Sorry it this question's been asked already. I've flipped through a bunch of pages quickly but couldn't find anything on it. Are other people on E-Trade not seeing any activity today? I'm still showing 0 volume and no change in the stock price. The CSHD is gone and replaced with 21254V100.

The 10k states if the closing price is below $15 on Oct.30th share holders as of Oct.16th will recieve 6 shares for every one they have. This is not going to happen. The line from the 10k about share holders as of Oct.16th was put there to keep current holders from selling. And if current holders hold tight, the short squeeze will easily push the PPS over $15. No shares will be needed. The L2s today show how desperate the MMs are. All we have to do is sit on what we have and let the magic happen.
That was how I read it too....if it closes over $15.00 then no maigcal shares! But why would the mm's not let it fly then? They don't want to cover if they have to cover 6 more to 1......why don't they just let it go?

Ok I called....had to leave a message, they are very busy. While I was being transfered to voicemail, a message stated that once a request to remove an E is made, it takes up to 2 business days for it to be removed, it cannot be changed during trading hours. FWIW

We have shares coming. The original 10K said that the shares depended on the closing price the 30th, blah blah, but the amended one specified the 6 shares, the date, everything...Rufus even told us that specifically. The person that posted was formulating an opinion out of context. IMHO

Didnt Rufus say on Subpenny that everyone will still get the shares even if it gets to $15 or not. The pr and the 10k both say as of COB on 10.16.2006.

Chart....After all the explaining and interpretation that everyone has done, I honestly believe you have to ignore that stuff or you'll go crazy. Thats why I asked about the ignore list.

Hmmm, a clever ploy ? What if the shorts can't cover because of the E and back in the office behind closed doors CSHD is climbing through the roof due to some type of restricted share deal??
Just a scenario to think about the short squeeze (CRUSH).

so has tut released his true identity. In the most important post he's put up. I'll say one thing if it's the most important post for us to read he reall thinks highly of himself. I mean this guy could say he's bill gates. are we just supposed to believe him? I can't wait for him to say who he really is.

Do you think he ever really will? I have my doubts on that one....
I just want him to keep speculating because he does seem to know enough to be right most occasions. Think about how all of us were pretty nuts on Monday then magically the big news came out about the 6 shares.
I wouldn't trade based on his information by any stretch, but I do pay attention...

I still think he's somehow tied with those world banks...
After all they were given "The run down" I'm sure to get them to sign a contract with Rufus.
Shareholders I just talked with Ben. The "E" will be off in the morning and I can tell you the company is not too happy and they are getting answers right now how and why this happened and from the sounds of it they may be ready to make the move much quicker than expected because of this. Hold strong because they are now going to take very strong and quick action especially because of this. This has now come down to the point where they will not give the shorts any mercy whatsoever. From my talk with Ben it sounds like they are now going to drop the big bombshell.
