Anyone an etrade expert? My friend just wired money into his account this morning, and its there now. But he isn't able to buy otcbb stocks for 7 days cause of Etrades rule. So he wants to take the money out and give it to me and I'll put it in my account. But theyre giving him some kind of bs excuse that he won't be able to wire it out until the 23rd. Is there anything he can do?

etrade recently changed their "quick transfer" policy, it used to be as soon as you completed a quick transfer the funds were available for investment...the only wait involved was for a CASH withdrawl, which was three days...now though there is a wait to even use the funds for trading...

Do you guys really think this could move to the NASDAQ so soon? I believe the initial standards require the company to have a $5 minimum bid price and at least 3 market makers.
Maybe after the reset takes place....?

Listing Requirements for All Companies Rule 4420 Each company must have a minimum of 1.1 million publicly-traded shares upon listing, excluding those held by officers, directors or any beneficial owners of more then 10% of the company. The minimum bid price of the stock upon listing must be at least $5. Each listing firm is also required to follow Nasdaq Corporate Governance rules 4350, 4351 and 4360. Companies must also have at least 400 shareholders. A shareholder is defined by Nasdaq as a holder of over 100 shares.
Requirement Rule 4420 (a) The company must have a minimum shareholder equity of $15 million. The operating income from either the last fiscal year, or two of the last three years, must total a minimum of $1 million. The company must have a minimum of three market makers that will provide liquidity to the trading of their stock. The market value of the publicly-held shares upon trading must be worth at least $8 million.
Requirement Rule 4420 (b) The company must have a minimum shareholder equity of $30 million. The market value of the shares traded must be at least $18 million upon listing. The company also has to have a minimum operating history of two years. It is also required to have three market makers. What can be seen here is that if a company did not earn enough to meet the operating income minimum, they need to have greater shareholder equity and a larger market value.
Requirement Rule 4420 (c) Under this requirement companies must have at least $75 million in total assets, total revenue, or listed securities. Listed securities as defined by the Nasdaq are securities listed on either a Nasdaq or another national exchange. The market value of the shares upon listing must be worth at least $20 million. They are also required to add an additional market maker for a total of four market makers.
A company has three ways to get listed on the Nasdaq depending on the underlying fundamentals of the company. If a company does not meet certain criteria such as the operating income minimum, it has to make it up with larger minimum amounts in another area like revenue. This helps to improve the quality of companies listed on the exchange.
It doesn't end there: after a company gets listed on the market, it must maintain certain standards to continue trading. Failure to meet the specifications set out by the stock exchange will result in its delisting. Falling below the minimum required share price, or market capitalization, is one of the major factors triggering a delisting. Again, the exact details of delisting depend on the exchange

I think this is the last attempt to give the shorts a chance. Maybe we don't need em for our reset.
Maybe halt stock today, tomorrow to finish up all share counts and move'er on up to NASDAQ.
Just pure speculation on my part. Now back to heart catheterizations, dysrythmias, and why swan ganz catheter is better than central line.
Good day all and have a great weekend. See ya over the weekend sometime.
In my humble background, I have a hard time agreeing with this. I don't mean for this to be argumentative. I find it hard to believe that the shorts a getting one last chance to get out. I don't think anyone involved with this security is doing this. Other then the price moving down because there are doubters out there, I think the manipulation of price is over. If the above quote is accurate, who do you think is doing it ? .........In no way am trying to be a smart ass. I just don't think every time it goes down, it is because of manipulation. Because of what we know, this stock will eventually explode to a very high price. I think that in this type of atmosphere, you can expect slides. Good things are in the horizon for CSHD. Keep your heads up.
Your right Doc, maybe they are not getting another chance.
"Just pure speculation on my part", so believe as you wish Sir.
And just for the record I've been scolded many times for looking at the charts and stating its going down. But you know what, we have the rest of today and Fri. Mon is the 16th.
Doc, just for the record: If pH = 7.35 pCO2 = 28 HCO3 = 27
what type of interpretation would you have?
He's not that kind of Doctor.

I knew they were ABG's. I was just looking to much into. Just indigestion I guess. I just wonder why they would test blood gases if that was suspected, the person would've had to have chest pain. I guess it doesn't matter all a fake scenario anyway.
Respitory is not my area anyway.

Jenna, they tested ABG's because the patient was breathing fast (hyperventiling) and they wanted to see if it is a respiratory or metabolic component.

-this stocks kick'n my azz today!!
However... 5 day 5min chart the default Macd crossed pos about 11:25 at -0.15 if it continues to climb to the neutral "0" mark, we could see a run.
[Rule of thumb, nothing is a for sure thing] MACD's crossing over the neutral line like to make nice breaksout there, check daily charts and you'll see ~
