking I don't know which is worse holding a stock with a 5% gain or getting you tooth filled?"
Fact is if this thing goes to nothing you still won't see me panic. i am not in over my head. Repo likes it because he feels everyone should not know how to make money. When most of us... not all mind you... have made money in this and are not going to get hurt.
Let him play it will be fun when Rufus let's 10-K fly and Repo goes on to other boards to pick on them.

She also told me that it's normal for them to post those companies who are in their last day to file...and haven't yet filed, on that website...seems like a waste of time to me, but probably makes sense to them.
