Did Sabra sound like she was in and airport? Was there steel drum music or sea gulls in the background? Was there an odd pause in the conversation like the communication was bouncing off a satelite? LOL ROTFLMAO!

How do you know it was a buy? Usually with a sell order that large, MM's drop the price to pick off buyers, group those shares, and then give the seller his fill.
If it was a buy, they usually would run it up, group all the sellers' trades, give the fill.
The price has been dropping right? That sell order could have been why.

The Buy was above the ask at the time. So I assume it was a buy.

I have Power Etrade Pro...that TRANSACTION was above the ask...therefore it was green...the green and red do not signify buys and sells...only where the transaction was in relation to the bid and ask...
Could it have been a late print...absolutly...could it have been a group of smaller trades whose combined total equaled that total with that odd price...more than likely...
