Good evening everyone. I am new to this site, and noticed the amount of responces to CSHD which I am a shareholder of. I was only able to buy 25,700 shares at an avg price of 1.07 Unlike many I seem to not understand in which direction this stock is going to head in the future. Does anyone believe the rest will indeed happen? If so will it occur right after the 10k is released?

The 10k is separate from the price reset, correct? I didn't think that they went hand and hand. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Also, isn't the offical date the 30th? I think people were thinking Friday since it's a work day.

Any company with 8.5 Billion dollars in assets, JV's, contracts, on Nasdaq....

Yup, i even had the chance to speak with a guy on the phone that purchased shares from Mike or the other officer in the cab of a pickup truck, in paper. Guy talked my ear off about Mike Alexander and the other guys and happened to mention that Mike had been Chief of Police in some small town...confirmed tonight by Mike. I didnt really mention this on the board because although he seemed to really know his cookies about Fronthauls early days, i couldnt "confirm" anything he told me. It seems now that Mikes story about being a police officer kinda gives cred to the guy i spoke to. FWIW this guy and his business partners bought 1,000,000 shares at .10. He was a pretty happy guy on the phone.
His name is Terry Hurst, ons Hurst racing. He said that if Mike trusts Rufus then he trusts Rufus as well.
This is why it meant so much to me to hear Mike backing Rufus and his bonds.
Ok, now seriously.....i need some sleep. Its going to be a big day tomorrow!

according to my opinion the only direction this is going is up, and a long way up IMO.

Yes, thats right Tex. He said that all of those guys were local but were under a gag order or whatever and could not discuss any details of the merger. Apparently, however, when the merger was first announced they said the shareholders would do well. He mentioned another guy that had an LOI for a trucking contract with Fronthaul and that guy as well could not discuss the details of his contract with the "new" company....whether or not the contract was left open was not mentioned.
This really does ease my stomach a bit. Im glad to see good ole Mike Alexander back on the scene. Its funny that Mike had an interview bomb on M N 1 as well...well not funny funny but ironic funny.

I somewhat agree with you. If we dont get a 10k by sometime this weekend (b-4 the 30th), Monday could be ugly. Not sure tomorrow is the final day though. I seriously doubt that will happen though. I am more of a daytrader then an investor. I was only looking to scalping this stock instead it turned into a stock I had to hold, because of the rumors of news. I usually don't read PR's nor the DD posted, because to me it's all overrated/ fluff. But when a PR effects the pps of a stock. (in the case of CSHD) You can't help to hold hoping for more.

Stocktrader - I checked with the woman who does the filing with my company about a month and a half ago. 10-K's are considered special by the SEC. Most filings have to be filed by 5:30 PM to be considered part of that day. 10-K's have hard deadlines and can be filed up until midnight of the day of the deadline without penalty to the company. With the 30th falling on Saturday I am not sure of the rule (will check with her in the morning.) but I am thinking that they will try and resolve this before then. Thing is even if it is filed tomorrow after 5:30 PM it will not show on the SEC web site until Monday before bell, because it is processed first thing the next trading day.
I would not plan any form of panic attack if you do not see the filing tomorrow until all the rules are understood. People, will be dumping all around if that is the case. I am actually moving more funds tonite just incase they get real cheap tomorrow late. I don't think this play is done until the 10-K is overtly late, and that will be AM Monday with no extention filed, and a PR with a really GREAT explaination.
As disclaimer, I do not think any of this will be a factor, but an answer to a question is an answer. I am holding through all BS and waiting for the "truth to set me free". GLTA

Well, i wondered about that when i first heard he was speaking. Maybe he can speak about specific things and is being cautious. At least thats what i was hoping. After the Mensah fiasco ive been a little more concerned about the "loose lips" (or "floppy fingers" in this case).

dang, now that i look back.. i can't believe i got in FHAL since the beginning at .09 .. even though i flipped it along the way, i'm still holding shares.. if only i had those shares since the beginning, i would have been almost a millionaire right now.. but whatever, profit is profit.. just getting all sentimental.. lol.. anything else with Mike Alexander?
