Surfer...you're right...BUT if the filing doesn't come out during trading...I'm afraid that there will be a huge sell off near the close...maybe a larger dip to get a couple hundred free shares...and I won't flip all...just some...I guess I just like causing myself stress...lol We'll see... I hate to say this, BUT...they have simply said they will be compliant. They also said the 10K would be out, etc. on the 29th, and do we have it yet? Nope.
I really just want that document....NOW.
I know we will make good gains here, but it hacks me off to have my money tied up here waiting when I see other plays I planned on playing if funds were available doing big gains....

The only reason that I ask is the use of the word compliant...it just sounds like clintonian speak to me...
Although...maybe that is all they are allowed to say so as not to give out "privileged" info?
I don't know...for me though...this is an all or nothing deal...either this thing gets released eventually or every cent I have in this disappears...I've come to peace with that...

I do not have Edgar Pro... I have TaxBack Pro. It is a little application I built that scans the SEC and EDGAR lists all day and tells me if it finds something I am looking for. The only thing that would stop me from seeing it is if I am not physically at my desk.
With that in mind I will let you in on a number of filing timing things I have noticed. If it shows on the SEC list, it usually shows on the EDGAR list in less than a minute. Normal filings like Form 4s and 8Ks show up on my list about four to ten minutes after they are physically filed by the company. (I got a little game going with the guy who does filings for my company. In the last two months he has only got one past me and that was because I was not monitoring CSHD for what ever reason.) The NT 10-K solely based on last weeks filling appeared about 20 min after the price began to move... sooo based on this other filings like 10-K and 10Qs may take longer than the 4 to 10 minutes. Anyway if it comes out and I am at my desk... you all will be aware of it by me or someone else with speedy reflexes very soon after.
Calm down take a breather... and hope Rufus ends our suffering sooner rather than later.

j/k actually there seems to be a promblem with the little applications SMTP connection or it would send me an alert on my crackberry. But it is too late now to go debugging it. I will just have to hope I am around to see it. I am sure I will have a "very" quick lunch today. LOL! (sprinting to the TOMS machine.)

Level II's have NITE at $2.19 on the bid and $2.20 on the ask. Spreads so tight they aren't making much money. Then again if they were really nervous the spread would be more.

And this is meant to be parody by the way.
Rufus releases the 10k and its all that was expected. Tut turns out to be a democratic senator and also a member of the illuminati. Rufus astounds all the rumor mills by stating that they WILL indeed colonize the moon, starting immediately. Tut gets the democratic party behind rufus and rufus runs for president in the next term with hilary as his running mate. AISS designs and manufactures the structure for the new WTC and names it the Rufus trade center, rising like a phoenix from its own ashes. Tut leads the new world order into a common government building world peace everywhere. Mike alexander will be saving the planet 1 tree at a time and eventually wins the nobel peace prize for replenishing the amazon rainforest. Ben and sabra get married and are the first to have a child on the moon. Timothy miles is still crying scam but has asked ben if he could come to the moon, outside the SEC jurisdiction. Ben agrees but maurice is waiting for him in a armani designed space suit.
