it sucks but that is what is gonna happen so save some cash when it gets to 2.60 or so buy then we will be back on the rise. i own 6000 shares right now and looking to buymore next week

OK.....I have some information and I do not BS. I just talked with someone at CSHD offices and after a few transfers ( I told them who I was) I was told very frankly that a filing is ready and it definately will be filled between now and Monday night (the deadline). I was told that an announcement is going to be made in a while regarding this. The statement was very positive and I believe this person to be telling me the truth. This is from a person who told me he is an officer in the company............I do not Bullshi*

The deadline is not Monday. This is the same thing that was happening over at IHUB this morning. Sorry doc, im not saying you are BS but your comment about the deadline should not be currently taken seriously until someone other than a random poster says so. Nothing personal.

I feel the same as you. I just called their number because I was getting a little restless and I said what the heck. I was shocked that I was finnally put through to this person. I said that we have been hearing all over on TV, radio and Internet sites that a 10K filing was coming and I asked if that was so because we had a stake in it just like they did. And I got a very "frank" answer that I sent above. Now lets hope and even pray.

I don't put to much faith in words, I like the filing with the SEC myself
I say that cause it sounds like you place a LOAD down on this, the D & D we did hear points to the fact that this will take place, that is, -the reset!

Hello everybody. This is my first post. I would like to just say thanks to everybody here for there input and research on this stock. I have been in CSHD from when it was FHAL.

Rufus said the last day to trade would be today, then 10k, which doesn't he HAVE TO file that by 5 today or midnight tomorrow...?? Something like that?
