I've noticed that there are quite a few women on this thread. What is it about this stock that attracts the ladies? Is Rufus a hunk?

I'm feeling pretty darn good right now. I'm very happy with where it is settling out right now. I really would like that 10K before the EOD.

No I haven't taken a new position yet with my profit i took at 3.28, but being the ask isn't getting hammered i guess it will drop again. I hope the 10q is released after hours. This way huge gap in the Monday am.

Washington, D.C. — NASD announced today that it has charged NevWest Securities Corporation of Las Vegas and two of its top officers - President Sergey Rumyantsev and Vice President Antony M. Santos - with violating NASD's Anti-Money Laundering Rule.
In its complaint, NASD charges that the firm failed to adequately implement and enforce procedures to detect and report suspicious transactions that the firm had reason to suspect involved possible securities fraud. Specifically, the complaint charges that the firm failed to conduct adequate due diligence and file appropriate Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in connection with highly suspicious transactions by a customer of the firm. NASD alleges that, during the relevant period, the customer opened 32 accounts at NevWest and sold more than 250 billion shares of a sub-penny stock, which generated total sales proceeds of over $53 million. NASD alleged that NevWest earned commission revenue on the sales totaling $2.5 million - 36 percent of the firm's total revenues during the relevant period.

Okay....Here is my take...if a person starts posting on this thread (who I have not seen post on these CSHD threads), I am going to deduce that this new poster has an agenda and is most likey a basher trying to work the bad guy's medicine. I opine to not give such a poster any credence, nor the time od day, and will ignore them. I do not want any of the bashers to get rewarded by engaging them in a posting exchange of messages.....I only want them to burn like I want the MM's and behind the scenes entities who have engaged in naked shorting to also burn..... If these bashing posters get too obnoxious (perhaps I should say toxic), let Glassman or another moderator get out the ban stick and go to it.....nuff said!
